  1. I just watched this podcast recently, its about the most scientifically examined data on Near Death Experiences, he says via the data that not all but most of the NDE are similar in fact, and that they are very different from psycedelic experiences, even atheist have the same experiences as believers, but who knows eh, its all very interesting and nothing we say is fact, just speculation, but we will all find out what happens someday:)
  2. I think so, it is possible from what I understand of it, energy bodies store karma, Yogi's/Mystics can even recreate a body for someone that has passed already physically, as karma is stored in the energy body and that goes with You when Your body dies, but it takes allot of work to do that to recreate a body for someone and is only done in certain situations I think... Some masters, Buddha I think is one of them, after their body dies, they can come back and recreate it for themselves to do work here too, they have a name for these types but I can't remember what it is...
  3. Leo is correct, the possibilities of what You can come back as are endless, but Karma is in play, karma is the residual affect of all the actions You have taken over the lifetimes, basically cause and affect.. There are many actions taking place right now within You, are You aware of this? So because of Karma there is Life like it is here on this planet, because of Karma the planet and Universe is here as it is (planets and Universe are performing action correct?), so because of this karma that You have over lifetimes, some of it is allotted for this incarnation that You have as You are right now, Your working it out as life goes on, how conscious You are determines how much of this Karma plays a role in Your Life, karma determines basically the type of person You are, and what You get Yourself into... If You develop a high level of Consciousness within this lifetime that will affect how You are in the next one, you probably won't come back as a pizza, but as a Human, but more developed Spiritually.. The end game is that You are fully Conscious and the cycle stops, no more rebirth, no more Individuality, merge with Absolute/Oneness/Brahman and that is that, but you may have gone thru thousands of Incarnations, from a simple ameba or flower, to insect to animal to human, who knows?
  4. I agree I don't think going the route of "Understanding" is going anywhere worth while, plus its infinite how do You understand that, and lot of it is unmanifestation, non physical in nature, various levels of realms, existencesm no thing ness, and so on, how to understand that?? Just Experience it as best you can, what else is there to be here for??
  5. This is why it is dumb to personify God, or say God is just Love or this or that, God is the wrong word/label to be using in the Spiritual Context of what we are all talking about, as that word has to many distortions in ppls minds.. Think of Existence, the fundamental Aspect of it, and its Creation Tool as a sort of Intelligence that allows all Potentials and Possibilities to be here and available, so one can be very Blissed Out, Compassionate, Giving, Loving, Supportive and so forth, or the exact opposite of that as You described above, so what is the point of it All? The Point of it All is that we have to discover via our Individuality, the Dual Nature of this Realm of Reality, our ability to have an Ego/Separate Experience from everything, that we can as well be totally Connected to Everything and Everyone on an Experiential Level, and via that we can explore Potentials beyond this savagery that we see today in the world, the separateness that is apparent everywhere and the suffering that exist because of it all...
  6. Yes, via the illusion something is happening, in God Realm nothing is happening, which is great too, both are available to Us which is why we are here...
  7. I thing there is a difference in intention between wanting to die because You are suffering, and wanting to end life because You want to move on via a higher state of Consciousness and Awareness (Mahasamadhi), in the latter instance it is like graduating public school for high school, high school for University and so on, with Mukti or Dissolution You lose Your Individuality, the drop in the Ocean goes back into the Ocean sort of thing...
  8. If God is Absolute, then there is no Discretion present there, its only found here in our Human Mind and Intellect, which is needed! First we have to be Lost, but within is the ability to be Found, that is the game, so here Discretion is present, which means farts and rainbows are different, that is the beauty of Life here, there are differences, uniqueness, Individuality, but underneath it all it all comes from the same place, so that is the other game to find out where this place of sameness is...
  9. You are here to determine this on this level of existence and within this realm, that is why we are here as Humans, to find our Awareness of Consciousness or Source Intelligence and live the Potential is provides You via that Awareness, without Us (and possibly other forms of life elsewhere), then what or how is Awareness possible? How can Absolute be Aware of Absolute without duality and karma not being present?
