  1. Hey Leo, Hope you’re doing great! I’ve been diving into your videos this month and noticed something interesting about the concept of “frame.” It seems like every time I watch, I get a clearer picture of how it influences your progress. When I compare your older videos to the newer ones, it's clear how your frame has evolved. You speak more slowly and thoughtfully now, and your body language and tone are different. It’s got me wondering how we can apply this concept to our own lives and ideas. You’ve mentioned how nice guys and those who come off as creepy are perceived in a specific way. Your advice seems to implicitly touch on this frame, whether it’s in your video on needy vs. non-needy perceptions or why women are drawn to “bad boys.” It seems like the frame from which we approach these issues really matters. Have you talked about this before? Is “frame” a part of self-actualization? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

  3. @Basman In this context, “frame” refers to the underlying perspective or mindset through which we view and interact with the world. It’s about how our beliefs, attitudes, and self-presentation shape our experiences and the way others perceive us. For example, in dating or social interactions, someone’s frame can influence how they’re seen as confident or insecure.
  4. @Leo Gura Before your conscious leadership video would come out , would you mind sharing some questions for me to contemplate before the videos comes . in this thread , you spoke about how health limits your leadership , I would love to know more about this if you can share . it feels like a good question to contemplate , what limits my leadership ? -.
  5. @Leo Gura I would really want to know more about this . How health limits your leadership . In , what why , is it energy level , . when you say you have attracted more girls ot sleep with , meaning health would be perceived in displays .
  6. This quote by Jalaluddin Rumi carries a profound meaning, suggesting that discord and incitement often originate from religious figures or those who pretend to be pious, rather than from places traditionally thought to be sources of corruption or temptation, such as a jar of wine, which symbolizes worldly pleasures. Rumi highlights that the real danger may lie in the hypocrisy and deceit that can come from some religious leaders or those who outwardly display piety, using religion or religious appearances as a means to achieve personal or political goals, leading to divisions and turmoil in society. This quote encourages critical thinking and not judging matters solely by their outward appearance. Fitna General Definition: Fitna refers to disorder, chaos, or civil strife. It is a term used in Islamic and Middle Eastern contexts to describe social upheaval, conflict, or sedition that disrupts societal harmony and order. Contemporary Usage: Today, "fitna" can be used more broadly to describe any kind of conflict or division, especially those that lead to social or political instability. It may also refer to situations or influences that lead individuals away from moral or ethical behavior, acting as a test of character or belief.
  7. Hello, I am creating a phase called "Discover Your Worldview" and have included some activities such as: Giving myself silence and space to become conscious of my true desires, emotions, and beliefs. Engaging in self-reflection using Leo's questions from "The Power of Questions" episode and other related episodes. Working on defining my life purpose. My mission is to develop my Frame externally and internally, and also to self-actualize and experience self-transcendence. I believe that prioritizing the development of my Frame will help me address deficiency realm needs, making it easier to satisfy them. I have two questions: What is a worldview? As English is my third language, I want to ensure I understand this concept correctly. Is a worldview how I perceive the world? Should I create subcategories to answer questions that include my biases, likes, and dislikes? What if I'm unsure of my worldview? How can I balance this conceptual internal investigation with extroverted goals? How do I align my internal reflection and understanding of my worldview with practical goals that help me survive, get a job, and achieve visible outcomes?
  8. @Leo Gura I see what you mean . The thing is that I have seen a lot of case studies of people who managed to use his principles to scale down their work to the fundamentals and of course using technology but this meant that they have worked before for longer hours to sustain their business before learning how to reduce the workload and design a lifestyle with it where they can live more free and automate their business while they are absent for som vocation .
  9. Have you read the 4 Hour work week ? -- I have read it and it feels to me like a genuine book with good ideas to use and implement . May be because I am a bit financially poor and in third world country , so maybe I am biased in how I look at the book , since it's all about maximizing productivity and working with less time and using technology and outsourcing . Parkinson's law and parreto law and multiple questions to force action and becoming effective . Either way , if this is toxic orange book , what do you think the best ways to be financially independent and be healthy and conscious . I feel lost at this .
  10. @Evelyna Thank you . i appriciate the answer
  11. Hey everyone, Do you think that a "bad boy" or "fuck boy" (often described as having traits of a "Chad") is closer to self-actualization compared to someone who doesn’t exhibit these traits? - than Let's say a nice boy - since he is more likely to care about self -actualization but has a lot of buttlnecks in his lower needs . -- What do you think are they missing from each other
  12. Any successful actualizers here besides Leo . Do you guys consider yourself Actualizers? - Have you managed to satisfy your D-REALM NEEDS or are you as clueless as any one in any personal development subreddit ? How did you do it ?
