  1. I've had a few experiences with ayahuasca and have been meditating now for a couple years. But, I have not done a meditation retreat before I'l soon be attending a 10 day meditation retreat at the dharma.. I have the option to do a ayahuasca ceremony a few days before the retreat. I think doing the ayahuasca being the retreat will really open me up more, for better or worse Part of me is saying this is a great idea, going straight in to the knowledge and part of me thinks this could be too much @Leo Gura

  5. I've been mediating now for roughly 2 years and also have had handful of psychedelic experiences I mediate daily but I'm still nervous for this 10 day retreats , it's 10 days no speaking just basically mediating all day . Any advice from those of you who have attrended a retreat before ?
  6. Hhaha okay.. I'm actually worried I don't have the flexibility to sit cross leggged on the ground for long periods of time how did you guys deal with it ?

  9. I've been doing mindfulness meditation the last two years for around 20 mins everyday . Im thinking about replacing my mindfulness meditation practice with 30 minutes of Wim hof method for the next few moths . what do you guys think of using Wim hof method as a form of meditation ?

  12. I;ve done it a few times. Not a big fan. I feel like it would only be useful if you can regularly use it Took me around 40 mins just to get used to being inside

I spent a few months working intensely on self inquiry using the Chan Buddhist way of self-inquiry using Huatou After a recent ayahuasca experience it showed me i need to learn how to LOVE more. Since that trip I have replaced my self-inquiry with loving kindness meditatio. This is also something i often read about in Buddhist / Hindu texts that you need to radiate love before you can get serious results with Self-inquiry. The reason i replaced self-inquiry with loving kindness is i feel like right now it is more important for me than self-inquiry and also I limited time and willpower Currently daily i do 20 minutes mindful 20 minutes loving kindness 5 minutes affirmations 5 minutes visualization if i also do 10-20 minutes of self-inquiry my morning routine is too long
  14. @Leo Gura What do you suggest? if you had to choose between self-inquiry or loving kindness meditation ? I know i should do both but if i do 20 mins mindfulness mediation , 20 mins loving kindness , 20 mins self-inquiry thats 1 hour before my day starts BUT LEO!

  18. Is fluoride really dangerous ? I can't find any reliable information on this ... I use fluoride tooth paste everyday ?
  19. From the list of enlightenment exercises which exercises would be best to start with ? I already have a daily meditation practice of 20 mins , now I'm planning to add in daily enlightenment work . But, I want to start small , maybe 5 mins everyday after my meditation