  10. In the video The ppl in the program were newbies as far as I can understand, not long term practitioners, so yes I agree after 30yrs of serious sadhana if your still on the planet walking around (unless You make it so and have some sort of mission in mind like Sadhguru does) then something is wrong, you should have dissolved by then..
  11. I agree with Inflow, tone down the Shambhavi practice, do some Hatha Yoga as well, do some contemplation too, just because Your Bored doesn't mean You should do psychedelics, only do it if you already have a stable base, lots of these ppl are regular daily users, so be careful where You get Your information and advice from, someone that needs to do it daily or on the regular, or someone that doesn't and has the same experience.. I posted a thread of someone that has been in Isha for over 30yrs, he was there in the beginning, he knows Sadhguru personally, they had programs ranging from 50-700+ppl and they were all in Bliss in the end, its the real deal it is just we allow our situation to control us rather than us controlling our inner situation!
  12. I had this thought today too, sooner or later You realize all this talking doesn't really mean anything or gets one anywhere, in the beginning because I don't have anyone else really to discuss this interest we all share its sort of cool, then the drama's start and disagreements and so forth, but then after awhile that is not it either and it seems to be a bit of a waste of time...as it happens on all the forums I've been a part of in regards to my other interests,, I try not too really limit my time here, mostly its for entertainment and to occupy my mind before I go to bed or work lol, and it brings forth my ego complex when ideas are put forth that are contrary to how I understand things, so it makes me contemplate about it and figure things out in a way, but even that only goes so far, sooner or later the shit has to become a real experience of some sort in one's life and that is not happening from posting or being on the forum.. For sure as a psychedelic resource this is the place to go to explore the how too's and how much of whatever substance one wants to experiment with, if and when I go in that direction I will for sure use the info shared here and ask questions!
  13. Sadhguru talks about this sort of stuff allot too, its practical day to day stuff, simple things like how to use Your Mind correctly, how to Sit, Breath correctly, ppl think we have this naturally, we don't many ppl are doing the basics wrong, the society teaches it wrong or no one taught us how to do it right, and because of that most of us are messed up in many ways.. Sadhguru's approach is creating a Blissful atmosphere first, with that in place everything about You, all Your capacities and capabilities, mind/body complex is amplyfied and improved.. Stress destroys everything and most ppl are under tons of unconscious stress daily, it takes it toll, just imagine if all of the Stress was not there, how would life Be? Probably 1000% better overall on a practical level, Mind too, you'll have more access to it and what it is really capable of when Bliss is in place as a natural occurrence..
  14. No, I wouldn't say this is the right definition, at least how I interpret it. An aspect of God or Source Intelligence as I like to refer to it, is in everything, but dog poop is Gross material, from poop though comes flowers correct? So that is how it sort of works... Funny thing I was just thinking of this very topic today lol, not poop but the word Divine and how it relates to everything else, again as I've described before, everything goes from Subtle to Grossness, what we have on this Earth is various levels of Grossness, poop is much more on the Grossness side than Oxygen, but both are Physical in nature, they have atoms and molecules and such, but Your Thoughts are much more Subtle than Oxygen, and Dreams are more Subtle I would say than thoughts, like the Sub Conscious Mind is more Subtle than Your Conscious Mind and so forth.... But what is Divinity on this Earth, Consecration is the act of making something that is Gross in essence into something the is Divine in essence, from Gross to Much More Subtle nature I would say, a high level of Subtleness I guess could be considered Divine in nature, a basically Dead thing become an Alive thing is a simple way to put it.. Everything we can sense with our 5 senses has atoms in it essentially, but not everything we can sense is Alive, so there is a big difference there!
