  1. I'm wondering if there is more to it than that. Is this the way great art is created? By following a rigorous regiment?
  2. I microdose mushrooms every once in a while. Whenever I do, that day and the 1-2 following ones are simply amazing. I'd like to do it more often but I'm worried about developing a psychological addiction. As in getting used to the new normal of constant microdosing (even if it's 1 day on, 2 days off) and not being able to stop. I don't have an addictive personality and never been hooked on anything but still... A similar thing happened to a guy I know, who can't get off Nootropics bc. he depends on them for job performance. Don't want that happening. Would love to hear your experiences on mid to long term microdosing!
  3. @Giulio Bevilacqua big no no. Buddy of mine tried ordering some 5meo from Canada. It got caught at customs and he got a letter saying he should come and claim his order (what would be proof for them that he actually ordered the substance and make him liable). He ignored it and nothing happened but I'd still advice against this if you're in Europe.
  4. Thanks ya'll! Gonna give it a go for a while.
  5. Had to...
  6. Hey guys, I'm in my mid 20's and not a single male in my family has hair to speak of. So I know where this is going. I also know that I can do something about it (Finasteride, Minoxidil, Ketoconazol) - and now would be the time to take action. I'm unsure if I should pull the trigger. Side effects seem rare but substantial. I'd really like to keep my hair but it's hard to weigh the pro's and con's. Main motivation is honestly dating opportunities as I'm single. What are your thoughts (and experiences with those meds if you have them)? Cheers!
  7. About a year ago I had to give a talk to about 20 customers via Zoom. I didn't think much of it as I was never really afraid of giving talks or the like. However, in this case I just froze. I tried to suppress the panic that arose but I couldn't get a full sentence out. One of my coworkers saved the intro and after about 5 minutes I was fine and able to continue. Ever since then I get anxious about giving a talk or leading meetings. I struggle to get words out for the first couple of minutes and then I'm fine again. This is unpleasant, annoying and I can sense that I'm avoiding these situations. I know that I can only really get over the fear by facing it but it's really difficult to just "feel the fear" when you have to perform. If anyone has insights or experiences regarding this, please let me know! - Cheers
  8. I have noticed the following pattern in my dating life: Whenever I get a girls number I become anxious and excited. Mentally I'm chill. I honestly don't care much about getting a phone number. However my body seems not so indifferent. The night before the date I lose a couple hours of sleep and I get some mild stomach problems. Once I'm on the date I get cold super easily (which I almost never do otherwise) and I feel restless. Again, mentally I'm fine. I'm able to hold conversation, tease, kiss and so on. It just seems that my body goes a bit haywire. Any thoughts, experiences? - Cheers!
  9. Was thinking along the same lines. Wonder if there's a way to work through this other than/on top of in that particular situation. Turned 25. Dating was on the back burner for a couple years though.
  10. WordPress. Use the "Divi" theme (200$ lifetime). It let's you build everything frontend drag & drop style and is the best on the market imo. If you want a bit more performance you can go Webflow (WordPress can get bloated and a bit slow). Email marketing = ActiveCampaign (better and much cheaper than Kajabi). I'd worry about courses later. Take a look at "Skool" if you're looking for something high quality.
  11. I'm at the same place at the moment. Done 30+ trips but fear still creeps in. For me it's mostly the fear of fear itself (heart racing, fear of death) cause mushrooms freaked me out so much one time. My plan is to work up to it again but also leave time till it truly feels right. Subtle distinction between forcing it and chickening out.
  12. Are you ever worried about hurting the body, going so far you can't go back and/or killing it accidentally? If not, why?
  13. How do you plan on integrating that experience into your day to day?
  14. Lucky you. Had that for 24+ hrs. Sucks like a lot.
  15. That's how all trouble starts. I had an accidental full on trip on Weed as well but only once. Did your limbs and balls go numb? That happened to me multiple times. Such a curious plant.
  16. Still waiting for that trip report tho
  17. Hey team, I'm looking for quality websites/forums talking about the use of supplements and over the counter nootropics (e.g. which ones to cycle and which are safe to take daily for years). I've been looking at the nootropic subreddit but it's hard to gage who really knows his stuff. If you have any recommendations, I'd love to hear them!
  18. @Aleister Crowleyy 1. I think I found the common ones through search already. Was kinda unhappy with them cause a lot seem bro-science-y. Most other websites are owned by supplement companies as @Michael569 said as well, so you can't assume an objective view point. 4. To be smarter and more creative. I want to find/create a protocol that's ideal for me. Including which substances to cycle, when to do it and how to do it optimally. For example my standard night stack is Ashwaghandha, Magnesium, L-Theanine and CBD along with standard vitamins, minerals and Omga 3's. When I do that my sleep is amazing. But how long should each supplement be taken, what are the ideal dosages for each in this use case and so on (some of that you can just Google, most has sparse data on it). Another example is microdosing mushrooms/LSD. This works so well I'm kinda apprehensive to do it long term. I want to avoid dependencies and do it right.
  19. @Michael569 thanks! Examine.com looks very promising. Do you know of any forums/subreddits with knowledgable people on them?
  20. @HighFlyingOwl You're probably right, I'm going to give it a bit more time. Also trying to not feel bad about feeling guilty haha
