First if Your not naturally there, Accepting, Joyful nature and at Peace within, Responding not Reacting, then You have to practice it and find a practice (Sadhana) that works for You, stay with it consistently and see little by little results.. Focus on Your Inner Experience first, don't be too too concerned with what is happening with outside world and all that shit.. First be the Light You want to see in the world, and never suffer others suffering, if you do then your always a Slave to situations, and situations never go completely your way, so you'll be forever a slave if you live like this,, To be Human the fundamental is our ability to exert Free Will, and determine how we want to be within Yourself, if You don't do this, then all potential is lost and that is Tragic.. -

Yes, but all Your Experience only happens within You, in reality You have never experienced anything outside of Yourself, all Your senses, all the data they bring in is processed within You, so when You touch something outside of Yourself, it is only experienced within You, so that is the key, there is an outside world, its may be a hell scape but Your response to it is up to You, choose how to respond to it! -
Ishanga replied to Spiritual Warfare's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
yes I see it too, the only control we have is how we Respond.. The point of having this control is that when You are frustrated or suffering in any way, it brings down Your Clarity, Your ability to use Your inherent intelligence, the intelligence that keeps Your heart beating, blood pressure steady and lungs working while Your in deep sleep, something is there, running your body, this earth and everything else, we can get intouch with it, it can become our guide, if Your suffering you lose access to it, when Your in Peace and Acceptance, You gain access to it, so it has nothing to do with what is happening outside, its about what is happening within You, then when that is fixed, you can change or do something about what is happening outside, if not then Your a slave to it and great suffering will happen! -

As Consept said, If You Resist, and don't Accept, then You suffering, Your anxious, depressed, bitter, anger and the emotions and such that cloud your Awareness and Inherent Intelligence that allows You to Perceive Reality as Perfect and Beautiful and all those things.. As I said, Suffering is mostly a Human problem, everything else is pretty perfect as it is and was created, we are virtually living in a Paradise of sorts, but we make a hell out of it because we are Not Conscious/Aware enough to evoke our Free Will, Ability to Respond, and bring back control of ourselves and personal Experience within. If Your Blissful of Your own nature, everything will be perfect in your Perception, if Your Miserable of Your own nature, everything is wrong and suffering comes to You as an Experience, so bring back Free Will, how do You want to Experience life within, then choose how to feel, then Perceive Reality and live to a higher Possibility.. Suffering stops all Possibility/Potential from ever arising! -
this has more to do with what a society think of you, not an inherent desiring process that happens within each of us, and societies can differ drastically on what they think of someone's behaviour and ways of life, that is why generally there is no such thing as Absolute Good or Bad, as that is mostly made up societies morals and ethics...

From what I understand from research, as I haven't had the personal experience of it, what is happening with all life is just that its working the karma out that has been created, think of cause and effect, but most life is not as Conscious as we are or are capable of the levels of Consciousness that we can achieve, so the higher up the ladder You to us, life gets more complex and with that Awareness is needed, otherwise Your living by accident (compulsively and via lower levels of Consciousness, Survival levels mostly) but karma is still being played out in your life, that has to work its way out, you come back life over lifetime to work it out, with the hope that You learn and become more and more Aware of Reality as this process goes on, up until the point You reach Enlightenment, that is the point of Spirituality, you end the cycle of Karma and birth/death/rebirth,, Its Potential playing things out, so in the End, Absolute learns and Experiences itself... -

