Then it's normal people's "justified" normalized version of OCD, which is similar to superstition and spiral dynamics stage purple/blue behaviors. Which is to create mental abstractions instead of checking reality for the truth, like "do this x amount of times", "do this that way", "this is the only right way", "have you done xyz routine today?"
