  1. Microsoft keeps trying to crush Google on my laptop, Fuck OFF Microsoft!!
  2. I'm not God, not in my mind. I am a soul looking for my true home. God help me to get there.
  3. When is greed and brutal force upon another nation fair? It's never justified, but when does it end?
  4. In Canada, we have the First Nations people, who were also slaughtered and forced onto reservations. Was that fair?
  5. This land is my land, this land is your land...if you go way baaaaak, who's land was it?
  6. My sentiments too. War is awful, and the casualties of war are grim. Like I said, beam me up, this is not my true home.
  7. I'm just waiting for the antichrist to come sort this out and bring a few years of peace to all. Beam me up.
  8. Could be our cultural, social, or religious backgrounds. Or we just don't like messing with something as sacred as our minds. It happens during higher doses for sure, however, usually after the peak hits, some people will relax into it, and then it's amazing the come back. Salvia has got to be the strangest trip, freaks me out every time. Don't do it anymore.. lol. You know, you've been there, did it kill you?
  9. Time and time again, little jewels is all I see.
  10. It could be, dreams fascinate me. Those plant materials I have been ingesting have taken me back to dreams I long forgot, and I dreamed them again. Dream recall, or was it just visions, that looked and felt like dreams, I will never be certain. When my soul departs this body my dreams will follow me, I believe this in uncertain, timeless ways. "All In Good Time" Dead Can Dance Lyrics All your ships Have left their moorings Cast adrift On the Sargasso Sea Waiting for the wind To set your sails free When you've reached The end of your rainbow Chasing shadows And down on your luck Look for the sign Look for a sign As you rise to the very top Of your mountain Just remember those Poor lost souls On their way down You taught me patience Was a virtue I took my time Let Nature take her cause All was revealed All in good time Turn back your clocks Open up your memories Beneath the veil Where time stands still You showed me a sign You showed me the sign Source: Musixmatch Songwriters: Brendan Perry All in Good Time lyrics © Kobalt Music Netherlands International B.v.
  11. That's interesting to think about. The mind = Thoughts, and perceptions that are categorical divisions, but then what is mind? What is objective reality? Seems to me we will never know with our limited faculties, however, we are having conscious experiences. Vision is one example, the world of phenomena is out there but we don't get the complete picture. I ingest a certain plant and my vision, sight, and sound perceptions get altered, so I know firsthand that my brain is filtering my awareness. However, consciousness is always the same whether it looks like this or that. The perception of time, like the patterns and colors I see in nature can also be shifted. It leads me to believe that my brain is a filter, and my mind is amazing, it takes it in, and consciousness, where does it sit?
  12. I have been traveling through this and that. This is what is, and that is what's coming. Forever moving through this and that, I have been traveling long anticipating another day. Jesus, more wine please, the daylight is fading, the party is ending and the guests are going home. I will be your bride, come kiss me on the lips, take me home before I slip off my stool, or start to drule... I have been blessed, never mauled by a bear, tortured, or locked away in some dark prison cell, I have seen the magick, these faires come to me when I am feeling a little sick, reminding me to never end up bitter or quick to anger. Can you all hear me, or are you going deaf, come have the last dance with me, my pacemaker keeps the beat going. Science is good, keeps my heart going, my bicycle wheels turning, I'm good to go, keep breathing it in. Life is too short... I am, I want more.
  13. Groove with it... Transended space.. it's not everyone's cup of tea.
  14. That's hard to get a grip on, The first tenet of relativity is that the rules governing the way things move and interact are the same for two observers moving at constant velocity with respect to one another. An object can be in motion for one observer and at rest for another. Einstein believed that time is an illusion, that both the future and the past are unchangeable, and will play out exactly the way they were meant to. Many physicists share this view, but some have alternate explanations for how things will play out in the long run. Googled.. Is everything converging to some omega point?
  15. And I got my hands on some LSD blotter-type thing. Oh, I'm a bit nervous, 10-12 hours.. it's been years! However, I know me, I will give you all a trip report one day.. LOl. The thing is, we have to have a natural fluidity in our mind, willing to get a little lost. If you are too rigid in your mind it will hurt.... just my ramblings, the topic is huge.
  16. Sometimes it's purely recreational for me, I expect nothing but that at times can bring on the most interesting experiences, 1gr. What's on your mind, how you are feeling, it all gets magnified. Done shrooms in Bars, it was amazing, not always, but at times exquisitely delicious. When I read mystical works, and get my heart/mind in that space, it gets magnified. The woods are my preferred location, my little camper, with a fire burning, the smoke drifting around the trees, and a crow once dropped in, it was amazing. I do 2-3gr, my sweet spot. LSD was so long ago, it was like a dream, I was so young. Lol. And bad trips happen too, we all have bad days. It passes, just remember it passes and your mind will be OK. Coming out the other side of a bad trip can be the best experience. And it's not for everyone. If you are mentally struggling from something neurological, or have had deep depression or little self-control, esteem careful! Good shamans will sit with you, and get to know you. There is a mystical intelligence woven into nature, shrooms get me there, and Ayawasca, but that is another thing. Some people just see cartoon figures and laugh a lot, I find that strange.
  17. Let's see, I am everything. Everything is me. Pure consciousness has no self-awareness I am pure consciousness looking back I have self-realization And I am pure consciousness The seeker, and the seer. Everything is that. In the Sufi Tradition, the soul is sometimes thought of as a mirror for God, but one which can only reflect the Divine accurately if it is polished. “Polishing the Mirror” or “Polishing Rust Off The Heart” remain common metaphors for moral and spiritual development within Sufism.
  18. https://www.thecontemplativelife.org/blog/ascent-mount-carmel-st-johns-sketch-mount Not exactly your views but I can see similarities.. To go beyond knowing to know God?
  19. Well if nothing is happening, then where do we get the Naive Realism from? Nothing can't produce anything, therefore I need another drink before it all disappears.
  20. Do we have a soul, is it timeless? The timeless soul is said to be immortal, a continuous thread of energy that runs through our existence, transcending time and space. It is the wellspring of our emotions, passions, and desires. It is the seat of our intuition, our higher self, and our connection to the divine. Googled.. If this is true, then it leaves room for all things to have already happened. When we are in that immortal space there would be no time, just the recollection of our coming and going.. emotions, passions, and desires. Perhaps a good measurement of the state of our soul could be, what we ultimately desire. For some, it is a union with God.
  21. Good points. I guess we could call the library the universal mind and all experiential phenomena. Time without memories would exist as long as there is a sentient consciousness, of course. As a child I have very few memories, however, things happened, and time passed.
  22. Yet time is elusory, fleeting. Right now I am, what I was a second ago is gone, and what is coming at me is out there. It's coming, as it's leaving. So what holds it all together? Memories. Without memories, there would not be time. Time compression and expansion is just another phenomenon of the brain. My question then, is there a library?
  23. Hi Leo, nice forum. I think there is a deep mystery woven into creation that we all can agree on. Interesting how there is a truth or a thread that materializes. And it shifts and changes with heightened awareness. Science is good.
  24. And yet, it is, was, and will be. Time-dependent or not.
