watch that video I shared on the Sadhana thread I started, the ppl in the video are long time, serious practitioners, they share some of the do's and don't.. like don't set a time limit on the practices, like above, I want to do 2-5 hrs a day, that puts automatic pressure on you, so that when you don't want to do it and you do it it messes things up,, things have to work naturally, so start with short timed practices, build up a practice where You look forward to it and while doing it its not forced, you like the feeling of it, then if You feel like putting more time and effort into it that will come naturally. When I started training in Martial Arts, I luv'd it, so training 4 or 5hrs a day was easy, I just wanted to do all the time, now I don't lol, so if I try to do that now with this feeling I won't progress at all with it!

Consciousness work/Spirituality has nothing to do with these things...

@Da77en Publicly they are conservative, this is because Sadhguru want to be accepted by the society, the more indepth courses are more progressive and aggressive actually, there's lots to discover at Isha...

He doesn't use some of the same terminology, like when mentioning Ego, he refers to it more as Identity, and he does talk about the Mind and aspect of the Mind and Freedom as well, in the Inner Engineering course, there are 7 Online Courses one goes thru, then You learn the practice Shambhavi Mahamudra, in the 7 lessons, Your learn about the mechanics of Life, which include discussion on the 5 senses and Perception, Control of Your own nature, etc.. 2nd lesson is about Desire and the processes of Desire, 3rd lesson about Responsibility and what I call Free Will, 4th lesson is about Acceptance, "This Moment is Inevitable", 5th lesson about the various dimensions of the Mind, and Karma how it functions, 6th lesson is about Sound and how Vibration makes up everything, 7th lesson is about how to Create the Life You want.. So it very indepth about practical things in life, not what about Kundalini or those sorts of things associated with Yoga and Indian Spirituality, those things are covered later on... There are other courses available and practices too, this one is the basic course but it is a path onto itself as well...

Isha/Sadhguru has already taken on this task, Sadhguru has been at for 40yrs now, he's reached some 3+Billion ppl already.. There are many others too, not on that same scale, but the problem is when too many try to do it separately then problems arise, identities and ideologies arise, separation and competition arise, it no longer is about the masses becoming more Conscious, it become about My identity with my ideology and protecting it and promoting it, as can be seen here on this forum.. Ppl think I am some sort of Sadhguru ideologue, I am not, yes I would say I am a disciple of his, only because he makes the most sense, and the system/methods he promotes work the most effectively overall. The point is it is not About Sadhguru, its about Raising the Human Consciousness, so that this world I live in is not so Crazy and Nuts and Divided and such, and that we can all live in a place that is much better, healthier and more Empowered than it is Now!

Most all of them that get to that point are Ideologue, most of us are too, and for him to want that well if he thinks it will help Humanity, what do You want him to do?? If You think his ideas about how to improve humanity do not work, but other do, then what does that say, maybe You too are an ideologue, lol, so this is a circle jerk situation.. The whole system is corrupt, nothing most anything anyone will do will change things for the masses if the system itself is broken, as massively as the ones we are using are.. So if that doesn't change it will be Status Quo for a long long time no matter who is in whatever government office in any part of the world!!

I don't think that is the case, they say the same with Bill Gates.. I don't think these types want to become Totalitarians and have that much control, its more a hassle to live that way, why would You want to put yourself into a situation where life becomes more burdensome than enjoyable, because of some sense that more control with make me happier? I don't buy into that at all.. Plus I am not projecting anything, one doesn't need to, $200 Billion is too much imo for anyone person to have, that is more than some countries GDP for fuck sake, so if that is so then him not wanting more is 99.999% a correct assessment, plus the other side of the coin could be true too, that he want to help humanity to evolve and become better for the overall masses.. The problem with all of most ppl here and all over, they are taking in data from bias sources, and guess what all "SOURCES" ARE BIAS, no matter where You get it from its Bias, and then You identify with it, and it becomes Your belief, ppl Believe Trump is the Devil Incarnate, which is not true, there are way worse Men/Humans living in the world today than him.. and other believe the exact opposite, both sides are too extreme, he's no saint, he's not the worst either. From what I see he seems to be trying to do things as he see's best, we well see what happens. but we cannot claim to know exactly what these types are about from Afar, we don't, because we are not in their shoes and know what it is like to be them...

