I have been paying attention to AI fairly intensively since GPT 3.0 was released. Since then most people have been unaware of the insane developments we've had over the last two years. With SORA being released now everyone is starting to realize, and starting to panic. Thousands of people are sending death threats to AI leaders and developers in the space. Thousands of others are full out saying to halt all AI development. Of course. This is to be suspected, most of these people are people in the art and video industry who are going to lose their jobs because of AI. They see their entire identity and the value of life in their job. I get it, your job is gone but technology replaced millions of jobs throughout history. Stop acting like you're the first and learn to adapt. It's honestly pathetic. I see people out here sounding like they want to cry because they will not be able to post Tiktok or YouTube videos on social media and receive the same amount of attention. They are now saying how social media will just now become AI-generated pleasure garbage, but it already is just human-generated garbage. Like please, get outside, touch grass, find a real hobby. The world could be much better if AI replaced all jobs including creative ones meaning people wouldn't have to be wrapped up in survival all the time. I mean some people just burned a WAYMO car down because they were scared it was going to replace human drivers? Like why, what is there to be scared of an autonomous vehicle especially if they become safer than a human driver? No one knows what's going to happen so just float along with the ride. You're not going to be able to control what happens anyways, and bitching about how AI is "only bad" "Worse than Hitler" or "The world's ending" is stupid. People said the world was ending when basic calculators were invented. I'm not joking, look it up. This whole next decade is going to demonstrate how most people are violent animals totally ignorant of the value of change.

I disagree with everything you said, and I think your points are just plain odd. First off, condoms work just fine if you put them on right, so there's no reason to worry about them breaking or anything like that. And even if they do break, it's not like you're gonna get pregnant every time. Vasectomies aren't a big deal either, because you can just get them reversed if you change your mind later on. It's not like they're cutting your balls off or anything. As for trusting your partner, if you can't trust them to tell the truth about birth control or getting an abortion, then why are you even having sex with them in the first place? T And this whole idea of a "paper abortion" is just ridiculous. You can't make someone sign a contract saying they have to get an abortion, that's not how it works. If you're not ready to be a dad, then keep it in your pants, simple as that. @Creatorbeing I would argue that for 99% of guys having women in your life you can bang is better than porn. I never said that you need a woman to be happy or be fulfilled. I just said it is healthier and means you have to take responsibility for your life rather than sitting on your ass like the average loser guy. Read the book "Your Brain on Porn" They have proven chronic porn use decreases your ability to focus, decreases sex drive, ED, leads to ADHD, emotional issues, energy and motivation decreases, is an addiction and so many other things. Of course, you would think you're not addicted and there's no problem with it. That's what everyone with an addiction says. Just read the thousands of men out there who practice nofap and semen retention and read the benefits of abstaining from porn. It is astounding. You never hear of successful people who have chronic porn problems. However, you do hear of successful, happy, and fulfilled people who are working on their purpose in life that constantly vouch all the time for nofap/no porn and semen retention. It may be hard to hear this but the only reason you would ever watch porn or jerk off is because you can't get laid. It really is that simple and you are never going to see porn from this viewpoint until you quit it. I have so many different things I want to do in my life right now but I can't decide what to let go. I want to get into a meditation habit but when I do this I feel anxious because I'm not going to have enough time to do everything else I want to do. But then I get stressed because I never have time to relax. My problem is I want to feel more at peace, but in order for me to do that, I feel like I have to do everything here. It's so hard for me to let these things go as I am fairly young compared to most on here, and I haven't "burnt through my karma" so-to-speak. I'm full-time in college. Working 2-3 days a week. Work out at gym 2-3 days a week Trying to spend 1-2 hours a day learning Spanish Trying to read a book for an hour every night I want to get back into bicycling again this spring I want to skateboard I want to hang out with friends I want to work on pickup I want to occasionally play video games I want to travel this summer I want to go on mediation retreats I also work at the township as an elected auditor from time to time. On top of that, I need to keep up with basic life responsibilities like grocery shopping, staying organized, etc. How do I know what I should cut out, and how can I learn to destress from my attachment to all these different things?

I'm sure the experts in the field who nearly all are saying we will have AGI by the end of the decade are just wrong because you all are obviously top executives at the largest AI companies and have access to their best models. There was a leak over a year ago that SORA was developed in MARCH 2023 but they've delayed release until now due to public fear over AI. They have way better models behind closed doors but you all aren't ready for that conversation.

@Leo Gura They can, the problem is simply they can't put powerful enough chips that will fit into a car. I believe I read an article that Waymo already has less crashes per mile than the average driver. Of course this isn't all terrain and road conditions but the models now are the worst they will be from here on out. They will only improve. If clunky biological humans can drive a car then precise machines will be able to one day too.

This post is not out of arrogance or showboating but for the possibility that there are other beings out there besides myself who have not awakened. First of all, I have realized for some time now that I am God, however, parts of me weren't still convinced. If I am God, why live this human life? I used to believe that I could imagine better lives than the one I lived, but I was wrong. Many people believe this. If God is all-loving, why create this life of suffering? Tonight I asked myself this question: If God wants and only creates the best for himself, how could God get himself to act against his best interest? By convincing himself others exist. If God is infinite and everything, there can't be another besides himself. He is aware of this, but if he fooled himself into believing that others existed and he was a finite identity, then he could fool himself into wanting something other than the best infinitely possible thing AKA infinite love. Now God creates humans who believe in all sorts of BS about what they are, but as long as they identify as something finite, they will have bias towards something finite. That something finite is less and against the best interest of an all-conscious infinite being. Why wish for some puny pleasure as a human, when God could create infinite love? Because they are biased against other things which they believe to be different from themselves. When someone believes something to be different or separate from themselves, they now may fear that thing, because they are fooled into thinking it can threaten their false identity. But of course, you are God, and you cannot be killed or die. But God has convinced himself of this so that he can play a game with himself for all eternity. In this life, everything that happens is perfect and is in your best interest. You can either awaken to the fact that everything is planned perfectly by God so you can awaken back to being him, or you can deny this and keep living in your false finite fearful identity. Anxiety stems from fearing that all is not going to be okay. But, in fact, everything is going perfectly, and there's nothing you need to do to make that happen.
