The Redpill is seemingly dying, but did people actually take it seriously? I found its tenets interesting but their conclusions were false. If people did subscribe to it, then why? The redpill from my understanding stated that women cared about looks, money, and status, and that these were realities due to evolutionary psychology. There is some truth in that. But then it's overblown imho. Most men are average in looks and means and have little issues in getting dates. They just date similar average women or people of similar looks, wealth, or status thresholds. How can telling young men that the best way to get dates is to be rich, shredded and earning $400k a year the ideal, when that's only a minority of men in existence as it stands? Redpill was always a scam and tbh i never paid it much credence. I'm glad it's dying as a "movement". It's like PUA back in the early 2010s. They also took some factual points but expanded them to some really far out conclusions.

I know that there are various strands of incels. But then a common theme amongst them is angst at not getting dates or sex. I never really got why they'd get to this state. to be honest, I used to mock them. Nobody has a "right" to sex. Yes, we all have a right to be or feel sexual. But not even hot people have a true right to it - as in it's granted by others at demand. Hot people still earn sex, even though it's easier for them. Sex is a want and not a need, unlike food or water. But lately, I've started to pity incels. I feel most of them have some kind of neurodiversity. I wonder why a person would feel they're "owed" sex. What kind of mentality or life experiences would make somebody feel that way? I often feel that incels didn't "get it". I feel most "get it" early in life, when they learn that looks matter, and humans are drawn to looks. We often "get" that hierarchies exist, as does privilege. And that nobody has a perfect or seamless life. Plenty of pretty women or hot men can have shitty lives, even if they fuck around a lot. Many porn stars are hot but have had histories of addictions, sexual assault, abusive families, bereavement, etc. Maybe a hottie woman whom incels might hate for sleeping around does so due to sexual assault, which can be a common symptom of such. Maybe they get harassed a lot, from wolf-whistling in public to groping. Should there be increased mental help for incels? Should they realise that life can be tough, and that we all have issues? Or be taught not to value sex that much? Contemporary sex positivity is a good thing. But even then, part of sex positivity is not valuing sex. It's one reason why asexuality is increasing in awareness these days.

who are people to impose consistently perfect thoughts and behaviour onto people? I find pretty women do this often, when they're the biggest hypocrites of all. They started this "be nice! be kind!" thing of modern society. they do not practice what they preach. badness is part of our psyches. none of us are perfect. i question why pretty women think they are the "leaders", and they hate others hold the free will to disapprove of them or not give a crap what they "command" of others.

This statement has always seemed too blanket IMHO. Inconsistency isn't hypocrisy. And some people are more hypocritical than others. It seems saying "everybody is a hypocrite" is just a projection by people who are very hypocritical. And because "everybody" is something, it doesn't mean that it's a good thing or something that shouldn't be critiqued. "everybody" lies in some fashion, but most say lying is wrong.

He's clearly unfit. It's not just age. Trump is only a few years younger, and has normal gait and speech. She might be telling the truth. He might not have been formally diagnosed, so it's not a lie. But then get a diagnosis, or some kind of medical check.

For those who don't know the overall scope of current British politics: - The current PM is Rishi Sunak, who has been in office since 2022. He leads the Conservative Party,w which has been the government in some form since 2010. - The Conservatives, or Tories, are highly unpopular, mainly due to the various crises that they've caused or mishandled. These include Brexit, the pandemic, and PM Liz Truss's short tenure where her budget was badly received. - The opposition party in Parliament, Labour, has a massive opinion poll lead. They haven't been in government since 2010, when PM Gordon Brown lost to the Tories under David Cameron. Quite frankly, the Tories deserve to lose. Yes, there have been numerous issues in their time in office, however they as stated have contributed to a lot of the mess resulting. PM Johnson openly flouted the same lockdown rules that he laid down. And PM May couldn't get a viable Brexit deal and had to resign. Not many are enthused about the Labour party, as it looks like they will form the next government. However, most are just eager to get the Tories out. https://x.com/ElectionMapsUK/status/1797655094051340731 It does not look good for the Conservatives, based on present polling. In my own opinion, which others may not agree with, Sunak has done the best he can in a bad situation. Economies around the world are down due to the pandemic and Ukraine war's effects. And he hasn't been as sociopathic (IMHO Johnson showed patent signs of such) or reckless and shameless as his immediate two predecessors. Theresa May seemed like her heart was in the right place, but then she dithered over a Brexit deal, and it took Johnson no less than a few months to reach a post-Brexit agreement with the EU. May was in office for three years. As for the overall issues debated, immigration will be primary, along with the welfare state, etc. An interesting policy being proposed is national service for young people, which can either be a year in the armed forces or one weekend per month doing local volunteering. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I support it. I believe conscription isn't required right now, even though we're in a new Cold War with Russia, However, I genuinely don't see the harm in it.

