I once went nearly 6 months of no fap. The goal wasn’t to go on no-fap despite it entailing wanting to be done with porn. For the most part, I just wanted to be in a state of mind that was peaceful. The end result of this was learning how to draw, relearning C++, creating web designs & websites—all as hobbies—and obviously, not touching myself. I share this to say, it’s interesting how our experiences differ. On no-fap I used my time better. When I fap regularly, I don’t engage in hobbies, I mindlessly waste time on the internet, a lot of it unproductive because it seems like I become re-wired for short term reward. I did not view women sexually, for the most part I saw them platonically. I did not have sexual urges or sexual restlessness, I was like a child again, a sex drive ceased to exist. Fantasies of intimacy were rare, and it was all non sexual. So how did the streak end? Exactly like any other time you decided to masturbate. The idea comes to you and in the moment it seems desirable, so you choose to go for it. I’m completely amazed how different our experiences are.

@Heaven I have family that live in Iran, it's not comparable to North Korea. Furthermore, they love living there. Obviously it could be better and there are problems that need solving.

I've been friendless for the most part in the past 10 years. No one texts or calls me except my dad. This is how I get by with getting my socializing needs met. In real life, it's limited to small talk with co-workers because we have nothing in common and they aren't looking for a friendship. And online it's through discord servers, twitch streams, twitter and on a message board like this one. That does the trick for me. Maybe you can find a friend online, but I don't know, I haven't made a single friend online. Maybe you'll just be stuck chatting it up with people and it never materializes past acquainted strangers but at least you're getting human interaction. And that's better than nothing.

Trump isn’t racist but he “insulted” Biden by calling him a Palestinian, and afterwards as a weak Palestinian. Yet when blacks hurl an insult at another black by calling them white, the same people okay with the former would see this as racist and anti-white. Very suspicious.

People can manipulate facts, especially in politics, where things may be withheld from the public and the narrative given is seen as factual until something leaks that wasn't supposed to and then, it was a lie all along. Conspiracy theorists won't care what AI tells them is the facts if they believe it's untruthful.