Yes well put, this is a game field, it can be suffering like a Hell scape or Bliss like a Heavenly realm, that is the choice, we are most choosing the Hell scape unconsciously, but it can be another way.. Again this is not "Negativity" its just the reality, we are here to live out a certain Potential, we can choose how to be, the question is only a matter of HOW! -
Ishanga replied to Spiritual Warfare's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well that's what I mean, we have all the Comforts and Conveniences, places like this and other places/resources to allow us Humans to evolve to higher Potentials, way above Suffering and Survival, but its really a battle of sorts, there's us on one side and the "other" guys that want to keep the status quo, keep ppl down and suffering to keep control, to deny it is too deny the whole picture, we can get out of it I agree, but it for sure a struggle. It happens in my own life in a small way, I work and work to get myself and my family ahead but it hurts at times, not easy and it could be allot worse and that happens to ppl all the time.. -
Ishanga replied to Spiritual Warfare's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes it is the cure, but he/we are talking about the current trend in society which is that of suffering for the most part, luckily for us we have more access to this cure than ever before that is the saving grace. Its not negativity either, it just saying the reality as it is, and I live in a wealthy country, I can't imagine what it is like living in a poor one, 100X worse!! -
Ishanga replied to Spiritual Warfare's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This mostly applies to the Human World, no other Life form suffers as much or intensely as Humans do and can, so its a Human problem, and I partly agree with what You said, there are way more ppl suffering today than are Peaceful or at Bliss, and the #'s are higher than ever, but we have all the comforts and conveniences one would want to have, so its a paradox, its forcing us to look inside ourselves and take charge, because all the suffering happens within ourselves, no where else, so its a individual as well as group thing, each individual has to take responsibility for being how they want to BE, and not look for it outside themselves, that alone will changes things... It is depressing to say the least to see how this world is, I see it everyday, its hard at times to have hope and want to stick around to see how it all turns out at times... -
Ishanga replied to Xonas Pitfall's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Xonas Pitfall Everything happens in Experience, no Experience then all you have written, all Leo has shared, all of what other Mystics have shared means nothing, meaning means nothing, nothing is anything without Experience.. You can Experience everything as Absolutely One, or Yourself (using language does not describe it accurately as language is based on logic which divides things up automatically), but one will never understand it all, as where does understanding happen? Solipsism only applies to ones ability to Experience, we have never Experienced anything outside ourselves, when You touch or see or hear or smell or taste something, the experience happens within You, so in that sense we are all alone and the center of the universe, but our senses do give us a sense of the outside material world that exists exclusive of Ourselves and our own internal Experience.. that applies on this realm of Duality and Experience and Materialism, it doesn't apply to the Absolute Realm, Absolute is all about Potentials/Possibility, we are a reflection of that here, and playing it out here on this realm.. -
I think there are actually 114 ways, but two of the ways (which are not on the list, and the list is not part of the 112 as they are not necessarily techniques, but systems I believe), are not usually accessable to normals like us, they have to do with chakras outside of the physical body I think.. Don't think of Chakras necessarily just as points on the body like pressure points, they represent certain dimensions of life, intensities of life experience and so forth...

Bhuta Shuddhi is a whole system of yoga based on the purification of the 5 elements. This purificatory process helps one to achieve a state of harmony and balance, enhances the capability of the physical body, mind and energy, and creates the basis to gain complete mastery over the human system. -
Ishanga replied to Ajay0's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I would say Purify yourself on all the levels, Body, Mind, Emotion at the least, then the energies will rise naturally and stay there, we live such unpure lives, with our defragmented thought patterns, bad habits, eating unhealthy, bad posture, we live below Animal nature, so why would the prana stay actively alive when we are like that! -
Ishanga replied to Federico del pueblo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Because this realm, which encompasses this Earth, Solar System and the rest of the Universe, is the realm of Form, where Duality exists, Materialism, Physicality, Cause and Effect (Karma) exists and functions, there are Atoms and it goes all the way up to Us and probably more Advanced than Us. The Absolute realm or that place of Oneness, which is totally Complete, there is no Manifestation there, no Physicality, Duality and such, but all Potential and Possibility is there, so if Possibility exists, then we exist, to play this Karmic Game, for the Absolute to Know itself via all of our Experiences that all Life here has ever had... -
Ishanga replied to Princess Arabia's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Manifestation is Creation, for Creation to happen Karma (Action, Cause and Effect, Duality) has to be in play, all of us come with conditioning within Us, call it instincts or genetics, memory, its all a play of Karma.. How does any object keep its shape? Its karma, its the past coming alive in the Now.,, The NOW is the only thing that Exists, but its foundation comes from what happened in the previous Moment, so although the past does not exist it still have an affect on the NOW.. So Karma is responsible for all Creation, and for Us it makes Us who we are, personality, genes, what Your attracted too, all Your tendencies conscious and unconscious and such, its on deep levels and stored on many levels as well.. The Cure to Karma is too Live Now Absolutely, Accept Now Absolutely, be Blissful of Your Own Nature, when that is Your State of Being, then Karma will not affect You, Your beyond it in most ways, when the Energies catch up You may leave this Body/Mind complex and all Individuality, merge with Absolute, like a drop in the Ocean going back into the Ocean.. It not a matter of Believing it or not, its there, we have to deal with it, better to be Aware of it then not! -

