The Non Dualist here will say this is all gibberish, not needed, too much work, everything is just appearance bla bla bla, but they don't see it or realize it.. Sadhguru is not just about Enlightenment, being Blissful and such, he's about the Mechanics of Life, experiencing all that this Life (Potential) has to offer, and how to navigate thru it, so You just don't disappear and are no good to the ppl left behind here, so that is why I like him so much, he's logically/intellectual correct, Energetically highly intense, always Blissful and Laughing, and walks the walk, doesn't just talk about it like many here...

I've watched him over the years, he's very very Intellectually Identified, he's all thoughts and thinking and calculating, dissecting things up but then trying to put it all back together with a set of scissors, that is why he had a mental breakdown, feel sorry for ppl like that too!!

Yes, SJV says most ppl at the moment of Enlightenment die, and many realize Enlightenment at the moment of their physical death or maybe they are having a Samadhi moment at the moment of death but its not Karmically Enlightenment level of realization.. What I find interesting is that SJV has said that one can be Energetically Enlightened, like their Kundalini has hit and is staying at the Crown Chakra but they are not intellectually Enlightened or something along those lines...

Morality yes its relative to one's culture, what we think is wrong another culture may embrace as right, so in some cases Morality is relative, but most all cultures believe the Killing or Stealing from another for one's own good is Morally wrong, and that is what most criminals are up to, but every action, every decision p[l are making can be logically justified today, a rapist can justify his actions of rape against women but that doesn't mean his actions are Moral, is it right to use a woman for Your Own sexual pleasure against her Will? No it is not.. Criminals are doing just that performing actions, justifying it to themselves but using others for their own good and purposes..

Just the using of the label "God" is a misnomer, Call it something else, but we are all a part of the essence that created everything and was there before everything was created, call it Absolute or Brahman or Shiva, but yes we are here as an Expression of this Absolute, so Experience can come Alive and Absolute/Life can experience it self. Absolute is the well of all Potential and Possibility but there is no Expression or Experience there, but the Potential has to be expressed doesn't it? We are doing that here, so it is a game of sorts, we have Free Will to determine how we respond to this game and experience it!

True! Ppl talk here say this and that, they say they have suffered that is their Truth, but when they write about it here, share their suffering its just a Story to the rest of Us reading it, like a philosophy no different.. So the essence of it is this, once it is in YOUR EXPERIENCE then it is Truth and Reality, that is the only thing that really matters is Your Experience, and it only happens within YOU, no where else, this is the only aspect of Solipsism that is true on a Experiential level.,, Suffering can be used, as anything can be used to bring You to Your Higher Potential, but Suffering is not a Higher Potential at all, its a lower Potential, because the Experience of Suffering disempowers You, Bliss Empowers You so that Your Potential is more revealed to You then hence Transformation is upon One, so Bliss is the safest Path, get Blissful of Your Own Nature and then see the World/Life open up to Higher Potentials..

Life is the Expression of Absolute, its Potential being played out in real time here so its a game of sorts, with Free Will access, choose how to experience Life (BEINGNESS), then go out and perform Action (Doing) and get results (Having), but nobody does it this way, the usually DO to HAVE to get some sort of sense of BEING, but it never works like that, so one continues to search (Gather/Accumulate) ppl, places and things to feel complete and whole but this is just ego and survival mode seeming different somehow, not real Spirituality in any sort of way! So we have what we have today, you have Normals which is ppl that go out and work and have families and live a simple sort of Survival Life, or then You have the Crazies that cannot live the Normals life and go nuts, some are in great positions of Power and use it to their own advantage, causing massive suffering to millions, they are unconscious of Reality and care only of what they want, this is very very anti Spirituality, its not close to Human Nature level, its below Animal Nature Level..

@Javfly33 From what I understand Samadhi is not Enlightenment either but its the step just before Enlightenment happens, and there are 7 different types of Samadhi but Yeah its a no mind thing in basic terms, just pure Perception and Clarity arising where Life is found in the NOW moment, all else is irrelevant..

No, completely off base here with this. Life is not Infinite Love, Your just lacking in Love that is why you put it up on a pedestal.. Love is Inclusion, its Me including You as a part of Myself, its a Sweet Emotion that Humans are capable of Experiencing to a high degree of Intensity, Life is not this, Life/Absolute is all Possibility and Potential, but don't call a Serial Killer Love, call it Hate, which is also another Potential, opposite of Love but Possible to be existing and expressed.. As Humans we can choose where to Vibe and be within Ourselves, do You want Love or Hate, with Love there is great Bliss attached to it, that is why You want it, if Love meant great pain and suffering You would not want it, we call that Hate, that is why the Serial Killer does what he does, he Hates his victims and uses them for his/her own pleasure..

