Just sharing a routine I created to develop my extroverted side. For anyone who is an introvert this might provide some inspiration Of course spiritual development can only be on the day of the sabbath

Yeh could do with being shorter post yoof. I cannot read all of that We should all strive to break down the illusion of there being a separateness between ourselves and others. Would fix a lot of shit in the world if we did -

I’ll check out some of these. Really got into kundalini yoga recently. I especially like the mantras and breath of fire! -
@LifeEnjoyer From reading your comment you actually come across very sensible to me and mature. The psychedelics have pushed you forward in one way or another but if it feels right to step away from them then do that I’ve done LSD and mushrooms but never DMT so you’ve gone to the next level. In a similar fashion I do not believe I am mature enough/ready for DMT yet You could just stick with mushrooms on a low dose or lsd. Whichever you prefer and that levels up your meditation I’m going through an LSD phase as I find they help me develop my exstrospective side

@Leo Gura Brilliant I look forward to it People need to be aware of the corrosive impact capitalism is having on society. We need alternatives outside of the typical socialism vs capitalism narrative

@Leo Gura Lol I’ll see what I can find. I will become a meme machine

@TheGod Crack up the charming smile when you initiate with a solid opener then you’re more likely to avoid a lemon face reaction as you put it. Never heard that phrase used before lol Richard La Ruina is best resource for pick up. You honestly won’t get anything better on YT

@LordFall Yes I have found there has been a kind of purifying process so I don’t regret the journey. It has changed me by helping me realise what matters. I’m not in it for the materialism. Money is only as good in terms of how you use it and the freedom it gives you if you have enough to be completely free of working a regular job It’s tricky with my partners. They do provide commercial input but importantly they have provided the technological infrastructure through their company. They have their own successful business so they’re just used to delegating and not getting their hands dirty with the grunt work that has to be done. I am director and CEO and they are just directors I will continue but the universe is telling me that I have to be firmer with what I want out of the business now rather than being positive all the time. There’s a pressure to be positive. They need to know that there are limits and lines I won’t cross. I am not going to keep chucking money at it and time. We need investment to free my hand or we need a serious discussion about future of the company. We do have one potential investor but the market is very dry atm. Bit of pessimism in the market

It’s fucking hard starting a business. It’s been the biggest commitment of my life. I have sunk so much effort and money into it at the detriment of other aspects of my life for the last 6 years. The burden feels greater now We’ve just launched though and I know I gotta plough through. I am envious of people who can start a business and not have to hold down a job at the same fucking time! If only Bezos didn’t have that half a million from his parents in the 90s. Probs worth nearly 1mn bucks in today’s money We are in the process of getting investment into the company which will allow me to take a wage and properly hit the business development full time. This will be huge for me. The wage will keep me going for a year and with revenue into the company we can gain traction But honestly I’m jaded by it all. Sometimes I feel that if I could just click my fingers and it would all just disappear I’d fucking do it. I’m not the same man I was 6 years ago. Priorities have changed with my own personal and spiritual development Not the biggest fan of musk but I always recall him saying starting a business is like eating glass. Don’t do it. A bit extreme but people don’t consider how hard it actually is. The life commitment involved It’s a lonely journey. The buck stops with me as MD and CEO. My partners are very hands off If anyone’s got any pep talk or their own experience over coming start up business challenges I could do with it 🙏

Reflecting on it recently I’m starting to see that any kind of social anxiety whether that be from talking to strangers, speaking in public, hitting on someone attractive, it’s really down to a feeling of separateness The greater the feeling of separateness, the greater the anxiety. So I believe connectedness with others comes from having a well developed exstrospective side This I believe is the trap of being too introspective at the expense of your exstrospective side. Yes, you may have the divine consciousness in relation to your own inner world, very content and happy alone in solitude, but amongst others, there’s a disconnect Of course vice versa if you have an underdeveloped introspective side then you will struggle to be alone in solitude with your thoughts and emotions so they both should be developed for you to be a well rounded, mature and spiritual being. It’s all one in the end - the outer and inner world must meet. There’s no separateness. You are one with yourself and one with others I’ve found that LSD really has helped me connect with my exstrospective side - to feel more connected with the outwardly experiences. This is what my 30s is really going to be about now. Developing this as I already have a well developed introspective side. Good to hear perspectives on this

