How does One know they are intouch with Truth, its really easy and not complex, You will be much Happier within Yourself when Your intouch with Truth, if Your really close to it then no suffering will happen within You, yes pain exists, you can still break a leg when Enlightened and feel the pain, but Your in realization that You are not the Body or Mind, so its not as bad as one that is super identified with Body/Mind, its like someone destroying their new lambo they have been saving up for ever, they will suffer that loss because it is them that is destroyed, go beyond that sort of thing and suffering will not happen, therefore You are intouch with Truth, its simple to know,..It seems many here are still suffering, including Leo, so is he intouch with Truth?????

Are You Peaceful or Happy of Your own nature? If Not then forget this idea of "Awakening to God and realizing everything is a Dream" BS, because its all BS in my book, you take a drug it makes You think Your the only one in existence and that everything is a dream is BS, take another drug and it will make You believe in something else, its the f'n drug making you believe all this crap I don't know why ppl buy into it so much... Just make Yourself Peaceful and Blissful by your own nature, then You will enjoy Your family and life situations while here and Embodied on this plane of existence, then You will leave naturally when the time is right, and there will be no stress inbetween,,,

Well Said.. People around here and in general have to Realize that Happiness is not just some emotion that comes and goes, its the basic Quality of Your Life, and the Foundation for which True Seeking for Truth/Reality can begin! If Your Happiness/Peace is not Stable, You will not find out Your True Potential and Possibility that is inherent in most all People, it is because they live up and down emotional lives and are Slaves to outside situations and ppl, places and things that we as a Species have not reached our True Potential Spiritually much on this planet and because of that and ppl's search for Happiness outside of themselves we are burning up the Planet, causing way too much Suffering in the process.. Find Your Happiness within, then finding Your Potential is Guaranteed!

Karma means we are the makers of our Life! I don't use this "Dream" Terminology, its contradictory, first You are in a Dream and its unreal, but You can still Suffer? If its unreal, why worry or be concerned about Suffering? It makes no sense and lead ppl to stupid ideologies and inner experiences, soon they begin to think they are the "only" one to exist lol... If you master Karma, You will be Free to determine how You Experience this Earthly Life and Life Beyond this Body/Mind/Earth complex, so much so that You can choose to come back again and choose which family you are born into or too completely lose Individuality and merge with Absolute, the choice is there...

What are You talking about, hating old ppl? I took care of my Mother when she was old before she died, and my Wife helps old ppl, why would I hate old ppl. You sound nuts Dude! You asked a question, I answered, if we keep on going the way we are going things will get worse, as they have been.. I've seen big changes in the Quality of LIfe around me since I was young, in my 50's now, so even within my own tiny lifetime things have change tremendously, and its happening faster now... I live in a Big City, with too many ppl that have too many plans, what happens when everyone has plans to do something, chaos happens, divisiveness happens, struggle and strife and suffering happens, the city here can't keep up, things are going nuts here, a 16yr old was shot dead 3 days ago, another shooting with 2 dead 2 days ago, the major hiways have accidents and holdups everyday, the transit system breaks down everyday, ppl with no means to survive and low income being kicked out of their homes due to poverty and I live in one of the most wealthy countries, its nuts here and it 10x worse in other places in the world, having more ppl here only makes things worse!!

LIke I said its a Game, Life here is a Game of sorts, with that we can play it Joyfully or Miserably, one is LIfe empowering (as we know life on this Earth), the other is Disempowering to Life as we know it here...We have the choice, Free Will to choose which way we want it, that is another reason why we are here...

Well it does matter, because when one just sees or understands or experiences the Absolute, then everything else won't matter, so when that is the case then they are limited in a way, and not Absolute, so one needs to have both perspectives and ultimately the individual Experience of it, they can be in Experience of the Absolute/Oneness/Completeness (this is Bliss) and as well live an everyday normal life with family or no family, work or no work, and just play the game of it, that is why we are here. Absolute means One, One means All, All means Potential, and we try to live that potential out on this dual realm we have here on Earth:) A major problem is when we take this stuff too seriously, life is not meant to be taken too seriously, its Lala or a Game of sorts, play time on Earth, because we have taken it too seriously we have these wars, suffering, ppl dying for no reason, and it continues, too serious and not enough play...

