Within the Body is Source Intelligence, others call it God, the spark of God is within all of Us, only Human can be intouch with this intelligence to a high degree, once You are You are a living God. Some just want Enlightenment, You and James123, others want that and more, they want to know the nuts and bolts of Existence, how it works, why it works, when it started and such things.. Our Body is a micro universe, all the history and secrets of it are within our Body, we can know all of it if we are intouch with that Source Intelligence that is running the body on auto pilot, having control of it is just the beginning!

No contradiction, Swami Rama did intense Sadhana to have that ability, You probably have not, so try the experiment, stop eating and drinking, see what happens! You won't do it because You know what will happen, which is Body will take over, make You eat and drink, and bring You back to reality!

Its not Artificial, its just we can control every aspect of our Body and Mind, if that is done, then Enlightenment and other Spiritual aspects come into play, but if we don't control it or are not even Aware of what is happening within the Body or Mind, Enlightenment is not even something available to Us, so first things first, deal with what You have and where You are, then go on from there! Also Humans can control when they die and how they die, Mahasamadhi is just that...

I understand this, the Control part is Free Will, via Free Will You decided how to be, Naturally we are built to be Happy and Health, this is the basic stuff that has to be dealt with, if One is stressed out, sick and diseased, their mind is all over the place thinking thought patterns out of control, what You and I are saying, what this part of the forum is all about won't mean shit, they are not even surviving well, never mind this stuff we are talking about, so that has to be dealt with, after is dealt with, then things You are sharing become relevant and available to someone.. But to just say, Let go, Just Be, it doesn't mean anything unless the foundation is there, the willingness is there, the Free Will is there... Body and Mind has to be dealt with plane and simple! Try not eating for a week, no water either, come back and report what happened!

You said "Can You control Your Heart", I provided proof that it can be done, now Your changing the parameters to prove You point which is now mute, it can be done, we can control almost everything about our Body and Mind, its just a matter of knowing how to do it and putting in some work, like anything else, learning how to read and write, do a particular job or career or martial arts, its a skill... Some don't need any work at it, maybe You are one of those, I do not know, but not everyone is like that, they may need Sadhana and such, which is why there are many ways up the mountain.. To say one just has to BE is not the way, it doesn't work like that, that is my main problem with what You say!

Swami Rama, scientifically tested, stopped his heart!! We can all do it if we do enough Sadhana, but You deny the Body that is entrenched with Atman or Absolute via Karmic substance, this in and of itself creates tons of Karma, that You have to deal with sooner or later..

We are full of Karma. Karma is like Software in a computer, Karma also means Action, and we are performing Action every second of our lives in 4 areas, Body, Mind, Emotion and Energy, but how Conscious/Aware are You of any of these actions going On? Most are less than 1% aware!! So we have to bring Awareness to all of this, we do that by calming the mind or creating a space btwn what we are and what we are not. We are not the Body or Mind, we are more fundamental than that (call is soul, atman, source, absolute, god, etc), or we create more intensity in our Energy system.. There are methods time proven and effective that we can use to do all of this, so that naturally being Happy, and the Body is Healthy and the Mind is under our control can happen..Start with simple Yoga practices, how to sit right, eat right, walk right, breath right(this one is super important), also, Live Now Absolutely, use past to get wise from, future to plan for but Live Now where Life is, Accept Now absolutely, this will stop all Stress from happening, and then Respond to Life rather than React, Responding is Conscious Action, Reacting is Unconscious Action! Once that happens You choose how to BE, Happy or Sad, with this comes Clarity, you see Reality as it is, not as You want or think it too be, this is the beginning of Enlightenment I would say!

@Breakingthewall He's an Absolutist, like many here, they think and understand on the Absolute level only, but they ignore what is. What is is that I have this Body and Mind as tools to use while here (which is not the Absolute) and is under my control if I want them too be. But if Your unaware or ignore the Body and Mind they will bite You in the ass.. So this Absolutist approach, its half right in a way.. There is no Body or Mind or anything Material/Physical, there is really just this Absolute, which is limitless Potential and Possibility.. But we are here in this Dual, Karmic, Cause and Effect world, dealing with Human challenges of Survival, Cold Weather, Having Kids, them living or dying by accident or some other cause by random chance, Economic systems, Polictical Systems, on and on, but they ignore it, just BE is the motto, no need for Sadhana or any Doing on Your part.. But what if the non doing doesn't work, and I'm still Suffering, dealing with all this world has to offer (see Mental Health section)?... So its an incomplete outlook and approach.. I call it the Top Down approach, it can work but is not for everybody.. I'm more into the Bottom Up approach which is deal with where You are right now, don't think, or try to perceive Absolute, just get Happy, Healthy, Empowered in Your Body and Mind Complexes, and then go from there, see where it ends up.. I guarantee if Your Peaceful of Your own nature, nothing can disturb it, then Enlightenment will be Natural For You!

