  1. I've been doing kriya for roughly 4 months now heres my routine Mah mudra x 3 KP 1 X 12 Kp 2 X 12 yoni mudra x 3 kriya supreme fire x 3 concentration I've stopped doing om japa , short breath kriya , navi kriya. Basically any exercises besides pranayama type exercises i have stopped. Am i missing out on anything? Should i add them back in?
  2. I am interested in reading some books on developing psi, specially channelling. Any suggestions?
  3. @Viking You don't need to be doing nadi, ujjayi and om japa. Start doing Yoni Mudra, kriya supreme fire and more pranayama. You aren't even doing potent kriyas yet
  4. yep, then if im doing it morning and night do i do the same routine?
  5. I am sure some of you guys have heard of people taking 10 + of magic mushrooms. paul stamets said he has taken 12 grams, Grahman Hancock has done over 10 grams and kilindi iyi says he regularly does 20-30 grams dried. Has anyone done 10 + plus? I have VERY curious to try, but also cautious
  6. I am having trouble adding time , so I'm considering doing this twice a day wake up early do kriya routine 45 minutes take a 15 minute break sit down and do routine again 45 minutes if you were to do the routine twice a day would you do the same kriyas?
  7. I understand what you guys are saying and i also think this kind of does is crazy... which makes me curious why does kilindi iyi say you need to be dosing 10 grams +
  8. Do you know anyone that has done it though?
  9. I really want to start a daily visualisation practice, but what usually happens i do it for 30 days then stop. I think its cause my mind has a hard to believing that sitting down and visualising my ideal life would change anything.
  10. Only starting this now i did 10 minutes today it's much harder than I expected. After my timer went off I held in the last breath for as long as possible this made the process much more powerful . Do you do any breath retentions during this ? And what results have you got from shamanic breathing ?
  11. @B_Naz Thanks, How long do you sit and visualise for ?
  12. I'm considering studying psychology , but my main interests is with psychedelics . I know this is a complicated manner and maybe I need to find a creative (legal?) way to work with them. Do you guys see within the new future psychologists being able to work with patients using psychedelics or even like integration sessions ? My my only fear is studying psychology and then not being able to work with psychedelics
  13. @Leo GuraHave you tried? I don't find much information on YOPO. But, i have a friend who had a profound YOPO experience with a shaman
  14. Does anyone have any experience with yopo seeds? Yopo seeds have both NN-DMT and 5MEODMT.
  15. Amazing quotes ! Thanks for sharing
  16. Kriya exposed book suggests ending with paravasta, being meditation and the other book suggests ending with concentration meditation. I've be trying them both out and I think i'll continue with paravasta. Which do you guys do ?
  17. @onacloudynight thanks for the reply I am having trouble with bandha's. Strange question, I have no idea whether or not i'm doing the perineum lock properly. What are some mental cues?
  18. Hey guys! Have any of you experienced strange visions while doing Kriya? This morning i had my first vision, it was a bring vibrant light (similar to the sun maybe). What do these vision mean? Any importance?
  19. Thanks , I might try that how long do you aim for with yoga ? My goal is to find a potent 60 minute routine and do that twice a day
  20. @cle103 Don't get too concerned. Focus on doing the practice daily and soon you will find which way you like to do it. For me, I focus on the energy moving up from the spine and not so much on piercing the chakras
  21. Looking for some critique of my routine Nadi sodhana X 3 Ujjayi Pranayama X 3 Talabya Kriya X 50 Mah Mudra x 3 Kriya Pranayama1X 12 Kriya Pranayama2 X 12 Yoni Mudra x 3 Kriya Supreme Fire x 3 After Kriya supreme fire I either do concentration, self inquiry (as mentioned in kriya exposed) or Paravastha state of being (drop all techniques and just be) This takes me about 70 minutes
  22. if you haven't read the kriya exposed books do it ! Im glad Leo recommended them since I've read the book I"be become less focused on the kriya techniques and more focused on the meditation at the end , the being
  23. @Samraif you don't mind sharing how we're your experiences ? Im still surprised Leo hasn't tried ayahussca ? I"ve tried many different psychedelics and nothing makes my body feel better than ayahussca
  24. Is the only different between kriya pranayama 3 and 2 that for 3 the end point is Bregma ?
  25. I really hate to re ask but can anyone help with the question I asked above
