  1. 0. I m fully pragmatic I don't believe in relativism otherwise I wouldn't try to explain why something is a stupid distinction.
  2. Coming back ; maybe observation are finite. But still some label are very "unscientific" and do not bring a proper distinction. Like narcissist or egoist or selfless. . . Like yeh there is behavior. And you think you got the proper ruler ? Depending your assumptions on what any of those are supposed to look like. Very suspicious that us being of light can really grasp the numerous possibilities.
  3. the whole anti IP thing is anti real art at the end of the day, art is about sharing.
  4. Right, run away from reality
  5. You cannot learn about a particular situation, drop the desire for it. meta argumentation doesn't exist in a meaningful way, your division is futile and another ego plot twist to stay in lalaland.
  6. AI can do certain things a hundred times faster, but you need practice to understand which things, in which domains, and how to direct it properly. People see AI as some kind of magical machine that is supposed to produce magical results. To me, that is as fucking retarded as holding a pen and expecting it to create a masterpiece by itself. You have to use the pen every day to learn how to draw and understand its limitations. A good programmer might increase their productivity by 300% because they know when to code manually, when to use AI, which words to use, and which data to provide in order to guide it toward a specific goal. A bad programmer does not know what to ask or how to ask it. The study is stupid as fuck. And geniuses are probably one in a hundred across every domains. There is a few study done on geniuses/high iq/whatever you want to call a high performer.
  7. overdose of japan is lethal
  8. we need to keep caring about stuff, caring about stuff, caring about stuff, caring about stuff, caring about stuff. this is relevant, this isn't relevant, this is relevant, this isn't relevant, this is relevant, this isn't relevant, this is relevant, this isn't relevant. this is right, this is false, this is right, this is false, this is right, this is false, this is right, this is false, this is right, this is false, this is right, this is false,
  9. observation are infinite, if you look into anything enough you'll see what you're feeling the most. if you come with love, you'll only see love, if you're full of seethe, you'll find a flaw. the mind is just an infinite bullshit machine. it's a fucking joke, stop using the mind to do more mind game, why all of you are still so unconscious on a forum based on consciousness.
  10. Reading the comments on your Instagram makes me want to create a lab virus that escape me from control
  11. Don't worry I m a Stirnerian according to gpt. I forgive your founding fathers. Now let me enjoy the piracy of flowers and water.
  12. this is wrong, you've been blocked of the most awesome thing there is because of the curse of humanity. lucky you, you can always help others.
  13. there is a difference between criticizing and being actively destroying the image of what you're supposed to work forward to.
  14. I m bullish on AI, but I think it's so over leveraged for the current reality of it. We already see how it's stagnating right now & the price of it. I still wouldn't invest in AI right now, crash or correction is very very certain unless some magic happen.
  15. stimulant cancel psychedelics effects, you must take a break for weeks. best way is to never do stimulants if you don't want to destroy your health & brain long terms. you're welcome.
  16. it's hard to measure such things, especially in art, it can be the result of long complex practice & contemplation. + 12 years in art & visual contemplation. daily practice of using different ai for more than 12 months. in itself for this project, maybe 30 hours of "effort" counting research, visual creation, editing, montage, that's not my longest work.
  17. It is always rather rich to lecture others about “stealing” when you live in a settler-colonial country such as Australia or the United States. People benefiting from societies built through dispossession, conquest and genocide are not exactly speaking from an uncompromised position when they make absolute moral claims about theft, unless they accept the premise that history is ultimately governed by force, violence, piracy and colonialism. That may, in fact, be the case. So perhaps I am “stealing” by using AI trained on material that was itself built upon centuries of appropriation, extraction and recycled cultural production. I am not sure how that compares morally with living comfortably inside a state founded through mass dispossession, but well… lol. For the record, I do not particularly care about any of this. But once someone begins with shallow moral accusations, I am very good at exposing the contradictions in their own position.
  18. We don’t talk about stealing data when we observe reality. I think the concept of stealing only applies when someone takes specific elements that already contain a strong and complex creative component.
  19. Yes, you still need to understand more than just prompting if you have very specific needs. If you ever need any kind of visual work, feel free to DM me. I’d be happy to "do it for free", or you can pay whatever you think is fair if I manage to achieve what you want. If necessary, I’ll also explain honestly how I achieved it. I’m also genuinely curious about what you were trying to do and what happened, if you experienced limitations yourself. I like understanding the current problems people face when using these tools. Of course, making a complete movie that does not suck is still nearly impossible because of the physical and technical limitations of the technology. However, I have also noticed that non-experts often use it in very limited ways. They do not use sketches to guide the output, they are unaware of editing tools, and they do not know how to bypass current limitations through more advanced techniques. It involves a lot of trial and error, and I have spent more than 1,000 hours experimenting with different visual AI tools, so I’m genuinely curious. Let me know. I also have a registered business that allows me to invoice clients for visual art. Since I am only beginning to develop this side of the business, I am still willing to prove what I can do first. I also create physical and custom pieces, and I can print certain artworks or figurines. I am currently working on a website that will make all of this much clearer very soon. ( some of my work is visible : link in the bottom )
  20. you just find yourself taking more time for things you couldn't before. the empty space of effort get filled by a new kind of effort.
  21. lot of nice ai art. it was a cool watch
  22. right now the train has left the station that's for sure. Maybe robotic.
  23. I disagree. Everything is data, but LLMs are just one kind of it. Words must lead to practices and actions. There is no fundamental difference between listening to your video and talking to ChatGPT. Both are interactions with pure data. Doing psychedelics, though, is a form of practice that opens you up to different inputs and forms of data. It does not matter whether LLMs are intelligent or not. The question assumes that they possess a self, but they do not. The real question is whether they make me cognitively more “efficient,” and within the framework of human language, the answer is yes.