You think Your Important, but we are not really, we are all specs of dust on a spec planet, it will all blow away someday, completely forgotton... You and I after we die, no one will remember us!

Sharing is fine, addiction to Intellect and believing it is the be all end all is no so fine, its start but not an end... So all the sharing is okay, concluding is not so okay when it comes to Spiritual matters, Reality, God/Absolute and such things. Its okay to conclude that I have to be careful crossing a busy highway, that is obvious, but not so obvious when it comes to the Absolute and the filtering down to our level as Human Beings on this dual, karmic planet...

Yes agreed, I use this forum for Entertainment and too expose my Ego more to Me, I find out what triggers me then observe it and dissolve in little by little, then there will be a time that I don't care what anyone says in certain contexts and such, then the need to argue will go, even the need to share via this way of doing so will go away. Then life is at Ease, then it opens up and more Potentials arise from that, transformation begins!!

Yes, this is another way of explaining it.. If Your into Expansion, which is the Desiring process basically, we all want to be More than what We Are right Now correct? This is done in a million ways everyday, but in the end we want to be Boundless and ever Expanding, that is our ultimate Realization and what God means, ever expanding never ending, but we will never get there via intellectual realization and writing, debating, arguing, sharing and such, Sharing is the most empowering as it may inspire, that is all it can do, the individual has to have their own personal Realization or Transformation...

The only Conclusion is You have to know Yourself Completely before performing Action, if You don't then the actions You perform will be more orientated around You, and not others...

Lol, Food is a must for a Human being, TV is not, Entertainment is not, You do not know this?? It is not drawing a conclusion that Food is a necessity for Human life, that is a fact!

You as well as other want Concrete Absolute answers, that is not going to happen, they are all just stories or philosophies or concepts made up, they don't mean anything to someone reading them, all that matters is one's inner Experience, if it is Inclusive in nature, they will include Everyone in their actions to Empower all those around them as best they can, if their inner experience is Exclusive in nature, they will not include everyone in their actions to empower them, they will use everyone around them to empower only themselves!

I said I cannot Judge Elon Musk from afar completely because I have no idea of what it is like to be that rich, that connected, that powerful, but ppl on here are judging him like they know 100% that he is evil or good, but how is this so, what is there information source, how do they know this source is correct or bias, as they have to use a source as they are not personally Elon Musk or close to him? There is Discernment and there is Judgement, Judgement is drawing conclusions, Discernment is not this, its just decided where to go, or what action to perform right now based on how much Clarity You have and how much Inner Intelligence You have access too...

I'm just sharing, we cannot talk in absolutes here, You are looking for an Absolute answer to what is right or wrong, good or bad, that does not exist, because You are You, and not Me or anyone else, so we can judge from afar, but it doesn't mean anything, You can judge Musk or Zuckerberg all You want but it doesn't change Your life situation or inner Experience, focus on that rather than what everyone else is doing imo...

Yes as I mentioned before, if You are starving and need to take from another to feed Your family, in other words You do not have, that is okay, your trying to empower Your life and families.. If You have enough food, but you take from another that doesn't have much food, or maybe they have enough food to but you still steal from them, that is disempowering Intention, it will create more karma for You and in the end suffering, within this life and maybe another life time...

Best we do not Judge too much, in the end if one is "Evil" it will be revealed to them personally via their inner experience and karma being created in their lives, when they come back they may come back as a beetle that gets crushed by someone's foot when they are walking around the street lol!

TV overall is disempowering, its Entertainment, balance in how I use this Entertainment, am I watching it all day or just once inawhile, nothing is absolutely bad or good, its all about balance, and empowerment and disempowerment. TV, or any tech, convenience/comfort we have developed or invented, in and of itself is not anything, its is the user that is everything, and how Conscious they are, if they are Conscious then the tech will not rule them, if they are unconscious it will rule them, like ppl on their phones 10hrs a day, it rules them, so that means they are Unconscious.. If you steal a TV, the intention of it and act of doing it will bite You in the end, it will progress to more stealing and such, which is disempowering and wrong in the end...

Death in Spirituality is Death of the Ego, the false self, the beliefs that ppl hold, the unawareness that is present in their system.. The "Person" is the story of someone's life, the memory of past actions and situations and the residual effect it has on them Now.. This is all Mind Stuff, Mind is past/memory and future/imagination orientated, and the ppl of the world imo are Mind identified, so they are past/future orientated, but past/future does not exist, so that is where the insanity Is! If You didn't think You knew, then You would post, because You are telling ppl what to do, what not to do according to Your understanding, this is okay, its a free country we are free to express, but when one expresses then push back is expected, and in the end its all Ego games, and gets us know where. No one in the history of Humanity has become completely transformed via forums, talking/writing/responding back and forth via the forum methodology, again its okay if one is curious in the beginning, they search google, find this place, it peaks their intellectual interest, all fine, but they have to move on, do some real work/sadhana and come to an Inner Realization within themselves that Transforms them, where nothing of the old exists, then one is available to their True Potential of what it means to be Human!
