  1. Diiamn! Im gone watch it on up, Naaaaawo!
  2. Mmm Hmm, Thanks for the input on this. Iam glad you are as amazed as I am, makes me feel understood. I did have an idea about it too while you were writing out yours Emerald. This intuitional wisdom deals with a profound truth unlike the ego whos dual concepts can never really be about truth. It is hidden because it does not serve the ego, and our ego dominated state doesnt need a tool that doesnt serve ego. We are too egotistical to notice things that dont serve ego. I was sad thinking this but it does sound simple enough to be an answer.
  3. Yes, I wanted to review your videos to get to know more about your perspectives. So I started with the first one you see. Turns out I really liked it and got to feel a connection with this discussion here about intuition which really intrugues me but wasnt moving yet. The more I know about it the more feel amazed. I mean really Why do we have something so powerful and mysterious and so not paid attension to?
  4. . Great to hear your reply infinit. Yesterday I was posting more about it and there seems to be a real universal type of description here between us. Really exciting for me to get some feedback on this amazing mystery. And see the syncronicity of what we both wrote in two different sites, heres part of my description. Someone did confirm that they experience it much like we do. Here is how I described my experience and learning about it - For me Intuition responds as a voice that I can ask a question to. It responds in a quiet way but if I follow its advice I never regret it. Its advice is not logical but seems to take into account the fucture as though it had reviewed all posibilities first before instantly responding. Its like a search engine but instead of having millions answers it had only one, the best answer. It is hard to remember to use it though because I know its advice is perfect but that its advice also gets in the way of my little objectives the identity has me involved it. I have gotten so used to thinking the ego is going to set my logical objectives that an illogical yet perfect suggestion is at times scary because I might be an ass and decide not to follow it. ( Keep typing) (OK) One day I was thinking, ¨ I want to write about this phenomenon in this forum, I better test it out first. I was leaving the kitchen going upstairs, and I asked ¨what should I do?¨ it said ¨go back to the kitchen. ¨I was resistant thinking, ¨What? I just left the Kitchen.¨ but I went back and found out I had left the burner on, while distracted. Another time I was walking around and said¨where should I go?¨ ¨Turn left here.¨ It said. I objected to myself, ¨theres nothing down this street I want to see¨ But I went anyway. A few blocks later I ran into an old friend and it was really great. So its really magical to use this once the identities importance is softened up. Other observations I wanted to share. The intuitions quietness fades away the more it is used. It becomes more loud and easy to access with use, or we just get better at hearing it. Also it does trick you at times which helps you overcome the egos grip by outsmarting the egos games. I find this type of advanced help happens when I ask its advice and follow it a few times in a row. So a note about knowledge then- Knowledge is dualistic, word based information one can collect that is about your particular identities perspective on reality. Hmm that sounds pretty limiting put this way. The identity values knowledge because it uses it to support its positions and objectives. It can do this because it filters, edits and ignores or even hides certian knowledge. Knowledge is about your time and place and perspectives. Wisdom is universal, has no limits with linear time It is advice that you dont want to ignore but doesnt get upset if you do. It just calculates new advice depending on whatever you chose to do. There is no way I created it, it goes against my logical objectives with better directions that humble me totally. Anyway let me know about your opinion. Does anyone want to try to explain why we have it and where it comes from?