It is an intersting discipline. I've found that people who have real charts made often find it's accurate. Maybe the planets imprint themselves onto people as tey are born. who knows? We don't really know how gravity operates.

Speaking well and ably is important for any politician. As is having the mental capacity to make decisions. Including pushing the button on the nuclear briefcase if needs be. Biden clearly isn't showing this. As a non-American, I prefer him in tone and persona to Trump, though Trump clearly looks more mentally able to lead right now, even though he does have the morals of an alley cat.

Pseudo-intellectual garbage.

Maturity is a reality. The issue is when, how and if people mature. Saying adulthood doesn't exist is a lamentation that's badly articulated, or people are actually believing they could grow a beard and have boobs aged 5 years old. Or know how to drive a car and do complex calculus at that age.

Survival involves bending rules, perhaps. But this isn't the same as hypocrisy.
-
So you didn't call the police?
-
What's to understand? they believe in compassion to animals. Most meat-eaters do too, at least most support animal cruelty laws.
-
People belive in conspiracies just to look cool, or that they "know" the real business.
-
Any conspiracy worth its salt would do well to keep hidden. How then would the average person ever try to uncover such? It's just speculation of whether said conspiracies actually exist.

I still contend you're gaslighting, or lying. I don't believe any British person, unless they're very sheltered, would say the Conservatives are not unpopular. Considering it's very common talking point. Hence my earlier analogy to Trump supporters - it would take a very blinded or sheltered Trump fan to not believe that a vast amount of Americans dislike him. I stand by my points. Keep on gaslighting, and then projecting yourself as the best and most "noble" of people. I'm not a Marxist at all, though I do support immigration as do all the major parties in the UK. I don't believe immigration per se is a bad thing, neither am I a misogynist and despise feminism. I do think you're a liar though. Your English is very poor, for one, Yes, I haven't used perfect Standard English either. Though you type as a person whose third language is English, let alone first. Moreover, you claim not to get the narrative or reality that the Tories are highly unpopular. You also tend to have very black-and-white analyses of things. Is ALL immigration bad? Really? If a person from Saudi Arabia migrates, pays his or her taxes, doesn't push Islam or engages in subversive acts, why not? They should be free to arrive and live freely. You'd also know that opposing immigration per se in Brtain is deemed racist. It's only far-right groups that say all immigration is bad. Sweden is Sweden. We're not Sweden. They're responsible for their own faults and failures. However, maybe they are not vetting who enters their country, and their immigration policies are too lax. That's on them though.

Is the OP free of any prejudice or negative bias, in any capacity? If not, then he has has his answer.

Single mothers are evil. Even if they are successful and have good jobs, the fact their marriage broke down and the court gave them custody of their child over their ex-spouse, means they are disease-ridden, unhealthy, and full of baggage!! It's black and white, and never shades of grey! Seeing things in nuance or complexity is CRINGE.

it's my albeit unpopular opinion that therapists have an agenda. they want to just push their own opinions and values onto people. this is especially true with the health system of my country. they actively select people to impart their morals towards, including misogyny, homophobia and classism. they don't follow the book or clinical practice. and they get excused by saying "They're only human!!" that makes no sense. if a police officer arbitrarily smashes a windscreen on a simple traffic stop, is this "only being human"? "being human" is following basic instructions and practices. we do this in school, at home, etc. since they're a bunch of charlatans, i hold a disdain for the, and I don't associate with anybody who is a therapist in real life.

Most popular conspiracies are unproven. And probably cannot be proven.
-
They will be in some seats, yes. But even then, their vote totals might fall. Though one seat, or town or city doesn't reflect the entire country. So you're gaslighting or pretty deluded overall. Your town or city or constituency doesn't reflect the entire country, so it's a dead point.

If we assume adults are not physically or mentally more developed, then this is delusion.
-
Wishful thinking. Funny thing is, i bet he loves being able to have sex, drink, or partake in vices, which are reserved for adults. Being an adult is a reality anatomically, physiologically and psychologically. It's more of a lament, really. And people who bemoan adulthood would hate it if a bigger, older, wiser, and stronger person who claims to be their parent tells them to go to bed at 8.30pm every night. People just want to have their cakes and eat them too. I don't really mind being an adult. Pragmatically, I just accept that as a grown person, I have greater responsibilities and rights. this is something we share with many other species.

It seems your cultural morals override your judgements. So humans have no biases, at all? You have a flair for bold and brash statements, that lack veracity merely since you think or want it to be true. Neither Buddha nor Einstein were gods. Both were just smarter or more enlightened people of their times and were in the right time and place. I also don't fear therapists. I despise them. and don't say all hate is from fear. Life isn't that simple to label all emotions as stemming from one source. I contend you're a coward and/or shifty, since you wouldn't actively select which principle to apply and to whom.
-
Biases are natural. humans don't think like computers. Maybe you should tell all the racist, sexists, homophobes, Islamophobes, etc. about this. if not, then you're a coward.
