Use the cigarettes to stop the weed. That’s what I did. Then tackle the cigarettes. I stopped and started for years with cigarettes and mostly allowed myself to smoke them on holidays. I have, or had, that addictive void I needed to fill. Even coffee would turn into an addiction. Can’t even drink that. Then I started drinking Oolong tea, and was able to stop smoking. For me, it filled the void nicely. Full of caffeine, but not edgy shit like a good coffee, more a zen, I can meditate on this type buzz.. best of luck.

I don’t think the ascension is bullshit. It has been hijacked though. Which will create more confusion and doubt with most people. It’s a down and out experience for some. It’s not rainbows and fairytales. But the end result will set you free. If you know who you are, you will find the truth.

I highly doubt it does. I’ve always been a bit OCD, it’s not always a bad thing. We are all spiritually sensitive so maybe bipolar disorder and the like are part of that process for some? Edit to add: probably one of the most awake people I have met is a diagnosed schizophrenic. What a beautiful ray of light she is. I think the trick is, like it is with her, is to not let the diagnosis define you and your experience.

I agree with the no, we don’t have free will. Free will, free choice, same thing yeah? free will is an illusion. the ego loves to think it has free will.

The right people will find you when the time is right. If you are too impatient for that, try maybe a Buddhist meditation retreat or class, you might be lucky? Or not?

I touched him on his shoulder as I said not interested in their reading (there were two guys) and it’s like he thought I cursed them with bad luck. What ethnicity was he?

Hello, I agree with the dream comments mentioned. I have had full psychic dreams and then lived the dream in real time. Have lost count how many times that has happened. It does make me smile when I clock it. so I think déjàvu is connected to the dream state/consciousness, but it could also be a past life type memory also.