That may be so, and before I say anything further, I am not a Trump supporter, no am I a Harris supports, I think the whole system is corrupt and it doesn't matter who is in office, nothing is working right so the Masses of ppl benefit from it! The establishment doesn't like Trump that is for sure, so I like that, plus they roasted him daily while he was president like I have never seen anyone roasted before, that shows You something.. So although I think for sure he's done some nasty things, they all do at that level, he's no Putin, and it possible all these charges and such are made up to keep him from getting where he is at now, that is how messed up this system is, the Establishment will do anything to have things stay the same,, That's my take on it, I don't know what he's done for sure, but just saying that because of these charges and such that he is this or that, well anything can be created to stop something from happening, for pete's sake they shot JFK didn't they, making up charges is nothing compared to that...

To create a space start observing Ego judging, I do this all the time as a secondary Sadhana, whenever I see someone new the ego judges, observe it, how it works, break it down to its fundamental, by doing this then a space is created between You and Ego, Observer/Observed, then via that You identify with Observer, then Acceptance of What is comes very naturally.. I view Acceptance, as well as Living Now, Responding vs Reacting, as Stress Stoppers, this flight or fight mechanism most ppl are living it stops most all Potential for a Human from happening, the Ultimate Potential is Enlightenment, but if Your in fight/flight mode Enlightenment is not an option for You, so start where You are at, baby steps eh..

lol, $200 billion what would more money buy?? He can buy virtually anything, and more power, he has all the power allowed an individual already, so where is the greed needed? He's got it all already, and how would You or I know about this, we cannot understand what it is like to have that sort of resources or responsibility, so all judgements or assumptions are false, based on nothing credible or tangible.. Your just fantasying about it based on dislike and ideology which means your more blind than most anyone...

Yes but he already drove this truck 4yrs before, he's not a stupid man to say the least, I think he knows how to drive the truck, its just other disagree with how he is driving it..that is natural, ppl don't always agree with how others do things, but its the process that is set up, to protest it violently or with massive aggression is going against the very process by which You live by, so its fighting against one's self..

This is so, eventually all Desire lead to Absolute, You always want to be More than what You are already, Musk want to be more of what he is now, if this stops for You in your Experience, then your either numb or wanting to end it...which is low level of Awareness or Consciousness..

Well existence is infinte right, but there are ends to all cycles, even this universe which is 14 billion yrs old they say will end, so big bang all over again I don't know.. but our cycle will end of form creation and dying then coming back, its evolution, via that evolution eventually identity and personality are created.. Maybe somewhere there are other forms more evolved than us, apparently there are higher realms of existence, what is here on this earth is very basic, there is a place where Guru/Rishis go to after there physical death and realms above that, so it been long investigated and recorded and there to be discovered and such... Loka means Dimension or Realm..

Its like ppl will watch everything a rich and famous or successful person will do, but to be them is another story... I recently watched some video's on the guy that created Hotmail, and then sold it to Bill Gates, he instantly become a multi multi millionaire, worth 200Million, of course he said in the beginning he felt high as a kite, bought stuff, travelled and such, but after awhile it settled down, and the stuff and fame was not so important, but ppl focus on the stuff and think that will fulfill them, it won't.. So being Musk would not be something I would want to be, I would not want the responsibility, the exposure, the work load or fame..

So Musk is already the richest Man, what else could he want? Going into politics, getting a position in the White House or whatever would actually curtail his ambition if he wants more power or influence, if that is what ppl think he wants, he already has tons of Power and Influence, if he wanted more he would just keep on doing what he is doing, not going the political route...

Well the thing is, yes its all stories for Us hearing them, but at least it provides a framework for You to Realize it faster than ppl before us.. Its no different from how we lived 500 yrs ago to how we live today, we learn things along the way, so that things happen faster and more efficently and effectively, that is all.. One can become Enlightened in 100 lifetimes, or 1 lifetime, one can use a Guru to do this fasters, or not use a Guru and do it alone and get there via a slower process. The point is also not to believe in it or disbelieve in these stories or theories, but investigate it too see for Yourself if it is true, Guru's are not the same as an Enlightened Being, Guru's know the mechanics of Life, Enlightened Ppl most do not from what I understand of it...