I would say You meant well, maybe You should have built the retirement home in more southernly places where its not so cold (I understand cold coming from Canada lol). Don't be concerned with this Solipsism stuff, from my research on Spiritual matters this is what I know, that all experience happens within You and no place else, others are here, they have their Subjective Experience and that is all we really have, but to actually think/believe that only "I" exist and everything else is a dream I made up is ludicrous! We are here to experience basic Life as Individuals, but we also have the ability to experience Life as One Big Connected Unit, we are Like Bubbles of Air, we think we are the bubble part, the thin layer that surrounds the Air, but we are the Air, and when the Buddle is broken we merge with the rest of that Giant Air pocket we call the Atmosphere, but for now we have a bubble around it and its called Individuality, enjoy it while it lasts, and explore the rest of it via seeking and finding a good practice that allows you to enjoy both worlds!!

An Enlightened Person will be recognized in any and all ways, they will probably be allot Freer, more Happy, less Attached, but Loving, Loyal, Caring and Giving, Compassionate but can get Angry and do what needs to be done, but this is a Conscious process for them, for most others its Compulsive...

There are levels to it, what You say is true in the "Absolute" way of perceiving and describing it, as I said this is Top Down methodology, I am saying that since we are using language to discuss things using logic, so there are labels to be used and such... But as things go down to our human earth level, that is where "things" exist, this is not Absolute level, but Earth level, it is just we as Human can realize we are not this Earth stuff and that there is more to us than we normal understand or perceive.. Reality goes from Gross (Earth) to more Subtle realms (Absolute)...

It more a combination of controlling birthrate, by creating institutions that allow more conscious individuals to be on the planet at any one time, not talking about creating "Enlightened Beings everywhere", just ppl that are more conscious and less Compulsive in their nature, if this happens then random need to procreate will drop, wars will drop, overall suffering and abuse will stop... As well the other side of the coin is that ppl are living longer, that is also why the population is higher, its not just birthrates, so we have to change most everythiing, we are too Consumer orientated, this comes from being Compulsive too as well as looking for fulfilment outside of yourself, look for it within and that will solve many of our problems...

For Us as Humans, we have to identify with something, but the lower on the scale You go in identification (sex, gender, status, looks, education, etc) then You are stuck in the game of survival and accumulating more and more, this is no different than the caveman accumulating fire, food and shelter/safety, its just we have evolved to a point where those things are settled, so we move on to so called higher up things, more comforts, convenience and accumulating experiences too, but its still Survival mode way of life. First realize I am not the Body, I am not the Mind, then identity will shift to something beyond all of this Accumulation stuff, What about Me will drop, if that happens your Truly free in life, Free from Suffering, Free from Bondage of any kind...

What You guys are mostly missing is that Reality is everything and anything, its Pure Potential, but You get stuck in an Ideology or a Grand Experience situation that You've had once or a thousand times, and try to reduce it logically and intellectually. Whatever You think Consciousness is, Human based or Alien Based, its all Possibility and Potential, no matter what other labels you create or situations... Absolute is One, One means ALL, ALL means Everything is Possible, so if Everything is Possible then Duality is Possible and has to exist, so here we are on this planet, but Your a Human with a Great Sense of Individuality, which in and of itself is Wonderful, but its not the Ultimate, its Not Absolute, Absolute does not have Individuality or Duality, just Potential, so we are here to work this out via Experience, Perception and Awareness so that we can if we strive and choose to "Experience this Absolute" while here and Embodied, we have basic tools provided to us (Intellect) so that we can survive in a world we are not physically superior in, so we need superior intellects, and now in this day and age we rule this world, but are destroying it because we are not Using any Awareness capabilities at all..

Sadhguru explains it well here, why we need to control the birthrate and eventually lower the amount of ppl on the planet, I agree with him.. The way we are living now, we will ruin the planet in not too many years, if its not already ruined... If we were a more conscious people, then maybe would could handle more ppl, but we are not close to being conscious, just more crazy as it ever was, with many more ppl than ever before...

