I don't want to derail this thread, but I'd be more excited to see @Leo Gura on Rebel Wisdom. The Rebel Wisdom guys would understand Leo and are good interviewers. -
@Zigzag Idiot Who's the author? That website is terrible

For the longest time, I always listened to podcasts/audiobooks during long walks and gym sessions. I thought what I was doing was great for my development. I got to listen to so many new ideas and perspectives. But it's only been recently I realized the problems with it. When I was constantly taking in new content I had no space to think and contemplate. Recently when I take long walks I've replaced audiobooks/podcasts with music and it's been amazing. I've been able to reflect more and think deeper about life. I can't believe I did not realize this earlier! I'm sharing this in case anyone else needs to hear this .

@Jodistrict very nice. And it's a good reminder for me

I hope your new course will be a similar price as the Life Purpose course.

@StarStruck I've meet people from South America in their 60s who have done Ayahuasca over 100+ times and they look great for their age. Your argument can also be made for people who don't take psychedelics aging poorly. It has nothing to do with psychedelics -

@Javfly33 It does mean something. Stress kills our nervous system. It literally rewires it if your constantly stressed. And no, there is no evidence that psychedelics destroy your nervous system. If anything I feel like they can be used to defrag the nervous system -
@Preety_India I think it's both. With the convenience of wireless headphones and podcasts, it's easy to always be listening to content when you're outside. It's a trap. Needs balance.

@Preety_India I feel like it's a huge trap. You can also consume more content. And it's easy to get to the point where you're consuming so much content that you don't have any time to reflect! I really thought listening to podcasts during my long walks was the greatest idea ever. But as I mentioned, I only realized recently that I think it's hindered my development.

This makes no sense. Eben Pagan is the best example of a strong stage yellow. The guy is very smart & hardworking

What marketing! My money is ready Leo! And this is why I have a lot of respect for you Leo. You could be milking your followers dry of cash. Hell you could be charging for your weekly videos. Thanks for all the work you do

I'm surprised people on here would watch him. He is low conscious and toxic. There are much people rolemodels

@assx95 You are aware that you're experiencing ego backlash, and that itself is huge. Take it slow. And as you already know, understand that this is normal. two steps forward one step back. Sounds like you're going through a purification. Be gentle with yourself. Try your best to not be judgmental. -

Looks like a good recommendation! Purchased and will read @Forestluv Can you provide us with more information about your seven days fast? Why did you do it? Health reasons, spiritual reasons? What supplements did you take? Did you drink coffee? Where you still able to do work? -

@RMQualtrough It's taken me a while to get to the point of fasting for 18-20 hours daily. Start slow and build up. -
My favorite value provide is Rick Doblin. He's created the largest non profit psychedelic company and has been working hard for decades to push legalization.

@Rohit Kuna Yep, intermittent fasting is great. I fast 20 hours daily and have found huge benefits. My eating window is 3pm-7pm. I've found I have much more consistent stable energy throughout the day. -

@Natasha Have you researched dry fasts much? I've only researched a little, but the benefits don't outweigh the negatives for me -
herghly replied to herghly's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Pacific Sage Water. I don't think dry fasts is a good idea -

I like him a lot and following his diet has improved my energy levels a lot. I don't eat a full carnivore diet, I eat animal-based. Still eat avocados and some fruits!