The Karmic substance is what goes on, certain tendencies and conditionings, 5 shealths theory again, your food body and mental body do not go on, the energy/etheric and Bliss body go on, Karma is stored in the energy body, it goes with Atman, via your spiritual/consciousness level at physical death, you either consciously or unconsciously choose another Body... There is Sanchita Karma, this is the total Karmic Substance of all Your Incarnations, then there is Prarabdha Karma which is the alloted Karma for this incarnation, the Enlightenment process is to first eliminate or burn of the Praabdha Karma then the Sanchita karma, once that is done, no more incarnations, no more individuality, no more birth/death/rebirth for You, You merge with Absolute and its over... No Karma, no form is possible, no physical existence in any form is possible, cause and effect cycles are incased in every physical form, only Humans can be conscious of this process and be either below or above it..that is the point of our existence, to explore this Possibility and Potential so Absolute can experience itself...

Yes agreed..the question is why all this form and below Absolute, its real on a relative level, so why is it here and happen and why don't we realize it from day one and have to strive and seek and do all this stuff to know what You wrote above? Maya is Illusion, Illusion does not mean something does not exist, it means it does not exist as You experience it, so when we normal use our 5 senses, it brings us a perception just intense good enough for our survival, if we were to perceive everything absolutely, we would not care about survival, so words like Life is Imaginary or a Dream are not correct usage, Maya as described above is correct. So we want to be able to Perceive Life as it really is, not on the survival level, but if we do on a everyday situation, then forget about Job, family, social contracts and that sort of thing, it will drop off for sure...

Its a teaching of course, do I have actual experience of it, No, but we are all sharing theory here, like I said, this is not Spirituality or anything of the sort, we are talking theorizing around it, any response from anyone is basically that, their truth when expressed is just a story or theory for me and you..But via the story we can become inspired to know ourselves.. Admitting I do not Know is critical in the beginning, as via admitting not Knowing, your Natural Intelligence opens up and starts to seek to know. So Seeking is needed in the beginning, if no seeking happens, then no transformation can begin, unless Your karmic substance is that You are basically already there via previous realizations, like Ramana Marashi, he was already there, didn't need to do much Sadhana or anything, most of us are not like this...

There's much more than 2 meditations, plus meditation is not a proper word to use, someone sitting with eyes closed, you think they are meditating, but they are sleeping, it doesn't reflect what we need to understand.. We want to be Meditative, or at Ease wtihin ourselves, that is we are naturally Accepting what is, Responding to what is, Living Now naturally, this Ease is no stress environment, the stress response is stopped, and You have great Clarity of Reality, You see what is as it is, no judgement, egoic involvement or wants/needs flitering Your Perception.. You just see the Reality, via this You feel Bliss within, so Bliss is a path and by product of Enlightenment, to get Bliss, start from where You are at, get Peaceful of Your Own nature, watching breath will not get You there by itself, its too basic, that will just in ways calm you down, You want Peace as a Natural Experience, no matter what is going on, heart beat lowers, less sleep needed, and more at Ease, then from there naturally You will rise up to Blissful states as Natural occurence. Try Isha Kyria, a simple 12 min practice, then move up the ladder to Inner Engineering and Shambhavi Maha Mudra practice which is 21 min,,

Breakingthewall is not considering Karma, residual action creating conditioning on your present form, so you were a rat 1000yrs ago, karma was created, then You become a cat, then horse, then this or that, then a human, the karma comes along, so its an evolution, fundamentally we are Absolute, but in form we are relative to our awareness and karma and such things. Once physicality is in place, there are cycles in place, Awareness (as a form of Intelligence in and of itself) cures all of this, karmic substance and such..but without Karma no physicality can exist, no form can exist, if no form exist, then Absolute does not experience itself, its all theory and potential, no expression or experience..