  5. Lets see what you have come to believe and what it feels like now that you are self-actualized. Ill give my own example. I realize that my reality is like a huge universe full of possabilities and mysteries to explore. I am the comander of this universe but I am not obligated to command anything because it all knows how to take care of itself without me. I can effortlessly enjoy being an observer with no obligations at all, enjoying the profound beauty of this world. I know that Ive got it all and that this has nothing to do with the external world. I dont worry about getting or not having stuff because I dont want stuff. But if I do get an idea the stuff I need will either show up or I just choose another idea that works with the stuff I have or can get. I dont need to invent problems for myself when I can just enjoy the abundant world that is pouring out goodness all the time. I see the world as full of trees dangling with fruit, full of people doing amazing things that I can do too. But when I dont want to hang out with them nature is even more amazing and spectacular. I never get bored because if there is nothing interesting happening where I am I just get up and start walikng somewhere else. Just walking somewhere is interesting let alone arriving at a new place full of things to observe, find and expolre. I dont get lonely because people want to be around me. I get invited to be a part of numerous projects, gatherings and relationships, too many to ever have time for. People want to be around me because I alleviate their stress, effortlessly help solve their problems, show them good examples. But most of all I am truely interested in knowing them, listening to them and seeing them succeed. But I am not attached to any social activities. Being alone allows me to explore my own mind and creativity undistracted. Any type of art I want to create is easy, I just look at a few examples of that type of art and the new ideas present themselves to me in full detail. I can just sit there and view hundreds of new pictures as they materialize because creativity and problem solving are my hobbies so I have gotten really good at them. Nothing has to be draining or stressful because nothing is that important. Everything is taken care of already - if I have to do something else or never existed everything would roll along in its own process just fine without me. Being able to change my beliefs and try new ones gives me dramaticly different perspectives of reality, I realize its all a hallucination created by viewing the world through certian filters. But we are not stuck with the firsr few filters we are given just to get us started. Most people believe they are the filters but I know I am that which uses the filters. So I learned how to create my own filters so that I can interpret, respond to, interact and experience the world the way I want to. To me this is my greatest potential self-creation. I dont have to try to be someboby great in the eyes of other people. I know I am an unexplainable mystery that no one can ever define. Other people only really know themselves anyway so thats why I am better off self- actualizing my reality. My goals are that life should be easy, fun. beautiful, loving, free to improvize, interesting and full of learning. I have done alot of discarding of old beliefs and trying out new ones eventually allowing me to set up my reality this way to improve my experience of life. There is no reason things cant get even better! How about you? What have you come to believe because of your self- actualization process?
  6. Thank you Leo, I do see this as a writing project, among other things, which I am quite enjoying. Thanks for setting it all up.
  7. Excellent, I didnt want to say too much about my own experience of intuition so that I could get someone elses view without talking about my own first. But Im so glad to hear its exactly the same! It responds as a voice for me that I can ask a question to. ( Keep typing) (OK) One day I was thinking I want to write about this phenomenon in this forum, I better test it out first. I was leaving the kitchen giong upstairs, and I asked [what should I do?¨ it said ¨go back into the kitchen. ¨I was resistant thinking, what I just left the Kitchen.¨ but I went back and realized I had left the burner on, while distracted. Another time I was walking around and said¨where should I go?¨ ¨Turn left here.¨ It said. I objected to myself, theres nothing down this street I want to see. But I went anyway. Also it does trick you at times which helps you overcome the egos grip by outsmarting the egos games. I find this type of advanced help happens when I ask its advice and follow it a few times in a row. I found an inspiring video that helps describe it on youtube the channel is called The Diamond Net. What she calls wisdom I was calling intuition.
  8. Thanks Zane, once you get the hang of editing the identity, the improvements make things much easier. It also helps loosen up the unconscious over-protection the identity thinks it needs to function. When the identity stops thinking it is so important or cant be changed for the better it can be tapered down and leave a lot of room for an almost constant state of meditation. The mind chatter begins to know its not important and doesnt bother with its bumbling ideas all the time. This leaves one in a quiet state where unconditional love can be focused into ones experience of reality.
  9. Ya, most people see industrialization as the foundation for a healthy economy. We are taught to look forward to being a part of it and want to buy endless industrial products. Rich people want to use industrial practices to make fortunes so selling mass amounts of stuff, its a high stakes project. This leads to extremes, manipulation and so on. But what has industrializing society taken away?I learned some things I really apreciated knowing about it from sociology classes when getting a teaching certificate. I was surprised that Leo in his suggestions about what to study didnt mention sociology.
  10. Hi Emerald, I am glad you are making videos I also like your writing and opinions. I dont use the internet enough to help out here, but as a side note since you mentioned an interest - Lucid dreaming is real, I learned how to do it. I suggest learning it as a way of mastering these types of experience. However personally I found it distracting and lost interest in it because I didnt want to use it for anything specific, I learned how to do it mostly just to see if the descriptions were true and if I could learn it.
  11. Realize that people are not trained in good communication. So they might treat you in a way that hurts your feelings without even knowing or intending to. They are acting automatically with the tools of communication they have in that moment ( probably unedited and dysfunctional). If I, being trained in communication, wanted to reject your ideas I would not have to hurt your feelings while doing so, infact I would try to ensure we would still be on friendly terms no matter what. So you might remember this when out there with people - they make alot of mistakes and some of them are hurtful, and they just cant do any better, for now sorry. Forgive them and be sure you dont do the same ( hurt peoples feelings) when talking to them. On the other side there is you, you have interpreted untrained peoples rejections as insult and reacted with negative emotions. Somewhere you learned to do this, but it is not the only option for you. Easier to change your response to others than change other people ( even they cant change themselves very easily). Both of these identity improvements you can make but will take time for you. If you practice and use good technique in a few months you wont be hurt by others rejections.