  15. This Youtube Channel popped up on my Home Screen, its a new one, its about the People Involved with Isha, which Sadhguru created back in the early 90's, the first two videos is an interview with someone that was there at the beginning, after Jaggi's/Sadhguru's Enlightenment, but before the actual creation of Isha, the Dylanalinga, and the ashram where it is Now, he talks about many things from the Beginning times, with lots of old videos and pictures to go along with it: - How he got involved with Jaggi/Sadhguru - the Difference between Jaggi Vasudev and Sadhguru - the creation of the Ashram in Coimbatore in India - Jaggi/Sadhguru display on numerious occassions of Siddhi Powers and such Mystical Phenomenon... - what went down during the consecration of the Dylanalinga and such.. - what is Life like Now and his relationship with Sadhguru.. - Catholic Father compares Sadhguru with Jesus... much more... Thought to share it for those interested in how things got started compared to where Isha is today, very interesting stuff... Its in Indian Language but has very good subtitles!! Part 1 - part 2-
  16. Do This When I Am Alive! | Energy | Ojas | Occult |Mysticism | Sadhguru | Adiyogi Create This Cocoon Of Energy, Before It's Too Late! | Ojas | Occult |Mysticism | Sadhguru | Adiyogi ojas – a nonphysical energy which “lubricates” our passage through existence, so that “life happens effortlessly.”
  17. Fate is only a Reality after the FACT! That means after the moment has come, then it was fated, as each moment is Inevitable to be the way it was, before the moment happens, its up in the air, anything can happen, when it comes to Interior Experience within Yourself, Your totally able to control it and that is the basis of Free Will, what is happening outside of You situationally, the best you can do is 50% control, unless Your a billionaire then You can control much more than that when it comes to your situation around You...
  18. Yes we do, in the context that we can determine how we experience life within and our general destiny, most ppl are living via fate which is living by accident, like walking around a room in the dark, enlightenment is turning the light ON! Free will is our basic make up, we just have to strive to access it..
  19. No this is not true, but I think it may come up in a court case if You hurt someone badly in a altercation, which is why I avoid that stuff at all cost!
  20. Jiddu Krishnamurti Indian philosopher and orator is the more famous of the Krishnamurti, Jiddu one is anti Guru and anti System, even though he did talks with thousands in attendance giving advice lol, he is very wise, more of a Intellectual than a Guru imo... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiddu_Krishnamurti Bruce Lee was heavily influenced by JD Krishnamurti, his whole Jeet Kune Do Martial Art is based on this...
  21. Yes very much so, it has all the ingredients to take You all the way, the concepts shared are priceless and the Shambhavi Mahamudra is very effective and powerful...
  22. Well when You love something its easy to train in, so that was the motivation for me, I just took me over for a long time, not so much nowadays, but for many years all I could think about was Kung Fu Fighting, but I'm no Fighter, just luv'd to train in it and explore the skill set:) Before that is was Tennis, nowadays its Yoga and Spirituality and staying alive in Toronto Traffic!
  23. Umm in Chinese Martial Arts, they have levels rather than belts, in the first system I'm highly ranked but no longer associated with them, in the other one they didn't really have ranking, as it was a closed off group of sorts, they trained in parks and garages lol, but were very good and highly skilled... I stopped teaching when covid hit, but want to get back to it, but have been teaching since 1990..
  24. I like system and methods to things, when it comes to Spirituality I haven't found anything more Effective than Sadhguru's approach.. I remember when I was training hard in Martial Arts, I had trained in a system of Chinese Kung Fu called Wing Chun, there are many variations and methods to this one style, so I had learned one version of it for 18yrs, I thought I knew what it was all about, then I travelled to another instructors place far away from my hometown, and got blown away, his method was very different and very effective.. So I trained in that method for another 6yrs, and about 3yrs in a training partner and I had a conversation, the thought of "Could we figure this stuff out by ourselves" entered our minds, and the answer was NO, we needed someone to show us and teach us how it worked, how the training method would lead us to a certain skill set, so since then I like methods and systems, the abstract stuff I dabble in for entertainment mostly:)
