  1. I keep getting confused with those three terms PLEASE GIVE DESCRIPTIONS FOR Mindfulness Awareness Consciousness Mindfulness is the only one I think I understand. Degree to which you perceive through your 5 senses (hearing,seeing,touch,smell,taste) The other ones I have a vague idea. I guess they are closer to Feeling of awareness of cosnciousness For example "freedom from outcome" can be described as a feeling

  3. I HAVE DONE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT FOR THE PAST 8 MONTH (10 countries) TRAVEL ALONE seems like you have social anxiety or limiting beliefs holding back... it has been amazing btw

[about me: been meditating on/off for 2 years, seriously/daily (40mins+) in last 3 months] Before I used to do "do nothing" or focus on breathing, Now I started the "Ego Destruction" that Leo Talks about Asking "why am I?" "who is observing my thoughts/sight/hearing?" "am I a physical thing" and focusing on things happening RIGHT NOW after 5-10 mins of asking those questions I CANT FEEL MY BODY I CANT MOVE MY ARMS I CAN STAY STILL FOR LONG TIME today I did 30 minutes but IT FELT LIKE 5 MINUTES THOUGHTS KEEP LOOPING AND IM WATHING THEM ANYDONE HAD SIMILIAR EXPERIENCE?
