  1. I hadn't been able to get legit MDMA since the late 90's but I recently managed to procure some. This shit is literally couples therapy in pill form! We didn't even have any obvious problems going on but it still made us have the most deep, open, honest conversation we've had since we attended an Aubrey Marcus Love Retreat about 18 months ago ... for like 4hrs straight. All kinds of realizations about how we're falling short as parents, taking each other for granted, my wife's bisexuality, how we try to pack too much into our days (and our child's) and none of us have any time to just sit and do nothing, financial stuff, emotional triggers, bad habits we picked up from our parent's and are now carrying on another generation, etc, etc, etc for 4hrs in the most understanding, non-judgmental, supportive way imaginable. I really can't recommend it highly enough if taken with your significant other in the comfort and safety of your own home. Just wanted to pass along my experience in the hopes it could be useful to someone else. Much love!
  2. All the insights we had and agreements we made still ring true/wise, but I'd be lying if I said we were able to follow through with every one of them 100% of the time, especially around parenting. It's not easy to erase or override years of conditioning, it takes constant effort. Things are still drastically improved between us though, and like I said we didn't even have any obvious relationship problems to work on going into the experience. We just feel more in love, more open, more trusting, more forgiving, etc. We were on some kind of love-high for the first week or so following. That's faded now but some of the good habits we started during it seem to have stuck. Considering it was a single experience I'm very impressed. I have more and we will be doing it again in the future! Maybe once every 2-3 months as long as I can stay stocked up
  3. I made this thread a few weeks ago about mine and my wife's first experience with it. To be clear, it was her first experience with it altogether and my first in about 18yrs, but I took it maybe 6-8 times before this when I was in highschool.
  4. Sorry I just now saw this. We never had any ill effects beyond what you'd get from a very VERY poor night's sleep. Just a kind of weak, groggy feeling for 2 days or so afterward.
  5. Cubensis is the most common type of mushroom and is what I'd recommend you get. 4-aco-dmt is not a mushroom but rather a synthetic white powder. "Users report that the subjective effects of 4-AcO-DMT are extremely similar to those of psilocybin mushrooms. Like psilocybin, 4-AcO-DMT is theorized to act as a prodrug to psilocin, which may account for this similarity." This is my experience with it as well. It's very similar to, although not exactly like mushrooms.
  6. I don't have any answers but I can relate to the experience. I went to an Aubrey Marcus Love Retreat last spring and several of the exercises involved prolonged, unbroken eye contact with other participants of the opposite sex and I had some pretty strange feelings from it. Like overwhelming empathy and love for no discernable reason. My wife was there with me too and had a similar experience from it.
  7. Admit that you're a product of your genetics (biological aspect) and your environmental conditioning (psychological aspect), and that you couldn't have acted in any other way than how you acted. There is no place for regret or guilt when "you" weren't responsible for the deed. The deed happened, you weren't in control of the happening, and there is no place for blame. This helps me, and that's all I can report on. My own experience.
  8. Just for shits and giggles, this was me about the time I discovered Leo. Edit- was trying to do a before and after but I'm limited on file upload size
  9. I was very into bodybuilding when I first discovered this work/path. It's kind of fallen by the wayside over time because it seems less and less important. I've lost about 10lb of muscle and gained about 10lb of fat but I still lift and am still in good shape by normal people's standards. I just don't obsess about it anymore. A bodybuilding lifestyle and a consciousness work lifestyle are basically at opposite ends of the spectrum from my perspective. I wasn't able to reconcile the differences personally and eventually had to make choices based on what I found to be a higher priority. I'm not saying you have to do the same, I'm just relaying my experience.
  10. I sometimes remove the app from my phone when I know I have a particularly busy week ahead of me just so I won't waste time on it. Then I just re-download it when life slows back down a little. Maybe that's an option for you.
  11. It's funny (and fun) to see all the different perspectives in here based on people's individual experiences of life Personally I'd have to vote for distraction. I know that's kind of vague so I'll try to give examples: all the hours spent at a bullshit job, on social media, on my phone in general, listening to less-than-productive podcasts and audiobooks just to fill the negative space. Giving up all of these would net me about 10hrs of free time a day....and likely a place to live I guess because I'd be broke lol
  12. Well, they definitely have the potential to bring to the surface shit you need to deal with. That's one of the primary reasons for taking them. Remember that set and setting are of the utmost importance. What kind of dosage are you taking and what kind of activity/environment are you engaging in?
  13. You'll need to wait a week or so before you can experience the full effects again. Your body builds a tolerance to them extremely quickly. Same goes for LSD. You all will have to forgive me if "builds a tolerance" is not exactly scientifically correct. The message conveyed is still accurate.
  14. I also like to meditate outside when the weather is decent. Like you mentioned, the sound of the wind in the trees and chirping birds is very calming. It also gives me a chance to get some sun on my skin and get in some "earthing" time.
  15. I've definitely microdosed mushrooms a lot and only had the exact opposite effect. A bringing to the surface my feminine side, you might say.
  16. You won't find any hard and fast answers to difficult nutritional questions. Mainly dogma and ideology. Aside from obvious stuff like "too much sugar is probably bad for you" anyway. I think it would help anyone attempting to answer you, though, if you provided some info as to your age, physical condition now, and your specific goals with changing your diet.
  17. Funny you posted this, I was just wondering a week or two ago if you offered coaching in addition to your channel. I'll also put my name in the hat if you need additional volunteer Guinea pigs.
  18. Surely you have a family member or female friend you can simply practice this with? Sit across from them and look into each other's eyes for like 10 seconds, or 5 if 10 is too much, then increase the time as you go. This is called gradual exposure therapy.
  19. I used to do hill sprints and sprints dragging a sled a lot as part of my conditioning but I hurt my foot about a year ago and haven't been able to start doing them again yet. I look forward to the day I can though!
  20. Joseph Campbell and the power of myth. The century of the self. The power of nightmares. The untold history of the United States. Prescription thugs. Awake: the life of yogananda Requiem for the American dream.
  21. I shared it in the post above yours. One woman who drank 8oz a day for 6yrs had bone loss.
  22. I think if you listen to his video "the role of balance in personal development" it'll help you with this. Basically, not all advice is intended for all people in all situations. Different teachers who are all "right" may contradict each other when speaking to different individuals with different problems/needs, and Leo will even contradict himself in the same circumstance. Like everything else, you have to decide if college is a wise decision for you personally and not just defer that choice to someone you deem wise, smart, conscious, etc, and take their opinion 100%
  23. I've been drinking it for years. You don't have anything to worry about on the potassium front unless you're consuming 8oz a day for years on end according to this healthline article. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/apple-cider-vinegar-side-effects#section3
  24. An important thing to note is your own motivation for hitting the gym. Is it extrinsic or intrinsic? Are you more concerned with how people perceive your physique or level of strength, or are you working out so you'll feel better, live longer, be able to stay active with your kids, be more attractive to your wife, etc..? If your primary drive for working out is a negative "I don't want to lose my gains or people won't value me as much", or "I've got to get shredded for pool season or my friends will think less of me", or "I don't feel like hitting the gym today but I know I'll be so disappointed in myself if I don't go", or anything negative like that, this is a problem you'll want to address. Also, in my experience, going to the gym has the potential to drastically strengthen one's ego. That why I stopped going and started lifting at home. Lifting at the gym for most people will cause a lot of self consciousness, mental comparisons, judgements, nutrition/fitness ideologies, jealousy, lust, fake surface conversations, role playing, etc., that could otherwise be avoided. All of these things strengthen the ego.
