Yes on 3 different occassion, for days at a time.. Listen its really simple, how is one to make change or transformation if they cannot do it by themselves without help? Answer that one for me as well as why Leo should continue doing what he is doing according to Your logic? My advice is to not believe anything he says, but to try out the methods he shares if Your interested, if not then ignore him!

While being "busy" with life stuff, work, home, study, etc, Self Actualize by doing this... 1) Live Now Absolutely, be present in the moment, don't let memory or imagination rule You...this can be done always.. 2) Accept all this is as it Is- Acceptance doesn't mean liking/disliking what is, just Accept it, this will stop all Stress from arising.. 3) Respond to Life situations, don't react.. Responding is a Conscious Action, being Conscious is Self Actualizing, reacting is Unconscious action, opposite of Self Actualization. 4) Breath deeply and slowly at all times, this will relax Your system tremendously, via relaxation then Your calmness will take over, Peacefulness will become more naturally for You, this will give you more clarity of what is what, and via that You make better/wiser decisions! All of the above can be done all the time, and leads to Self Actualization via Your internal Experience is now naturally Peaceful and at Ease!

No it doesn't, if that was the case Leo would have to stop too, so would everyone else that is trying to make change in the world.. Its not about belief, he has stated thousands of times not too believe anything he says, rather it is a sharing, its up to You the individual to find interest in what he is sharing or not, no one is forcing anything on anyone.,...

simply put we turn into ghosts, spirits of sorts, with no discretion like we have now while embodied available to Us, in the afterlife realm we just run on our karmic tendencies, if Your a saint in embodied life you will have more ability to choose in the afterlife, if Your completely Unconscious/Unaware of Reality, Truth, what You are, then no choice is available to You there and You'll probably be in a somewhat suffering state...the choice of what body to reincarnate into will be made for you based on your karmic tendencies/makeup, but it doesn't have to be this way, You can do something about it while alive and embodied..

Sadhguru as You know is anti belief.. The proof is in the pudding, just look at his activity and what he says, if You vibe with it then try out what he is sharing (methods, kriyas, asanas, temples, buddhi shuddhi, etc) and see for Yourself if change/transformation happens, if so then continue on with his guidance and transmissions, if not then leave, its that simple, its not a matter of belief at all... Today if one wants to make change or share in the world they have to do it via words first, this sparks the interest because we are so Intellectually Identified, if he just sat in the room and said nothing, most everyone would leave, but what he is sharing is way beyond words and catch phrases or even the books, its all helpful but the real stuff imo is the methods he shares!

The core of Reality, what You really are never changes, its only the ripples that change, the things You are not that are changing, Your Body, Your Mind, Your Ideologies, thoughts, dreams, intentions, etc these things change because that is the way they are supposed to be, if our bodies never changed, then we would never grow up, go thru adolescence and acquire the experiences necessary to have a quality life.. But what You really are never changes!

I agree with this, its not like she is saying something totally unique, if You do enough research the insights can come from other sources as well, I guarantee she is not sharing unique insights and if she turns You off then don't pay any attention.. Plus sharing insights only goes so far, its the methods they share, tools You can practically use (non contemplative, non intellectual) stuff is the most useful, just learning how to breath correctly will do way more wonders for You than intellectual insights in the end imo!! When I watched her vids I found her to be looking for attention and ego driven...

Mindfulness is about being Mindful of the Mind and Thinking/Thought process, essentially You are creating a space btwn what is YOu and the Thought/Thinking patterns, so its not about eliminating thoughts per say, but even if You did that, that is fine too, because in the stillness/silence comes creativity, something original and new.. If Your too identified with thoughts/thinking then your stuck in old recycled data, nothing new will come out of that!

Yes anything can happen, he does say that with new tech and science discovery, things can change.. He does seem confident but he does seem to know the small details, history and modern day situations of many of his claims about China for example, but it is a big stretch to say they won't exist in 10yrs, we will have to see.. I use him and the other chinese guy Jiang as just way of learning about things I can't research myself deeply, no time for that, but they did it for me and then reveal what they find in their opinion.. Time will tell...

