  1. Well for sure we are the most comfortable society ever, but definitely not the happiest or healthiest, but we should be.. What boggles my mind is that we could do so much better, the picture of this house or residence, we have the tech to do it now just like this, but we don't for stupid reasons, same with cures for diseases, they have the cures but don't release them due to greed and profit, as is with so many other problems, like free energy, they know how to access but don't.. I think we are basically fucked unless we turn it around soon, highly unlikely though unfortunately!!
  2. Yes, I think many suffer from these issues especially the mental health part.. Most all life on this planet is suffering because of Us Humans and the way we live, which is imo totally backwards...
  3. The voice in our heads is our monkey mind, its gone wild for most of Us, combined with our strong identification with Ego/Intellect and things we are not, most of the population is in a sort of insanity that is socially accepted, because someone else is making money off of it! Just focus on Your Breathing, Your Body sensations, what Your immediately observing, this will bring You back to reality and the Living Now, and with more practice of observing the monkey mind, you eventually gain space with it, what is You is observing what is not You (Body/Mind), with that comes silent and peace.. Try it out for a week consistently and see what happens!
  4. And You are not lol? Well I ask for specifics to the questions I provided, can you answer them in regards to the Universe being Unconditional Love.. I wonder how a planet is capable of Love or a Star, Gases, Gravity, and then there is Dark Matter/Energy by which the scientist say makes up the majority of the Universe and they don't know what that is, but is that Love too?? Remember the original quote you said that the Universe is Unconditional Love, please educate us ideologues:) Sorry Yeah Yeah for the distraction, this is my last response to this person,,,
  5. Umm You said " I am talking about seeing someone getting tortured and understanding it is Love", how is it a twist of what You said when You said the act of Torture is Love... And if the Universe is unconditional Love, then how did Hate or the word/definition of Hate come into existence? How Can Love exist without its opposite existing if Absolute is all Potential? What is the Human role in interpreting and acting out Love, Hate, Joy, Anger, and all these emotions and feelings one can have and who is experiencing these things the most intensely, animals, plants, humans? Is Putin full of Love when he orders his army to bomb a civilian village when this is considered a war crime internationally and not allowed in wars btwn nations and why is it considered to be a crime in the first place? Be specific please... Also you sound irritated, is that an act or emotion of Love?
  6. "Modern stressors such as traffic, workplace pressure, social media and persistent noise activate the same biological pathways that once helped humans survive predators. Unlike the rapid resolution our ancestors experienced, these stressors rarely subside. "Our body reacts as though all these stressors were lions," Longman explains. "Whether it's a difficult discussion with your boss or traffic noise, your stress response system is still the same as if you were facing lion after lion. As a result, you have a very powerful response from your nervous system, but no recovery." https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2025/12/251207031335.htm
  7. So if torturing someone is Love, an Act of Love, the Torturer Loves the person being Tortured, then what is Hate, what is Evil according to your outlook?
  8. This is the whole lecture, about How Elites use Capital (Wealth, Money, Power Positions) to rule and dominate the Masses... "In this Tuesday, December 9, 2025 lecture to his Beijing high school students, Professor Jiang explains how transnational capital came to dominate the world."
  9. Yes, Visualization for sure helps one Manifest what they want in life, its like a magnifying glass, it focuses where You want to go in life and sets up focus/concentration within Yourself to go where You want to go, its not esoteric woo woo stuff.. There are many unconscious actions happening within all of Us, Visualization can set some Unconscious goals per say, and if the visualization was intense enough then it can help set the compass in the right direction consciously and unconsciously so that you attract things in your life that lead to the fruition of the visualization and what You really want in Life.. Clarity in life is a huge Advantage, its much better than Confidence, so develop Clarity and see/experience the Reality in life, then a path towards what You want to have is much clearer and more attainable...
  10. It seems, at the top levels anyways, that corruption and using ppl and isolating power at the expense of others wellbeing is rewarded, this is the world we live in, a highly unconscious one, so that is the main problem. With HIgh Consciousness comes the experience of Oneness, I am You, You are Me, the Tree is Me, so is the Earth, and so on, this is not the experience of the avg person and most definitely not of the higher up elites, so until this problem is solved we will have what we have, the world collective Karma is to use ppl for your own benefit, this has impacts and residual effects for everyone and the planet (we are already in the 6th extinction event), so although I am hopeful for change and doing what I can to help it along, I don't really see much of a future for Humanity, with all the problems going on AI, Climate Change, Continued Wars, Economic/Geo Political uncertainty, etc,,I give Humanity another 100yrs before we are extinct or almost extinct with nothing of what it is like today available to anyone...But we can Change if we want too!!