  13. @thenondualtankie Very interesting Insight . choose the one that is lower on the hierarchy of needs. brilliant . I have a lot of mental models and some of them do tackle lower needs like safety from The 4 Hour work week , some are about developing Frame for love and self esteem needs . Thank you . this is good Idea
  14. @Carl-Richard @Carl-Richard Frame is about dating and intersexual dynamic and may be even more than that because it's about having a strong frame through developing Specific pillars , Physicl , Intellectual , and emotional and a vision and that creates a vision - by the way there are multiple ways I have seen about how frame is developed and Acualization is about fullfilling needs in a hierarchy of needs which will help a person satisfy the lower needs and upgrade to higher being needs . I don't know how to connect them together or leave one and follow the other . I am attached to both
  15. @Carl-Richard Thank you for your Response . I would love your help with a dilemma I'm facing. I have a strong desire to actualize and work through my needs step by step, starting from the basics and gradually building a lifestyle that fulfills my needs. This journey aims to experience the phenomena Maslow describes when deficiency needs and being needs are satisfied, such as mystical experiences, clear perception, reduced frustration levels, and increased passion for life, among others. Reading about self-actualization and transcendence makes me fall in love with the idea. However, I'm also considering whether I should focus on developing my Frame—starting with the Physical Pillar, then moving to the Intellectual and Emotional Pillars, and finally my Vision. A Mental Model I have been working on before I become passionate about Actualized.org The issue is that I feel torn between these two concepts of self-improvement. I can't seem to decide whether to follow the path of self-actualization or concentrate on Frame development. Any guidance or insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated . By the way , when I wanted to work on Frame was because I was motivated by Love , esteem and safety needs . I was reading how Abraham Maslow said , any action you have is motivated by many needs and even Frame seems to be partly motivated by this three needs .
  16. @Carl-Richard It looks like tranquility and peaceful domeaner . it looks like the person has erased childhood or past scars and has love for himself and is not insecure . it looks like someone who is safe and secure . It looks like someon who has a good self esteem . Satisfying those needs means the person has dealt with all the negative emotions that stem from not having his basic needs met .
  17. @Yimpa Where are you ? -- Where are you stuck in each need - Are you in defecenies or being needs ?
  18. People often operate from lower, survival-based needs, which can distort their perception, even when engaging with higher value content. They might watch insightful lectures and project their own desires onto them, wishing they had those ideas themselves. This subconscious dominance of survival needs can hinder their ability to fully appreciate and embody higher values. I know you know that. Just sharing here. I was meeting a friend of mine who is older than me for some time and hearing him speak, his ideas clearly filled with negativity, hate, and bitterness. You can clearly see when someone's basic needs are not satisfied. When he is clearly not loved, is anxious and doesn't feel he belongs with the community, how everything gets distorted from his point of view. Sometimes, he speaks of these higher values but clearly can never embody them in his speech and the way he carries himself or even in his house. Funny thing, there were patterns where he would speak about Truth. He would say that others don't have the Truth, and I would press him, then what is it, and he would repeat something along the lines of how the truth is beautiful or how it's difficult to explain, but he just does say it, to just insinuate that others—always others—are lower and don't know like he knows. Even when I would compliment some thinker, he would find a way to insinuate guilt into them .
  19. Same here . Very lovely man . You can clearly see his growth and he truely radiates love for his work and for life . His advices too radiates hopefulnss , no bitterness . Either way . much respect
  20. @Leo Gura Fair . Thank you
  21. Hello there . A question , I am working on some material of yours and concepts you have offered . Please , can you resolve a problem that I have . I genuinely believe I am a maladaptive person , I am developing bad habits and bad thinking habits and I am doing my best to use your material not only to be productive but also to be healthy in my life . I am using now The Power of asking questions Episode , and I am trying to contemplate the questions you offer to develop some sort of strong frame and a mental point of origin where I actualize your concept of I am my own authority . It's ironically a difficult job since I am trying personal development through a maladaptive state . The Question is this , I am using ChatGPT to structure my contemplation through a format and also use chatGPT insights for some answer to provide a good fullfilling answers beyond what I can offer in this state of consciousness I am in which is not good or healthy , do you think this undermines the purpose of the contemplation this practical questions want . Since I can come back later through the years after I get healthy after I apply a bit of my ideas , chatgpt , and few of your other concepts . What is the big deal . Right ? @Leo Gura
  22. hahahha .. I know that sometimes it feels like we are pissing him off . He said a lot to help us move forward but apparently , I am stuck and stil timid .
  23. Help us through this : Now when you say you are dreaming that psychedelics don't work on you means that the person is imagining a limitation , be it that psychedelics won't work on him . It's not real . they would work or not work if he is imagining that potential , it will happen if he dreams so . Is that so ? So , I am imagining limitations , that I am not going to solve all my problems unless there is some outside forces helping me . It' not true . I am dreaming that , I am imagining that . I should imagine a different possibility ...
  24. @Leo Gura Thank you very much . Look , I am not sure if you have been told that , but I am truely thankful for the work you do and ideal visions you allow us to see to work toward . You have a been a bless . respect to you .
  25. @Leo Gura Apparently , I am not keeping up with you progress . You are now beyond nonduality . Intresting . would offer us the youtube videos you explain this leaps you have made .