Sadhguru talks about Death, Death happens all the time around us, but one only is concerned about it when it happens to one they Love or to soon to themselves... Death will happen to all, the oldest should die first, then the middle age then the youngest as they all progress in age, the youngest should not die before the oldest, Oldest-->2nd Oldest--->Youngest in order is the way of life, otherwise strife will arise when the Younger generation dies before the Older Generation... Sadhguru answers questions about contacting Dead Parents after being Dead for 5yrs, he says one's relationship ends when one's loved ones die, Leave the Dead to the Dead, don't dwell on their Death, but remember them when they were Alive and feel Blessed that You had them in Your Life...

About 2 weeks, after I started practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra from Sadhguru's Inner Engineering Course, I was smiling and happy for no reason, ppl at my work place, which was a shit hole I worked security at, kept on asking me why I was smiling so much lol.. Peace or Joy naturally arising like this is the stable ground upon which real Seeking can happen, if your emotionally unbalanced, unstable mentally and stressed out, proper Spiritual seeking will never happen, only when those things are stable does the Awareness really start to open up... Pain will happen in life, we break a leg, lose a loved one, other such events happen, it happens to everyone, its how we Respond to Life Situations that allows us to go thru life basically Untouched, then Your able to reach the Potential that is in all of Us, and that is why we are here to explore this potential, but it doesn't happen unless Your stable...

Sorry to Hear about Your Son, no parent needs to go thru things like this, unfortunately it happens all the time but hopefully he grows up Happy and Healthy... Which is what You should concentrate on too, be an example to Your Son, don't teach him anything other than how to survive another day in a Healthy way, Be Happy and Healthy yourself, forget this God stuff, it has nothing to do with being a Good Parent and Human Being, just be Healthy and Happy and Your son will see this as he grows up and it will reflect in his life for as long as he Lives!

Yes Words are quite useless in this regard... If I were to council someone on Spiritual Matters, I would not talk to them about Absolute, God, or Enlightenment, I would just allow them to have first a Stress Response Free Life, no over reacting, just conscious responding, no living past or future, only live NOW but using past and future, and Accepting all that is as it is, if one does these basic mental tricks, no stress response will happen, the Life will take over, and flow over in an intense way, then they will be on their way to the stuff we all talk about uselessly around here, lol..if they choose it, maybe they will just choose to have a Great Human Life, and be done it:)

This "Appearances are not Actual" is an oxymoron, if it appears it is Actual, and there is something making choices, the choices are not on an Absolute level, they are on this level of existence, the ordinary plane material dual level we are functioning in, its just that Humans can experience Life beyond this, they can experience Life in the Absolute level, this is why its important to Realize I am Not the Body or Mind, when that is established then one will Realize the Absolute, but we still have a Body/Mind to use while here...

With Ramana types as far as I know, they are top of the line, what in the end is the end of striving or seeking, which is the Desiring process, the be unbounded or Consciousness as some may call it, but for the normal human the beginning point is stable happiness or freedom of sort via the experience of it in some limited way, the simple act of being rich for many that are poor is freedom for them for a time being anyways. As Humans our basic nature is to be more than what we are right now, that leads to Ramana Type experience and Consciousness levels of Being in the end, but at the beginning we have to start from where we are at right now..

Yes,,, All Experience happens in One Place, within YOU, its just that most all ppl are stuck on the level of 5 sense perception tools, which our outward in mechanisms, they bring information into our brains and inside of Us, but the processing and judgement/evaluation happens within Us, if You just learn to master that, You can create any Experience You want, that is the starting point of good Yoga, get to that point of Free Will, the ability to Respond as You choose to Respond then no Stress response will happen, if no stress response happens in Your Life, how would life be Experienced? Probably allot better than it is now for those the experience constant stimulation of the Stress Response, up and down emotional lives, which most think is normal, it may be normal but its not healthy or fun/Empowering in any way...

Yes, that is why we are not talking or communicating about anything of "Real" Substance, since this is the Spirituality forum, we cannot discuss or communicate about this on a direct level, that is only done via personal Experience, the rest as You say is all Interpretation, which for sure can be mis Interpreted and probably is, but its all we have in this sort of realm to learn about one another, at least on the basic level, higher up levels ppl can know other ppl via other ways that are more intuitive and natural without using words like we are here, in person communication is mostly body language from what I understand which is a higher up level of communication btwn ppl that what we are doing here...

Of Course, just like You create this "Nothing to do about Nothing" Philosophy, its all self created via some sort of learning or conditioning, its just that some conditioning/learning binds us, others release us to further our Potential..
