  2. everything below turquoise is ego.. I don't think frank understand SD. Most people confuse it as a map of awakening, which it is not
  3. @Adamq8 Agree with your points. Also Frank seems very immature.

  6. @Leo GuraHe gave you loaded questions which can't be answered so casually. As someone who watches all your videos, I enjoyed watching you be interviewed. I'd like to see you on Paul Chek, or Aubrey Marcus (just don't talk to them about vax's!)
  7. Ever since I had a 5meodmt breakthrough I feel like my reality vastly changed. I'm not always in that state of consciousness but what's been seen can not be unseen. And it leaves me with more questions than answers. I sometimes find myself walking around and looking at other people wondering, "why am I dreaming up that person" or an event happens to me "why am I dreaming this up". It's not at a point that's destabilizing but I have not taken any psychedelics again. I can already foresee the potential for destabilization. Even as I type this I feel a part of my mind says that this is all a part of the dream. And while I know that to be true (through experience). How do you stabilize this realization? I'm convinced if many people experienced what I experience they would be in a mental hospital. In many ways, my life would be much smoother if I did not have that experience. I don't regret it, but I do feel this way now. Hopefully one day it goes full circle. @Leo Gura If you had any thoughts, I'd value that
  8. @Leo GuraTim ferris likes to say there are dangerous trips and safe trips. If you are tripping safely, then it's not really a "bad trip"
  9. Happy birthday Leo. You don't know me and you probably never will, but you have really changed my life. I love you man
  10. @Jacob Morres ridiclous
  11. @Leo Gura Jamie Whal's podcast, Aubrey Marucs podcast, Paul Chek's, and Rebel Wisdom. I forgot to add - Russel Brand's podcast
  12. @blankisomeone Avoid Freud. You're better off reading so many other things
  13. This is something I've been studying quite a lot. I'd highly recommended Charlie Morley's & stephen laberge books on lucid dreaming. If you enjoy podcasts then listen to "That Jungian Life" It's mostly on dream interpretation. Highly recommended.
  14. What are your thoughts on sound healing? Are there any benefits? I know the Tibetans used singing bowls for sound healing. But what's really going on? I'm trying to keep an open mind to all of this
  15. If you're not aware, it's worth listening to Paul Saladino - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZ8lOwJHVEA
  16. What skills are needed to get a marketing job? A lot of the job listings I’ve seen the skills don’t seem like hard skills. whays the best way to go about developing marketing skills?
  17. Has anyone consistently done concentration practice? I can barely do 5 minutes of pure concentration practice. Curious what the best way to build this up is and how to add more time
  18. @Leo Gura Do you plan to talk about basic self-development again? things like habits, etc
  19. @Koeke These experiences are normal, and will go away with more time practicing
  20. IN. I love Jamie Wheal. Are you a host of Rebel Wisdom?
  21. I like his courses, but don't understand why Eben charges so much. Especially when Leo's course is cheaper and higher quality.
  22. Routine advice. I've stopped doing kriya because it was taking too long 45-60 minutes. And with everything else I do in my morning routine I just don't have the time. I can only do 20-30 minutes. Would that be enough and if so what would you suggest to do
