Hey Leo, do souls exist?
Hey Leo, do souls exist?@Leo Gura Not sure maybe the thing that watches your body get resuscitated from a distance while you’re in a medical room with 5 doctors trying to save your life.
Or maybe the thing that travels into an energy votex and manifests into an alien. As described by Bashar.

How to quit sugar
How to quit sugarYou're allowed to enjoy sugar as long as it's not causing any negative long term effects for you. No more than 30g within a day is considered pretty normal.
You might already be aware but fructose (the naturally occurring sugar in fruits) is healthy. You can have as much as that as you want, although our food labels here in the UK factor fructose in with refined sugar. That's why those fruit cocktail tincans will say high in sugar even though there's little to no refined sugar in them.

I don’t want to feel misogynistic but I can’t help if sometimes…@Emotionalmosquito
You are highlighting the exact problem! Dating or socialising was never entirely in your head like dating has become. I'd venture 10%-20% was intellectual before, even less was analytical.
Everything you just talked about is experiential, as in it is something we would have, in eras past, been doing all our lives. It'd be as simple as breathing, and sure some would be better than others at it, some people are more charismatic than others. But right now, it's becoming uncommon to find many capable of socializing naturally, let alone being good at it.

I don’t want to feel misogynistic but I can’t help if sometimes…
I don’t want to feel misogynistic but I can’t help if sometimes…That is just a misunderstanding of the feminine. The feminine desires to surrender to the masculine. That does not mean women wanna be raped by some creep in a dark alley. They wanna be possessed by a high value man of her choosing.
It's not dark triad men that turn her on. It's high value, masculine, strong men who turn her on. A psychopath is not by itself inherently attractive. In fact it will lead to much regret.
You can certainly admire a woman's physical appearance. Just don't reduce her to only that. Women love to be admired for their beauty but not reduced to it -- like all you want is sex and can't treat her as a conscious being. That's psychopathic behavior.
The mistake noobs makes is complimenting hot women on their looks. This is just too obvious and desperate. But it doesn't mean you ignore physical appearance. You just don't lead your pickup with it.
It's called game for good reason. Because you gotta play a bit of games to get laid. Don't be so lame and desperate that you stare at her ass and tits like a mouth-breathing ape. Have some class and charm. Getting girls requires some reverse psychology.

If only the top 20% of men are attractive to women, what are the 80% doing?

If only the top 20% of men are attractive to women, what are the 80% doing? That number is just from women rating the mens faces. Women will still date from that 80% even if they don’t find their face initially attractive.

Meeting your Dark Self. Alan Watts & Carl Jung
Meeting your Dark Self. Alan Watts & Carl JungThat's peanuts to swallow!
Your shadow is hard to swallow.
Most people try to bring more light to the light
There is a point where you bring the light to your darkness and demons
Then everything changes

Infinite Race (Awakening, Part II)
Infinite Race (Awakening, Part II)Waking up in the morning, memory “crumbs” are in your head: events, people, situations. Yesterday’s gone and is not even real. Yesterday has never happened, and you are creating it right at this second. You think time exists. No! It gently drowns in YOU, drop by drop. You are the Time yourself, just do not realize it, yet!
Balancing on the brink of an abyss between Absolute and relative. You choose whether to play a human character or drop it, and just be in silence. Gentle presence envelops your being, coming from the inside; it radiates and permeates the whole space you are in. NOW! Tiny golden specks of dust are spinning around, reflecting and blazing the light of the fiery sunrise. White feather wings that grew behind your back have disappeared. Last spring and bird’s singing, when you were in love, are echoing in your mind as a sweet melody. Flashbacks again. Fatigue or maybe a melancholy are set as a tender background. Egocentric mind is pulling you in, craving for the human’s drama.
And as you walk near the abyss, step by step, you are losing the balance. Illusion will suck you in like a twister, but you won’t ever notice. Resting as awareness, at the same time, every move you make is creating a human. Passionate human being who is fighting for the right to be, fighting with its shadow. You do not want to die, by dissolving in this soft ecstasy. You are choosing suffering over a peace, continuing this silly laughable game, which you call “Life”. Holding on so strong.
Let go, my friend! Just let go. You are not in control, nor ever been. This race is going to wear you off, age you. And one day you’ll die to this Being, this is going to be your great reset, your start to a new infinite Beginning.
Let go...

What is some music you like?
What is some music you like?I've learned a great many lessons about consciousness from listening to musicians pour their heart out. There is an implicit lesson being told. Hold onto love. (; @itsadistraction