  12. Prejudice based on ageism is the same as raceism and sexism, not verg good to do, very disrespectful, no? ageism [ey-jiz-uh m] noun 1. discrimination against persons of a certain age group. 2. a tendency to regard older persons as debilitated, unworthy of attention, or unsuitable for employment. ageism is the only “ism” that everyone (who lives) will live to suffer from. Ageism also applies to discriminating against younger people. Makes ya think, Eh! Maybe youll meet some really awsome older people soon and make friends.
  13. Here is my perspective, the ego is a learned identity. With all of its concepts including how to interpret and respond to reality, who you are, your objectives, what you see and dont see out there and inside. It is a bunch of information you agreed to believe without questioning it or knowing you were making it into your identity and letting it guide your life. This identity works invisibly and automatically so that you dont have to think about it, only a few things that your life is being set up by do you actually think about. Much more of it is the learned identity on auto pilot. Now if this learned identity was really good, or had been well made we wouldnt be having this conversation. We would just be saying ¨how are you? Perfect and you? Ya perfect too. Great see ya later. ¨ But the identities we have are so full of contradictions, false information, disfunction, its rediculous. Obviously no expert put together our identities our parents and captialist society did. So we sense this dysfunction and finally realize our learned identity is so bad that we need to call it the Lower self and do something about it. If we manage to edit this identity enough that we feel a whole lot better and begin understanding how it works and begin to become experts at creating a functional identity we can then call this new identity the higher self. A self aware, evolving self that finally takes over the editing of a new conscious identity. This is where psycology helps. Then there is a spiritual self, one that just is being. None of the concepts of any identity, whether well made or not apply to it. It doesnt need an identity to be.
  14. They were trained to be that way through their lives and experiences. They live that way, its hard to change their identity even if they wanted to. Have compassion for them it must not be that easy. Also, maybe you are disrespectful in some ways too if you really look into it and this is why it bothers you. If you are really understand so much better than them why cant you teach them, is this something you want to learn how to do? That would be great if you could. Focus on becoming this awsome teacher and the problem will be solved. All we are missing is you knowing what to do about it and acting on it. I think you could learn to be a trasnsformative force in the world, if you really care enough about it, and become an amazing master who knows what could happen.
  15. Hi, if you are in a low, self-conscious state there is a reason, like with many others you were trained to be this way by unconscious people. Not really their fault or yours just a reality we inherited and have to work with its a starting place to build on. Feeling sad about sad things is good because its real, its the right response. However it doesnt have to last very long it can be replaces by hope, problem solving, focusing on educating and carefully supporting others. All of this supports you too and promotes learning. Overreacting and dramas dont help solve problems, moving to solutions does. If I was struggling and I found out that you loved me and were sad about my situation and you sat down with me to tell me that simple truth about your feelings I would begin to feel supported. Maybe I needed to have someone show some concern and kindness so I could resolve the situation. If you were also willing to just sit there and hear the person talk this can bring clarity to the situation for them just by being able to hear themself talk about it. Just being you and being there for someone is helpful enough. But you could then move forward even more to being a careing person in the situation who helps solve the problems. I do this all the time with people because I know how and am good at it. Maybe you could bring in other help when you dont know how to solve it on your own. Just some posibilities I can imagine for you. Hmmm, when looking within often we find the concepts loved ones taught us so there they have a place too. Your identity was influenced by family, for example. Looking within we see their effects on us. Interacting with them can be transformative for the inner identity and bring important realizations about ourselves. Its good you have the chance to care about people you love and be with them. The benefits you can have by careing about people are many
  16. Mind too egotistical. Think it have power to predict fucture, no one can do, mind wrong. Thoughts not true, so not important. Silly thoughts exist... OK... exist, but not important. If Mind know thought not important thought can come and go without robbing person of tranquility. You practice this you see, past experiences not give you ability to predict fucture... this very egotistical, silly RIGHT let go of false belief, get back to calm experience more often. More you learn more you have options for fucture
