I don't scroll thru either.. We have to find hobbies and other such things that take us out of the internet all together, if it was spring or summer I would be outside much more, right now its winter and sucks outside lol!! I go to the gym maybe 3 times a week but I'm in my 50's now and already went thru the gym phase of my life, its too much work lol... I'm trying to start a martial arts community and customer base, as well as a life coaching one too, but its hard nowadays unless you invest allot of $$ for ads which I don't have right now!!

Umm this is sort of what I am talking about! I am not telling anyone what to do, I just share my thoughts and methods and have a debate, so in that context I don't know what You are talking about.. And Conflict is not natural, conflict is ego, I am right you are wrong, that is one of the problems in the world, just b/c everyone is egoic doesn't mean its normal, once You normalize crazy then that is where the problem arises... If your into Spirituality then belief's should not be a part of your vocabulary, belief is thinking you know when you do not know, that is Religion, Spirituality is I do not know but I want to know, so You seek to know experientially... I know I have 5 fingers on both hands, its not a belief so know one can say otherwise...

I expect respectful debate and at times disagreement for sure, not egoic ones, not ideologues telling me out right I don't know what I am talking about, I've been on this path since 2009 and put tons of work and effort in, yeah I'm primarily into Sadhguru's work, but I've researched many approaches.. This happened to me too when on Martial Arts forums, ppl with 2 or 3 yrs of experience telling me I know nothing when I have 15+yrs of intense work and experience under my belt, it stupid.. I don't expect You to control anyone, this is a Spirituality forum, ppl here are interested in finding out what life is about, at the very least they should know their ego identifications and triggers allot more shouldn't they? People here are redefining words to support their ideological identifications, that is just messed up, as well as many other things that are found on regular forums where finding life meaning is not the focus, I get that sort of behavior there but not here...

Yes, I've tried some breaks before, only to come back with the same ole same... I'm on here now allot b/c I'm on sick leave from work, so I like to discuss these topics with likeminded individuals, healthy debate is good for sure, not egoic ones...Normally when I'm working full time hours I'm on here maybe an hour a day, lately its too much...

They say New Years Resolutions don't work, but its good advice to set intentions... This place is not so healthy for Me, its not a place of Actualization imo, its a place of sharing and conflict and huge huge Egos, only a few ppl here are on a level of realization that I can respect, the rest are either playing ego games or using Spirituality as Entertainment and crave Drama more than Truth, I don't have the time or patients to deal with ppl like that, I still have plenty to work on myself, the constant triggering this place gives Me does not help in anyway! I share this because this place is supposed to be above all of this, and maybe this is a wake up call for those under the illusion that it is a place of Actualization and Higher Consciousness, it is not, but it could have been.. Leo himself imo is full of conflict it seems, how could someone that is supposedly in a state of high level Consciousness (he claims to be the most Conscious, if that is not a sign of a huge Ego, I don't know what is) be constantly grumpy and at times ignoring the very ppl that provide him and audience and income,, If one starts something like this, an online presence via videos and forums then you better be available to the public, he is in many ways but is very constrained in his approach and argumentative lots of the time, it boggles my mind how this is so, and his ability to pick apart anyone the deviates from his approach is out of this world, one day he will say he not perfect and capable of making a mistake then the next day he's the most critical critic of another's approach lol, unbelievable! So with this, and stating it publicly on this forum this will give me a sense of pressure to stick to my word, so that is my intention.. If you are reading this, look elsewhere for Advice, there are much more caring and giving communities out there that will actually listen to what YOU are saying and your personal concerns, vs. telling You You are Wrong and then berating You more for it! To those that are actually on the path of Truth and living it somewhat, I think I know who You are, go elsewhere as well, this place will take all of that progression and realization away from You if Your here too much, I've honestly tried to share what I think works, for sure some will disagree, I have no problems with that, but the egoic attacks are too frequent to maintain any sort of interest for me to share anymore sad to say!!

I'm the first to admit I am not in realization of my Enlightenment, if I was I certainly would not be spending time here, so I am a work in progress, I share what I think is best, as we all do.. Second, what is insult, what is praise, if You think your going to go thru life getting praised all the time, or that you should be then what can I tell you, think what you want makes no difference too me.. Its clear that You and I have very differing opinions and experiences, just ignore me and pretend I do not exist, I will do the same regarding You!

drop all belief's, find out what is what, go into Yourself...even the bible says that the kingdom of God is within You, so find it and see...the bible also says that God is omnipresent, that means GOD is everywhere, is You, others call this Divinity or Divine, call it whatever (Less labels the better), it is YOU, its just a matter of being Aware of it.. All answers are within You, Yoga is just the Science of taking away all the things that are not allowing you to experience it here and NOW!

No, as there is no outside GOD imo, so who I have to Love first, this sounds like a Christian/Religious sort of attitude... No the Best way to being Loving and Include all as part of Yourself is thru Yogic practices, step by step You get to the deeper aspects of what You are, I am not the Body or Mind, find out what was there before the Body and Mind then all is done... first fix distortions of the mind (drop belief's/identity/ego), live nobile truths (acts of kindness, honesty, lawfulness), prepare the body and mind for higher intensity energy (asanas), one pointed focus, samadhi experiences then your there...

Love is not an Action, or an act of "trying", it is You including others as a part of yourself, this naturally happens when Your complete within Yourself, and your experience of Life is that of Oneness! Then Loving is natural, otherwise it is not Love as I would understand it, more of "If you do this then I promise to show love towards You" which is an arrangement and not love...

If it was much worse before than that must of been very bad, cause now is not so good either imo! plus the forum is slow as hell, takes forever to load pages and you constantly have to refresh while logged in..

When You Accept ppl as they are, then Love is easy, and Love is not based on the other person, it is based on what is going on within You. If your so called Love is based on what the other person does or thinks then it is not love, but a contract of sorts, an arrangement.. So Love is about You first and foremost, You include other as a part of Yourself, that is Love...

Many of my family members are fools, with foolish thoughts and ideas, I still Love Them dearly!!