Ok, this sounds good imo... When it comes to our interpretations of reality for sure we are making up all kinds of conclusions, and their changing quite often threw out our lives, its like modern day science, first they see it is like this, then they change their minds or have a huge discovery and it blows their theories out of the water, So I think it is wise not have too many conclusions about life and how things manifest and such, its way too complex anyways.. Really the only things we can do in life is Accept what is as it is, for me this is a stress stopper, there is no stress response when Your in Acceptance, but acceptance doesn't mean letting life rule You, or that You like it this way, it just means there is no resistance to what is.. The 2nd thing is Responding vs Reacting, when Your Reacting Your Compulsive, Responding is Consciousness, if You You only Respond to certain things (likes for eg), then Your cutting off Life Experience, so one has to Respond to what ever is happening equally, don't divide life up into Likes and Dislikes, just Respond to Everything with full Intensity and Awareness. There is a thing in Indian Spirituality called Sanātana Dharma. its basically about Cosmic Will, certain things are set to be a certain way to allow things to exist, we function within that, we may be in a terrible situation, and we can't do anything about it, other than how we Respond to it and how we Accept it, that makes all the difference imo.. -
Ishanga replied to Princess Arabia's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well this comes down to what is Real and what is not Real combined with the ability to Experience.. I say drop a 50lb brick on Your foot, tell Us how the Experience was and if it was real and that will answer Your question... Analogies like Grov don't prove really anything, they are just intellectual conjuring's in a way, what we see in movies can affect us on Emotional and Mental levels, and the Brain does not know the difference btwn what is vividly imagined and something that really happened..So again the question of what is Real comes up.. In the End all You have is Subjectivity, none of Us have ever Experienced anything outside of Ourselves, all our senses are inward bound and experience within Yourself, just as Time (past or future) is only Experienced in this Moment, so in reality all that exists is this Moment, just like all that exists is Your Subjective Experience.. -
Ishanga replied to Princess Arabia's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Princess Arabia I can agree on Your Breakdown, there are for sure levels to Existence and Manifestation.. One question, where does Perception lye in the sequence, Perception does not only happen via our 5 senses, as ppl have intuitions about things and such "fuzzy" stuffs... As well we have to consider Karma (Residual consequence of all the actions that have taken place in this life and maybe previous lives, action is in 4 areas, Body/Mind/Emotions/Energy, its causes and effect, every action ever happening has a residual effect), and/or Conditioning that happens within this Life via so many ways.. Its quite complex how we created and how we develop in life as time goes by, then there is Awareness, what is that and how does it happen too.. -
During a satsang with the participants of the "Himalayan Sojourn with Sadhguru," organized by Isha Sacred Walks, Sadhguru responded to a question about the significance of occult temples and their relevance in current times. He also explained why occult temples are oriented towards Devi or the divine feminine, how feminine forms can be brought to life and how one can benefit from them.

There's a problem with this I think, if one has no prior experience sober of an Awakening, or even intellectual knowing of it, then a 5 dmt meo experience may be way too much for them too handle, just my research before I came to this forum and after being here for awhile shows that. I think first one should go as far as they can within a certain time, like a year or two of serious Sadhana, then with that and the experience it gives (for sure a level of Awakening will happen) then they can start to dabble in psychedelics and see what happens, but don't rely on that stuff for absolute results, it won't give You that, its like looking over the fence and seeing Reality for what it is, but there is still that fence in the way, the only thing that will allow You to go over the fence is serious Sadhana for the vast majority of ppl, there are always those freaks out there that won't need it or need much at all! -

EVerything is in Levels, that is a FACT! In the Absolute/God level/realm, there is no purpose, no meaning, no anything, its a place of No Thing or Shiva (That which is Not), it only has Potential and Possibility as its basic quality.. From that comes Us, here in basically the opposite sort of Level or Realm, where Duality and Materialism rules, we as Human have the most Potential to recognize this for what it is and Experience beyond it, almost to the top level of the Absolute, to do go all the way we have to Disembody, but we can get very close while embodied and here living on this planet! -
Ishanga replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
What changes is that we are living at a Higher Potential than before, so that is the point of Human Life anyways I think. If You make it a Mental Goal, it will get messed up. All life expressions/forms have this potential naturally within them, we just have the highest potential... We have to see it not in that Absolute POV all the time, we are living in Relative POV most of the time, so we have to deal with it!! -

Bruce was heavily influenced by Jiddu Krisnamurti and his anti guru approach to things, but both are needed imo