Its Possible to have both experiences, to feel totally Fresh and New in a way, or remember all the past lives and what happened, that is why Absolute is all about Potential and Possibility, no matter what someone says here, how ever they explain Reality or their Experience of it, in a way it is correct, its a Potential being realized in an individual form. People here want concrete set answers and situations, this is survival mechanism coming up in their Spirituality, which is anti both... it doesn't work that way, all is possible, all is impossible, we choose what is possible or impossible so Absolute can explore itself wholly and completely..

It all about Possibility okay, if this label we use of God exist, with certain parameters and conditions applied to it, then the opposite Possibility exists as well, it has to.. As soon as some idea comes into existence the opposite of it comes into existence, its the same with everything.. God/Absolute is just Potential and Possibility that is all, we determine how we want to Use it and Be with it..

This is True I think, Absolute/Brahman is all about Potentials and Possibilities, but in that realm there is no Expression and Experience, but since this thing called Possibility exists then we have to exist as we are here, in a Dual, Material, Karmic world, but as Humans we have the most ability to be Conscious of this and we have Free Will, Free Will is not about Control of everything, its about How You are Experiencing Life within and how High Your Consciousness of Reality, Absolute as an Experience You can Be.. So we are the Expression of the Endless Possibility the Infinite has to offer...

Enlightenment is just everyone's experiential take on the Highest Potential they can Experience within any given moment.. For James 123 it is above, for others its a different take, its all okay, we are not invading each others home and being a actual threat to anyone, so recognize the feeling that arises when one makes a claim or statement then the need to react come up via this forum and replying, just use it... The Highest Potential for me within this moment is not being a slave to outside situations, being at min Peaceful of my own nature, Living beyond Survival based needs in Awareness (being able to enjoy a butterfly in the air or the warm breeze or sunny day or snowy day even when outside situations are tough). Can't think of anything higher up like understanding the total complexity of Nature and Reality, if basic things are not taken care of first, basic is Natural Peaceful/Blissful Nature first...

@Jowblob First how can Dodo be oblivious to consciousness when there are no other? All is Consciousness right, so is there others with individual awareness capability or not? Second Your beliefs have been challenged and Your ego is ruling You, its okay we all do it, no one here is Enlightened or that awake, they are awake to a point but belief and identification is very strong here.. Existence is all Potential, everyone has Choice to choose what Potential they tap into, that is Absolute, we are here to play the game of Absolute interacting with Absolute on all the levels Possible for Absolute to know itself, it can't know itself in Absolute realm since its all One and Complete, no duality there, but all Potential lives there (obviously language is very very limited in describing it, it can't really), so that Potential is expressed here via Duality, Physicality, Experience and Expression, Free Will...

Yes, good explanation! That is what ppl are forgetting, relativity vs absolutism, most here are into Absolutism it seems, and we cannot talk or discuss or use logic/intellect to do anything with Absolute, but You can with Relativity, which is where we are right now, we can Experience to a very high degree the Absolute but that is about it.. So saying 'Nothing is Happening" is a misnomer big time...

Almost like Exorcist stuff just not as intense, and no vomiting lol, but ppl shaking, screaming, talking funny, others just sitting there in tears, crying, others just zoned out and looking into space for long periods of time, others laughing hysterically, lots of different reactions I saw while we were in his presence at the Tennessee ashram and in Detroit for the IE program... they say eye witnesses that during the Consecration of the Dylanalinga that ppl could not get close to him because he was just too intense, energies concentrated, he aged 25yrs in 8mths they say, there is some video footage somewhere online..

Well I've sat with Sadhguru at his a few of his events and plenty of ppl were doing all sorts of weird things..He has to tone his intensity down otherwise ppl will really freak out, some do anyways because they may be more sensitive than others or not used to his sort of energy.. He's what they call a Chakrawara or Master of the Energy system, 7 Chakras, he's consecrated the Dylanalinga and many other Temples so he's top of the line for sure...

This is true in a sense, but its not Blind faith like Javfly said, there is a deeper connection.. Before our modern times, the Guru did not talk as much as they do today, the Spiritual Information was a Transmission of sorts, on another level beyond the intellect where our communication is, but in today's world the Guru has to talk allot more due to our intellect addiction and identification... but if a true Guru walks into a place were the ppl's minds are simple, they will recognize the Guru more instantly..

Sadhguru has a huge ashram in India and in Tennessee, he's building a Yogic city there too...Plus there are other Guru's that have well established Ashrams in India, do some searching then plan to go there and check it out, I hope to do that someday as well...

Your starting to post hypocritical things, so I'm calling You out on it that is all, we have too much of this stuff going on here and other places.. People are allowed to say what they want, but they should expect push back at times, that's only fair..

I don't know about Guru Ravi situation, with Sadhguru it is a very high quality path, and we need Guru's. Its not about putting them on pedestals, Sadhguru says many times to never look up or down on anyone, just see them for what they are now, but many fail at this, their prejudice does not allow them to do this, but they should do this, just see Guru's as a tool, be devoted to them for sure, as they are special relationships, not normal one.. One does not need a Guru but if they do it on their own it may take many lifetimes, with a Guru it will happen within this lifetime...
