Are you talking about the book or something else? -

Not as useful as what you can learn from the Kriya books on Leo's booklist. Sadhguru's teachings are mainstream and watered down, which is fine. It just depends what your goals are. -

@JosephKnecht Pay $1000 for a course one video: you're dreaming this up. -

I've tried both. Both are useful. Don't get concerned about which is better, it's relative, it depends where you are on your journey. I practised Kriya for years but recently started vipassana again because I've been called to do longer more still sits. Do what you are interested in and do it for at least 3 months before you switch. Ideally, you do it for 6 months. -
@Leo Gura I don't want to come across as rude, and I know $5,000 is a lot of money. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's not worth your time to spend days looking for an alternative. That wouldn't surprise me at all.

I'd also say it's he's keeping busy and has a purpose. Older people I know who have bad diets, but seem healthy all have a few things in common community, and purpose. My friend's grandpa lived until 91. Smoked a pack a day since his early 20s. And he said the secret is keeping your mind busy and spending as much time as possible around people you love.