@thenondualtankie I’ve had similar experiences where I’ve gone through phases dipping in and out but I can honestly say it’s now starting to stick and I’m back in the game committed to it This for me is more because I’ve made a conscious decision to really develop my extroverted side

@BlessedLion I used have respect for JP but with his bs views on politics I just can’t hold him in high esteem. Bit like musk really. Thought he was doing good with space travel and electric cars but I can’t stand the guy now Yeh it’s basic self help material with a strong conservative leaning. It’s okay if you need a kick up the ass to get on with your life. Admittedly I have not read much of his stuff but from videos etc it doesn’t come anywhere close to Wilber Also, I think he’s gone deeper into conservative ideology because of the attacks he’s received from the identitarian left. There’s an ego backlash going on and he’s double down on those views. Same with musk.

@caspex Find what you really want out of life but the preamble to that is to connect with the divine. It’ll help guide you But don’t take life too seriously. Life is supposed to be playful. Rather than serious it’s being dedicated and disciplined in service of your ambitions. The universe won’t hand it to you on a platter

@cjoseph90I drink quite a bit of coffee. Go for straight black now. Coffee does have a good amount of antioxidants and is good for the gut biome so I see no problem with it as long as you moderate and don’t drink it too late Don’t think there are any inherent benefits of decaffeinated over regular. It’s just coffee with less caffeine innit

@quantumspiral If you look at mass market games and the archetypical gamer yes I would say they are mostly immature. Gaming is very dumbed down for the mass market and the mass market is mostly made up of young inexperienced men and kids. Tbf it’s not much different to streaming services which is also dumbed down but it’s more pronounced in gaming I myself used to play quite a bit of video games. This didn’t displace my career and business ambitions but it did displace social time and developing my extrospective side. The style of games I am into are more mature grown up games imo. Strategy games like Civ, Anno, total war, Prison Architect etc. But it’s not just a maturity thing. The key issue for me was life priorities and time. Sinking hours into a virtual world at the expense of real life development will start to sting when you want more out of life I am actually thinking about selling my gaming PC. I’m going to hold off on it for now in case I feel like playing during the colder winter months. I’ll see how it goes

@NightHawkBuzz If you are going to be a Republican please for the love of god bring a bit of sanity into it. The only Republican that I have any respect for is Romney even though I disagree with his views. At least he has principles. He’s one of the last old school republicans In ref to campaigns, I have canvassed for the greens so I know about it at a grassroots level. Just old fashioned door knocking and canvassing in town centres. Connecting with the people -
@spectra I’ve recently been accepted on to teacher training. Something I want to do but will have to defer until next academic year because of the company I am committed to I know a couple of teachers/former teachers. My mate used to be a college teacher but didn’t get on with it. Another friend of mine is jaded by it lol But I really like teaching though. The only thing I don’t like is the bullshit curriculum where you are boxed in and made to teach what they tell you to teach. They have deprived teachers of their freedom and creativity which kinda fucks with the job satisfaction. Kids can be a nightmare as well but can be good fun if you can handle it in the right way

@Evelyna I admire your tenacity and persistence to keep on plugging away at it. Must have been hard moving to the Uk from another country to get set up here Yeh thanks for that it’s appreciated. It’s putting one foot in front of the other. I’m just jaded by it now so I need to rekindle the spark. This is what I hope this investment will do for me as to be able to focus on it full time without having to hold down a job as well will be huge. To have 100% dedication into it Then if it doesn’t work out after a year of that then it’ll be time to move on. Chatted with my neighbour the other day and she said just don’t move those goal posts after you make a decision

@Javfly33 at the moment I’m in business development but I do have experience into project management. Normally you might be working on a project/programme and you need to properly coordinate to ensure it is a success. This is why it often involves a lot of meetings as you are discussing with teams eg sales, admin, marketing etc keeping it in budget and on time Often the best approach with these roles is not to over complicate it. It’s pretty standard stuff

@integration journey Okay I ask because LSD is more of an extrospective drug and mushrooms introspective I’m more introverted so I actually prefer LSD. Helps me connect with the more outward going side
