  1. @gengar One of the worst things about their hypocrisy as it relates to their disdain for gender norms, is that they absolutely hate perceived repression of femininity in girls. But are pro repression of masculinity for boys. The extreme aspects of femininity can be protected. Like making it socially unacceptable to slut shame. But have you ever heard of making it unacceptable to fuck-boy shame? This word can be used to shame men for sleeping around, it’s not a word that is necessarily applied in accordance with its strict definition (being manipulative). Yet, fuck boys, as used to shame how sexual a man is, are an example of toxic masculinity (because the man sees women as objects for sex). But sluts are not an example of toxic femininity because as a matter of fact, the libs haven’t even defined what toxic femininity is yet.
  2. Dude. That’s your uncharitable reading, stop doing that.
  3. This video is a home run. The most insightful breakdown into Destiny’s lack of character and how little he actually cares about others.
  4. He’s talking about the mod who got demoted, not Leo.
  5. College isn’t meant to teach you the truths of life, it’s meant to give you the tools to think for yourself.
  6. Can you be a Nazi and simultaneously pro-Israel? He's even friends with Netanyahu...
  7. Somehow he's able to rationalize all of his behavior by coming up with elaborate rationale that somehow intellectually vindicates him. He's a brilliantly manipulative person.
  8. I vouch for @Emerald and @Consept
  9. You’re so silly. Off to the police cam videos we go.

  11. I have a poor imagination, what is the relevance of the thumbnail?
  12. I disagree. In the Middle East polygamy is permissible and a man can marry up to four wives. But realistically, what makes those relationships difficult, is that the females will begin to desire a monogamous relationship instead and want out. Even if you socialized everyone to be fine with non-monogamy, like in the Middle East, my feeling is that most females would still prefer monogamy. Or after getting into a non monogamous relationship, they’ll realize they prefer and want monogamy.
  13. Yea. He's quite the character. Sadly, no one cares. I feel bad for Pxie but at the same time, I don't know why people continue to have such a poor read on Destiny. I guess it's their bias for wanting him to be the left's Joe Rogan. Whatever consequences come his way, he'll just absorb it, but I hope Pxie gets some sort of justice. And it's not just her and Chaeiry, I think he did the same to Melina. He also might've done something similar to Lauren DeLaguna last year, but I don't remember that situation anymore.
  14. I work overnights so my sleep is in the mud sadly. But I do miss having a proper sleep schedule. There would be some improvement if I had better sleep for sure. And at this point, if I could, i would happily take any increment of improvement. Regardless, even with my current work schedule, I can improve on the sleep. This is something that I’m working on. But all these are things I got to stop neglecting.
  15. Interesting share. You’re spot on. I do have a weak baseline mind. Ever since I was a kid I’ve had brain fog, and my parents were always alarmed at how bad my memory is. This could be because I have Klinefelter syndrome. My poor articulation is most likely a symptom from it. But yea I could never take you for someone who relates to struggling with articulation. Your verbal intelligence is strong. I’ll just have to make do with what I got. Wishing you continued health.
  16. You gave me something to think about. Will consider it.
  17. Thanks, I will continue to trust the process.
  18. @Leo Gura Do you ever have long periods of time where you're sick and tired of thinking? So you put it off. In the same way a person can put off studying? These days when you tell us to contemplate, I'm like 'naurrrrr, I don't want tooo, it's too hardddddddddd'. I don't feel like my thoughts are quality. I'm always doubtful about everything. So I can never arrive at anything. I don't like my output, I feel like it's just mediocre. And this further extends the not-wanting-to-think-about-things-phase. I feel like, me having poor memory, and hence, poor word retrieval and a constantly degrading vocabulary, coupled with weak verbal intelligence and articulation, creates a barrier to effective thinking. And then, I don't even do any serious reading on stuff, nor do I revisit the things I learned, so I neither acquire or retain anything. So I'm just this mess. Do you relate to any of this?
  19. Of course, that's why it's important to identify biases and uncover their negative consequences.
  20. In my experience, your guard is down when you're doubtful, when you're unsure of standing on any principle. You're susceptible to brainwashing as opposed to when you strongly identify with some truth or principle. It's a mental defense against manipulation.
  21. It doesn’t seem like integral is disputing this? I think he’s in agreement but his contention is that it can be difficult to do (lots to consider, plan, take, monitor and test), people are lacking the expertise to do it right and instead are doing it inaccurately, and furthermore, it’s not for everyone. Factors like genetics play a part. So it’s not an easy, let alone an effortless, diet to scale to the masses?
  22. We should be talking about the data then. I learned that you shouldn’t rely on consensus of opinion, but rather on the consensus of data. The data needs to be irrefutable. It’s an appeal to authority to rely on the opinion of the scientific community, and if the opinion is actually incorrect, then you’d be arriving at an erroneous conclusion. So we need to look at the data and compare it to what’s being claimed and the data needs to back the claim irrefutably. What’s the irrefutable data that backs the claim that veganism is healthy for most people?