  17. We are all such individuals that your interpretations of what information means and how you apply it, and analyze your success, etc. is different than for another person. You may benefit from some advice that didnt work for another. This is where some contradicting concepts are still valid. Something may work for one person at a certian level then they drop the concept for another one when it is no longer needed. I might need one day to use one concept to get me to the next day where a contradicting concept will get me to the next level another day. For me intuition gives the best advice, true, but learning the vocabulary of self-help, psycology etc. alone brings new clarity to how to work on myself. Then there are some techniques that really shine for me as good examples of how having faith in some advice, you feel good about trying, applying it well, and observing how it works, can be life changing. So here is some personal advice from someone like you who overcame these introversion and social issues. Here is how I did it, hope it helps. Number one for me was realizing that the things that I imagined were happening, that made me shy, were not real. Here is what my thought process was like at that turning point, ¨Wait a minute here, why am I so shy and easily deenergized by other people? I am not judging people the way I think people are judging me? I am not interested in the details of what people look like or say, I dont have the interest or the time to judge them. It is not really happening to me, I imagined that otheres were doing something they were not. And if they are judging me negatively for my clothes, hair, personality or whatever they can fuck right off!!! I dont need to pay attension to those people, they are not the type of person I need to worry about, impress or be friends with. ¨This realization really got me off the hook with others so that I could relax, stop imagining what nagative thing others might think, not care if they did and socialize without worrying. Next we need to find out the root of the problem. I thought others were being mean because my parents were mean. Mean parents warp out social perspectives. So one has to dig around to find and unbelieve the disfunctional beliefs parents give us about ourselves inorder to heal more deeply and move on. Next we look at our objectives. Where did they come from and what exactly are they? What do you want to have happen? Where did you get that idea and is it a worthy idea or is there a better one to persue. There are alot of ways at looking at people so its good to become conscious of how you see others and why. A warning, there are alot of people that are great if you know how to handle situations with them well and be realistic about who they are, there are some people that are not going to be good to be around so you can choose wisely here. Alone time is also important in life so dont forget to enjoy that. Let me add one last topic. Social situations are guided by communication. If you are nervous around people there might be justification because you are involved in something important but dont know much about how to do it well. If I had to drive a car but had never studied the rules of the road I would justifiably be nervous. Communication is just as complex and worth mastering as driving a car in our world. Learning about and using good communication skills can change frustrating disasters into easy, fun situations. It is that powerful once you get it. Infact communication is evolutions most powerful human skill, I think, especially because it works both externally with others and internally with ourselve. Memorize some communication skills to try out in real life situations and observe the results. Have fun with it and forgive your little mistakes, dont make winning or punishing yourself for failures important here. Just trying, learning and improving is the game.
  18. If you do not play music yourself you are missing a huge, huge aspect of what music is. I am surprised that everyone here talks about music as though that should mean recordings of other people playing music you listened to on magnetic paper speakers, celphones or headphones. From my experience knowing music doesnt come from listening to recordings. I do record music sometimes but I also make my own instruments and play them alone and with others. When I was in West Africs I saw the whole community coming together to dance and play music every night, there were was no TV recordings or radios, just live acoustic music on traditional instruments and everyone knew how to play music and dance. The dancing that made everyone so healthy, expressive, creative, that was the reason for the music. It also takes the musicians to higher levels of consciousness and connection together. The hours of exercise one can do dancing to this music cannot be done without it. Alot of the comercial recordings we have been overexposed to by popular media do not have the energy of a healthy community, alot are the product of hard drud addicts and alcholics etc. I started to wonder about this. I also heard that listening to electronic music makes one tone-deaf. I am not addicted to music but being a musician is really fun. Listening to recordings is not the real experience of music.
  19. It seems that you are learning some important things about yourself, I am glad to hear that you have decided to be a great speaker and a more social person like before. Investigating your mind and how it works then undoing things that dont work is a huge help in life. This type of work is emotional and mysterious at times but when you get down to it some of the most interesting and meaningful work to do.
