That's how all trouble starts. I had an accidental full on trip on Weed as well but only once. Did your limbs and balls go numb? That happened to me multiple times. Such a curious plant.

Hey team, I'm looking for quality websites/forums talking about the use of supplements and over the counter nootropics (e.g. which ones to cycle and which are safe to take daily for years). I've been looking at the nootropic subreddit but it's hard to gage who really knows his stuff. If you have any recommendations, I'd love to hear them!

@Aleister Crowleyy 1. I think I found the common ones through search already. Was kinda unhappy with them cause a lot seem bro-science-y. Most other websites are owned by supplement companies as @Michael569 said as well, so you can't assume an objective view point. 4. To be smarter and more creative. I want to find/create a protocol that's ideal for me. Including which substances to cycle, when to do it and how to do it optimally. For example my standard night stack is Ashwaghandha, Magnesium, L-Theanine and CBD along with standard vitamins, minerals and Omga 3's. When I do that my sleep is amazing. But how long should each supplement be taken, what are the ideal dosages for each in this use case and so on (some of that you can just Google, most has sparse data on it). Another example is microdosing mushrooms/LSD. This works so well I'm kinda apprehensive to do it long term. I want to avoid dependencies and do it right.

Spent the last couple of days getting over Covid. Lots of Netflix, even played a bit of video games for the first time in years. Problem is, I felt guilty doing it the whole time bc. I'm not happy with my current results in life. I couldn't enjoy it even though I kinda looked forward to some downtime. Now that the symptoms are way down I'm looking at a normal week of work and getting back to my LP. But I'm just not feeling it. I feel rushed, apathetic and guilty at the same time. Perfect combination for creativity. I know I can force myself to work but there has to be a deeper solution? So my question is: How do you get back on track? How do you re-kindle inspiration? - Cheers!

@Vincent S thanks for writing this up! You bring up some interesting points. Will have to verify them in my direct experience as I've never set the intention to soley go into that domain. Sounds like it's worth it!

@undeather thank you for the in-depth reply! At the moment I'm just a bit icky about the Finasteride side effects. Percentages don't mean much if you're the 0.1% who gets it rough. Regarding looks: I'm in good shape and I have a beard... could just get a buzz cut to see how it would look. Gonna give it a bit more thought.

@thisintegrated Heard about it. Though only in conjunction with meds and it also seems pretty heavy duty when done right. What is/was your experience with it? That's the spirit!

Could you explain a bit how you work with it? I've noticed that there is always this sexual flavor in the background with LSD but I've never really delved into it.

Thanks guys! The plan I had in my head was to keep as much hair as possible for 1-2 years and then settle down and stop caring about it. I guess that's attachment in action lol. A transplant sounds like a nightmare. @Leo Gura out of curiosity: Did you look into Finasteride and the like? If so, did you try it or why not?

Hey guys, I've noticed quite a few of other guys doing day game in my city. My wing said he got the comment a couple times over the last week that girls have been approached multiple times. I know it's mental to large degree and I'm still approaching, but it's getting to my head tbh. There a aprox. 600.000 people in my city. To the more experienced guys: What's your assessment on that? Cheers!

@aurum makes sense. It's probably just a mental thing. Back in the summer I also noticed other guys but I didn't care bc. I was in the mental frame of being the baddest dude on the block lol. Gotta get back to that... WW3 has been getting me down a bit. Is there any point you'd consider moving to greener pastures?

Hey guys (and gals), after my last trip I hit a very enjoyable upswing in life. I started to get my dating life back on the rails, worked on new art and even looked into getting a nice apartment. However over the last week or so I've just felt down. Like joy, hope and happiness are sucked out of life. I've tried just feeling the feeling but it persists and the thoughts that come up along side it are self defeating. When I felt down in the past it usually passed quickly as I'm generally a positive dude, but this seems more persistent. Any good ideas or resources on how to handle that? Cheers!

@ChrisZoZo thanks for the reply! I work out 5 times/week plus 1-2 long distance runs. My diet is clean (organic, whole foods) and I do not take MDMA (only LSD, twice in the last 5 months or so). I'm planning a heavy metal detox soon, so I can't speak on that. Due to the change being quite abrupt I don't think that's it. Meditation is daily in addition to Wim Hof + cold shower in the mornings.
