Only the most selfish individuals can become enlightened. Others will resist your enlightenment because it stops you from serving their selfish desires and illusions about reality. The only solution to all fear is death, the death of attachment to everything. But if you truly detach, you will drift so far from humanity’s common script that you can no longer process life as they do. If you attain true enlightenment, you will be “happy,” but at the cost of all your suffering, suffering that, deeper than you realize, you may actually cherish. Your parents, your pets, your friends, they exist only as constructs in your mind, like entities on a Minecraft server. This is true, but 99.99% of humanity cannot grasp it. Operating on truth forces you to inhabit a plane of existence that is far too radical for most. Remember: not everything passing through your mind is fantasy. Truth is what remains when you are stripped of absolutely everything. I can quiet my mind, divide it, discard thoughts, become a plant, become the floor; but what remains is the Truth.

You’ll never fully enlightened without psychedelics. ( you can definitely get far without it ) but certain insights can only happen in a trance maniac state. Time and time again, I try to believe it’s possible, but it’s not. And if it were, it would be through mania, psychedelics, ultra-hardcore meditation, or existential panic that releases intense neurochemistry for a while. Most of those happen extremely rarely (like Eckhart Tolle) and are about as reproducible as winning the lottery, so they’re largely not something a serious person should look into. Even Ralston is fooling himself. He used them and did a lot of drugs, yet still wants to believe his shift in consciousness wasn’t caused by them. It might or might not be, but I still think it was. Of course, the difference with Leo is that he lacks his level of integrity and prefers making more money. I’m not saying what he teaches is a scam, but him even associating with Tony Robbins tells me all I need to know about him. All his workshops are completely useless, kindergarten-level material. Enlightenment might not even happen while taking psychedelics, but psychedelics can reshape your consciousness and framing long term, even when you’re “sober” afterward. No one wants you to take psychedelics, usually because they give you extreme sovereignty. Everyone loses their power over you. No one can take Ralston as a “superior teacher” after LSD or DMT.

I like ralston but he assume as much as he claim not doing it. He shall drop the "you can live without story" that himself as become his most loved story. of course he can't, his ego rely on teaching that nothing story is the Truth. The bullshit you see about me is that I m just french. Sadly I suspect certain things can't even be transcended . . we are just made of bullshit. But I m almost certain than reckoning it is always better.

I wasn’t disagreeing at all, I just got reflective with my own recent experience. It’s hard to navigate people who believe they’ve transcended and therefore aren’t willing to grow or examine their own trauma or experiences. You can’t really rise above something if you believe you’re already beyond it. I always keep a window open to the possibility that my entire reality might be a complete delusion, just a way for my ego to navigate its own comfortable roleplay. I’m not an expert on trauma healing. Most of “mine” was resolved through what I’d call karma burning or hardcore philosophy (Leo, Ralston type), basically controlling my attention and replacing “bad programming” with “good programming.” But that doesn’t necessarily mean the deepest insecurities were truly transcended. I might still carry some that I’m not even conscious of.

I see a lot of people being paradoxical about this: the unconscious is made conscious, but it isn't truly transcended. Claiming you have no insecurity about 'X' or 'Y' in fact, even mentioning that you have no insecurity about something; often suggests it is already very conscious and still has power over you. Most of the time, this doesn't signal healing or transcendence. Real healing is much harder than just making the unconscious conscious.

I was obviously making a metaphor. I can talk of neurosurgery, if I remove a simple part of your brain, you wouldn't know your mother name. . "Reality" is whatever your mind make it up to be, moment by moment.

Absolute enlightenment is not egolessness. It is being full of ego, even more than before. The ego becomes so conscious that it annihilates itself by being fully present.

I m definitely more special. Special doesn't mean better it means out of average. You literally don't even hallucinate basic reality properly and your level of delusions is so clean you can bullshit yourself into any average normies fantasy. Lot of people claim to be, then they are all emotions. Autism has become a good cover up nowadays for all kind of self perceived "abnormal behavior". But I know what you mean though. Rather the core ontology shall be : Someone who understand that two selfish full of shit at the core being are just trying to preserve their nature and so will bullshit and create constant fantasy to self justify their full of shitness, reality is a fantasy of the mind. that's ideal love. People are fantasy addict, science addict, bullshit addicts. And then this person needs to be also of my age range or else we cannot even relate to playing toy (fantasy) We also need the same core integrity & value (biological needs)