  20. Lots of good advice here to try out from these other comments. Personally, everyone is different so my advice may not work in your body, what contributes to this for me is going to bed late, and smoking weed also just normal build up of toxicity from foods. When I dont smoke and sleep early this helps but the only time I see the darkness fading back every day until its gone is when fasting . Good luck
  21. Hi D, I just did a 9 day water fast and it went really well. But I also have alot of experience. First though I want to tell you treat your skin with a plant that I know about. It will get alot better quite fast. Its called comfry. If you ask around youll likely find someone who can give you some ( warning dont confuse with look alike plant fox glove - comfry leaves are rough and fox glove is soft). Now here is how it works, find big leaves if you can and cut the stalks off of them right to the ground. These stalks are like thin cellery stalks. The clear gel inside is like Alovera but way better. Your skin will heal really fast if you put the gel from the stalks on it every 2 to 3 hours for 3 days. It will be the easiest way to get better fast. If its cold where you live right now and the leaves have died you can yse the root it also has the gel. Next you have to train your taste for food to be something that works for you. Its all about training and being brutally strict you decide No and its NO for certian ¨foods¨ that are hurting you. Youll get used to this discipline and become very good at it, proud of yourself and this Iron Will you will develop will help you in other areas of your life too. Do not stick foods that hurt you in your mouth throw them in the garbage, every time YES WASTE it and dont buy more. If you buy more quickly give it away, if you put it in your mouth spit it out and rinse it out and dont do it again. Get a bunch of really sweet carrots wash them and put them in your fridge. When you want to snack eat tonns of these carrots then get busy with some distracting work or jogging. Fasting is the best way to clean out your body but again you have to have the discipline and techniques to make it work. Build up your sence of surity and iron discipline first little by little taking away the stuff you like and replacing it with other stuff and youll eventually like the new foods just as much. Each time you do this you prove to your identity that you are the boss and its going to submit to your decisions. Practice, it takes time. If you did a water fast for a few days you didnt fail you trained and cant expect to be different , this is where you are at now, be realistic start here , atleast you know what to do - good on ya. What you want to do is get out of the extremes of fasting and going back to junk. Stay in the middle get used to plainer tasting veggies and brown rice etc, then fast. When I fast I eat only raw food before then drink 2 litres of warm salt water it flushes out the poo so that it doesnt sit in the bowel firmenting while I am fasting. One can also do enemas to get the same result. These two things are difficult to get just right but are really important besides just drinking water and not eating. There are alot of details about fasting , if you want more Ill type them in but as well you can look on the net for videos. Keep trying youll learn, your on the right track, it takes time.
  22. cool Dog, I didnt like the video it was so watered down, but I really enjoyed your comment thanks. I was fortunate enough to learn to observe the results of my programmed, or I call it the learned identity - reprogram it myself with much better ways I found, stop doing the disfunctional things I initially learned and see the results of the new reprogramming. Through this I learned that my identity was a programmed pile of problems handed down to me. But luckily it is also reprogrammable by me, with practice. Mostly I reprogram it to have an easier time with other people, but spiritual work is different it is freeing myself from the whole deal because none of it is really important in the end. I was freaked out, I must admit by how simple the explanation in the video sounded to me and how the more I find out about enlightenment the more it seems to match my experience - its not hard at all - it just comes naturally when you drop the identity and enjoy just being. I wanted it to be more mystical than that I was like oh no what if I am enlightened, I better not tell anybody. Hahahah
  23. Hi Mystic, My advice is different. I have been in these high stress situations and usually they are so unnatural that only a highly trained person could feel comfortable doing them. Dont try to have unreal expectations of yourself, there is no reason that you should be able to do the things you cant do right now. If doing presentations freaks you out, dont do presentations, avoid them, get a job that doesnt need you to do presentations, get someone else to do them. You do what you are already good at not what makes you feel bad. Put yourself into situations you enjoy, where you are the expert not the one who is freaking out. Make a list of situations or jobs, that for you, would be fun, easy enjoyable and seek out these experiences. Believe that there are always lots of options in life just waiting for you. Be careful of other people there are some that might not be good for you in the sensitive state you are in, avoid them, find others you love to be around. I think if you are specific about explaining the problem you have I could help you better. Perhaps you can get advice from someone you trust in your life, a counsellor maybe?
  24. It very well could be! I dont know what goes on with other peoples brains and lives but in my case I have been strengthening my right brain with 25 years of being a visual artist and musician ( left handed) and not taking seriously most of what people usually do like work, money, wealth, friends, relationships, school who knows, umm cars, whatever - none of it is impórtant to me at all. I just spend my time helping people or living in nature where I like best to be. I am really happy and really enjoy just doing nothing ( well technically staring at trees is something) . It also occured to me that spirituality might not be a good name for being - just a flashy one people like to use. Well Iam going to watch the video CHEERS