So Zehan here is saying this: - China is going to collapse within 10 yrs for many reasons, mainly not enough Young People to take over from old workers, with this 100's of Millions will die of starvation and poverty, and we lose the biggest manufacturing hub of the World and a large consumer base! - AI is not going to change really anything, the energy it is going to take to power these things will not happen without massive infrastructure development and ppl suffering the power lose, water loss and other resources, there will be too much protest in the end for AI to go AGI and beyond.. - Energy will stay the same, coal based, nuclear on a mass large scale will not happen Yet, we don't have the infrastructure to make it happen, nor all the resources.. - Most everything shared in the media, the AI hype and Green Hype is all just Drama for them to get advertisers to pay for ads and them to make more money.. - Those in North America will be best off, if we can cooperate together not isolate from one another, the rest of the world is basically fucked in different ways of severity, China is worse off, Europe not so well off but better than China... He preface it by saying if the new tech is invented and they find something that is helpful soon, things can change... Sounds like Young people are going to have a hard time, whatever You believe will happen, Zehan or what others say, I don't see mostly anyone sharing anything positive about the future of this World, unless of course we raise Human Consciousness so that we don't see each other as "Other" but as a part of ourselves, I don't for see that happening anytime soon unfortunately!!

The Guru is the embodiment of the Truth, a Living Example, but we shouldn't worship them mentally, we should use them as that is why they are here. They provide the guidance, and share the methods and via their Living and Being the Truth they energetically imbibe it so therefore being connected with them is important, Spiritual Transmission is silent and happens between the Guru and the Disciple... We need them for sure, just keep it balanced and real that is all...

Nothing would Exist without Karma! Karma is not reward or punishment system, Karma is memory of all sorts.. When Leo say Genetics plays a role in Awakening, he is saying Karma plays a role as Genes are just a form of memory... So all forms that are around, stones, planets, stars, suns, apes, humans have Karma, living and non living things. For Humans it is more complex, we have evolved thru maybe thousands of cycles of forms, from rocks to plants to insects to animals to a Human, and probably many forms/cycles of being Human, all of that comes with You when YOU are born, Your playing it all out now as we speak and it reflects in Your personality, your dreams, what You think about and wish for, but most are completely unaware of this and the processes of Karma. For Us Humans we can bypass Karma completely via Living Now Totally, Accepting Now Totally, raising our Consciousness to a very high degree, etc etc... When Your present body dies, the other bodies with Your karmic substance intact go on (we all have 5 bodies, food, mental, energy, astral, bliss bodies), when Your body dies, the karma is still in the energy body and such and it and the astral/bliss body go on to find another host per say, this can be done consciously or unconsciously, ultimately You can choose which body to incarnate into, most are not conscious enough so their tendencies, basic core of their being (were they acting living like a pig while alive, a saint, a murder, an almost enlightened being) directs them thru this process, there is no discretion in this realm of afterlife, just tendencies/karma guides it all.. Then Your born again to do it all over again, If Your Spiritually inclined for some reason today, it probably means You were a bit in the last life, so keep up with it and maybe end the cycle.. They also say that what Your State of Being is at the moment of death will go on in the after life, if Your in fear and scared, suffering in anyway at death, You will experience that there too, if Your Blissful and at Peace with death, that will be Your experience there they say!

Yes true, they value status because Ego is supreme in the world, what ppl think of themselves is important, and their always comparing (using bored images and status symbols brainwashed into them via a corrupt and unconscious society and world) themselves to others, valuing things & possessions over goodness and ppl in general, basically ppl have an Exclusive view of themselves and the world, its Me Myself and I rather than all of Us as a community that are basically the same with same goals of wanting a quality life full of Happiness, Health and Well Being, which in the end is what we all want right?

I'm not so sure about this "Unableness", he talks about his gf with others because of Ego, he wants other men to want her, but he doesn't want them to get her, he wants that for himself, its the same here with certain ppl here, they want recognition of Authority, they want debate and argument to make their hearts beat faster, because they cannot do that on their own...there are many reasons why ppl post as they do, most of it I would say is egoic, which is not where Truth is, ego is false self, it neither good or bad, or evil, it just is, its needed in a society to deal with others in society, if You were isolate and alone ego is not needed...identifying with ego is the big problem...

Yes! First only us Humans can have these sorts of Experiences as vastly as it is, we can almost understand Infinity, but not quite, but compared to the other life forms we are massive advantaged in this context! Everything comes from the Experience of Absolute and Infinity and endless Potential, God per say, then it filters down to our Karmic condition in a sense, our present day conditioning and tendencies/beliefs/ideological systems that are in place in our Body and Mind complexes, this will filter down to our daily Experience and Expression of it, so once this filter process is taking place for sure it is not the same for everyone, ppl still have to function right, pay the bills, deal with family and our societal responsibilities and so forth, so in the case everything on that level is individualistic and different, but the inner Experience is the same and one of Wholeness, Completeness, Peace and Blissfulness, compassion and responsibility are present!