  11. This comes from an Ego that says I'm absolutely right, everyone else is absolutely wrong..with James123 I sense he has a true desire to help others, share wisdom and such which is fine..but he doesn't listen to others well, the ego identification with his ideology is strong so he can't listen as that would threaten his ego and that hurts..plus there is a difference btwn someone truly wanting to share wisdom and someone trying to convince others, James123 is trying to convince others the trueness of his ideology, which is an act of Ego imo.. Now we all fall into this trap just some more strongly than others.. My solution to this is too recognize that all Potentials have to be expressed sooner or later, there are many ppl in the world that are complete materialist, everything is about the material/physical, nothing exist before birth or after death, then there are ppl like all of Us, we know there is more, and are trying to figure it out and live in that space and then there is everything in between, so this is the reality, when I view ppl that state differing opinions I view thru that filter, it lessens my triggers and makes life go on more smoothly I think:) What pisses me off is when ppl attack You for it, or only see You thru a very specific lens.. Ppl think I am obsessed with Sadhguru, I was for sure but this is on purpose, he is very profound in his wisdom and the techniques/methods he shares are very very effective, I recognized this early on so I make myself obsessed with him to get what he is saying and sharing, but I am not obsessed anymore, I've watched everything and been with him a few times, now I need to integrate it for myself within myself, but I share his stuff frequently because it is so effective, but I get attacked for that, which is not so good!
  12. Yes agreed and will put! My first introduction to Spirituality was Tolle's book New Earth which is an accurate description of the Ego and all its vices and ways of working in Human Life, after reading that book I was able to recognize my ego and egoic ways and a changed happened, one that one cannot retreat from, so that was the start of it.. from chatgpt - " Yes — A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose by Eckhart Tolle is largely about the ego, though it goes beyond that. How the ego fits into A New Earth The central theme of the book is egoic consciousness and how it shapes human suffering—both individually and collectively. Tolle describes the ego as: Identification with thoughts, emotions, roles, possessions, and stories A false sense of self built on separation The root of fear, conflict, comparison, and dissatisfaction Much of the book explains: How the ego forms How it sustains itself How it shows up in everyday life (relationships, work, politics, identity, status) What makes A New Earth different from The Power of Now While The Power of Now focuses more on presence and awareness in the moment, A New Earth: Examines the ego in depth Explores collective ego (nations, religions, groups) Talks about humanity undergoing a shift in consciousness Frames ego-transcendence as essential for creating a “new earth” Core message in simple terms The ego is not “bad,” but unconscious Suffering comes from over-identifying with the ego Awareness of the ego weakens it A more peaceful world emerges as individuals disidentify from ego One-sentence summary 👉 Yes—A New Earth is fundamentally about recognizing, understanding, and transcending the ego as a step toward personal awakening and collective transformation. 13. @Yeah Yeah Sorry the hear about Your situation.. I had a short situation with depression and suicidal ideation back in 2019, it was due to compounded loss, I had a bunch of losses and it just hit me, I didn't want to live sometimes, depressed and not really Me... I took a leave from work, I maintained a routine, I worked out regularly, did my yoga practice (this is what really saved me I think) and went for frequent walks and had 2 counselling sessions a week, and family support(but this weaned as time went on).. A couple of times I called the hot line and went to the hospital...I was on SSri meds for depression and anxiety.. I eventually got out of it, when I decided to move to another city and essentially start over...Now I am perfectly fine emotionally, other than getting pissed off for a few seconds in traffic and the chaos of the city... My advice is this: get a routine, be as physically active as you can, practice Yoga and proper Breathing methods, learn to Accept What is, start small, accept small things and build this up to Accepting everything as it is.. And Practice Now Living, Presence, if You can get this to high degree no stress will happen for You.. Regarding what they say about death and afterlife, I've never died but they say how You are feeling at the moment of physical death is amplified in the afterlife, if Your in fear or suffering then that is what You feel essentially there, opposite is true too, so heaven and hell exist in experience while here embodied and there disembodied... I hope You get better soon:) Namaste!!! p.s. My nephew died by suicide in 2006, it devastated the family, its terrible for the ones left behind trust me, use that to motivate Yourself if You have to when in hard times, use whatever you need to use to get you thru to the next day!!
  14. Why so, why does BEING have to come and go? I've personally witnessed ppl being depressed 24/7, I had a short period of time experiencing this too, so if that possible, a sustained period of time of feeling depressed or anxious or angry (which is the case for many ppl today), then why can't BEINGNESS and a sense of Peace/Ease be a natural everyday experience? We are brainwashed into believing that emotional ups and downs are natural, this is not so, ppl live like that b/c they are living by accident, not consciously, but whatever You do unconsciously can be done consciously.. For me I want to feel Peace and Ease naturally everyday, if that is what I want as a Human I can live like that!
