Exactly. For cardiovascular work, my personal advice would be either of the two ends of the spectrum, but not in the middle. In other words, I would opt for either walking or HIIT on an exercise bike, but not moderate intensity steady state cardio, if my goal was health optimization.

I'm an open book brother. In my mid 20s I dated and lived with a woman 9 years my senior, and her son, for 3 years. I loved them both tremendously, but to my everlasting dismay, I lost touch with my core purpose as a man during my time with them. During this relationship, I continued working as a consultant pharmacist, effectively sinking my time and effort into something that didn't ultimately fulfill me. Here I was, holding the holy grail of letting food be thy medicine, as I'm dispensing pharmaceuticals, the overwhelming majority of which, are entirely futile sans Frankenfoods. In the end, my relationship and career were both my greatest barriers to finding my true life calling, and achieving integrity with such. Leaving this relationship was the most difficult experience of my life to grapple with emotionally, rivalling various ego annihilating breakthroughs on 5-MeO and DMT. For the past several years I have been seeing women more openly. One of my mentors teaches an interesting model to maintain low drama, non-monogamous relationships, and I've implemented many such concepts therein, as I relate greatly to this teacher who is an INTJ like myself. In short, my social life is currently on maintenance mode, at the threshold level needed to satisfy my desire for intimacy and feminine energy, but my focus is on finances because I don't want to put the cart before the horse. -
Most people do not make the connection between the food they consume and the quality of their life experience. At age 15, I was in a sense, fortunate enough to have had to contend with the consequences of a rare disease called eosinophilic esophagitis which made me so inflamed that I found it difficult to swallow food, often times leading to hour long impaction episodes. I quickly learned the importance of food quality, and to this day, I would submit that nutrition optimization is the first step anyone should take if serious about personal development. The only other high leverage maneuver that can rival the impact of a truly dialed in diet is sleep optimization, and perhaps meditation, but there is a much greater latency to the payoff.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The best way to deal with a cold is to have already been prepared for it by beefing up your immune system. How you analyzed your nutrition in its entirety to ensure micronutrient sufficiency, especially for zinc, iron, copper, magnesium, selenium, Vitamin D, folate, vitamin C and magnesium? Could you elaborate on your sleep quality? I would definitely get that dialed in, as sleep is the foundation for everything your waking experience entails.

Just given your signs/symptoms. We have different standard units for these lab tests in the U.S. so I've done my best to convert them for better understanding. That said, every lab should have their own respective reference ranges built around a bell curve distribution given their specific testing technology, so it's always best to use that as your standard of comparison. Nevertheless, being on the low end of the iron reference range in concert with the symptoms you're experiencing, leads me to believe you would benefit by upping your intake of iron.

Exactly right. In isolation, emulating Bryan's dietary patterns will certainly be suboptimal, and dare I say, something approximating natural castration for men (especially if you replicate his impoverished energy intake of 2,000 kcal).

I would agree that spot supplementation is essential for optimal health, yes. I've never been fond of hypothetical "if" statements: which deficiencies would you suspect? Historically, I have only had the opposite problem, i.e., I have to donate blood to offload iron (ferritin more specifically) but in terms of a micronutrient deficiency, I've never had one flag before.
-
Bingo. The problem is that a heroic supplementation effort is required when adopting a vegan eating pattern. I commend anyone who strives for this given the degree of discipline and intentionality it demands, and yet, in good conscience, I could never condone nor advocate such a pursuit. However, in the end, I have confidence that the folks who go down this rabbit hole, given how well-intended and diligent they tend to be, will, over time, arrive at a more optimal, omnivorous approach to their nutrition.

Yes, 30mg HCl snorted rendered an unprecedented ego annihilation and, what has persisted to this day, freedom from concern.

Yes, the great paradox of personal development, which is to square the circle of concurrently loving oneself while seeking "betterment." To be clear, however, whether or not one appreciates their current appearance is irrespective of the impact that good hygiene and lifestyle will have on ones complexion, i.e., it is going to enhance your skin either way. That said, the problem is that, wherever you go, there you are, and so, if you cannot appreciate your appearance currently, you will be chasing the horizon, forever striving, but never arriving.

Freebase or HCl?

My guess is dating app statistics suggesting that disproportionately more men swipe right on women, than women do on men.

We have arrived at very different conclusions, but nevertheless, I wish you well on this new adventure my friend.

What is your most recent hemoglobin and hematocrit? You are likely mildly anemic.

I actually don't use anything in my hair, which many people find hard to believe unfortunately. We live in an age in which we are sold shampoos, so we'll turn around and buy more conditioner. At least for me, personally, I'd rather not strip my hair of its innate oils, that way I need neither shampoo, nor conditioner, nor hair product for that matter (my hair just holds itself in place naturally).

CeraVe products are perhaps the pinnacle of such which masquerade as being sophisticated and refined, rendering clinical results, when in fact they are pure poisons riddled with endocrine disrupting chemicals. Flawless skin is predominately driven by individualized nutrition, avoiding excess direct sunlight to minimize photoaging, using a mineral-based, ideally zinc, daily sunscreen/moisturizer, optimal sleep and hydration. Many folks won't want to hear this, but I'm afraid that a diet high in polyunsaturated fats (my personal recommendation is to limit these to 10% of your dietary fat intake) will also bode unfavorably for the aging of one's skin due to increased susceptibility to UV-induced oxidation.

Lol, I love the elaboration here, however, my masculine disposition doesn't find its' extensive nature particularly alluring (I'm a simple, minimalist man). Your skin is flawless, 10/10, amazing. I have encountered claims suggesting that coconut oil is comedogenic, however, so far, so good (I shaved again using the coconut oil you recommended, only this time after a hot shower, and the results were remarkable: I immediately tossed my conventional shaving cream).

Lol, it's a water-tight seal, it does not spill/leak and has never fallen over.

@Miguel1 Nothing wrong with that my friend. My preference is this 40 oz tapered (fits in standard cup holsters) stainless steel bottle.
-
Not from a health perspective, but from a durability/longevity perspective, yes.
-
Gotcha. I would consider investing in a countertop water distiller (one that vapor distills in stainless steel and collects into glass). Does the bottle say which recycle # it is? #2 is the safest (HDPE) and secondarily, #5, anything else I would refrain from using. But honestly, investing in a stainless steel water bottle is the true solution here, I don't think you need to spend close to $100 USD for the Larq; you should be able to find something in the $20-$25 USD range.
-
What do you currently use? I have never owned one, but from what I can see, I like that it's made of stainless steel, but everything else is hype in my estimation. For cleaning and maintaining an odorless container, fantastic, just don't rely on it to purify the contents of the container (for that, opt for either RO or distilled water).

Skincare is a massive industry with misleading marketing. The product I linked is perfectly suitable for the skin of your face. The best skincare routine is honestly adopting an optimal diet comprised of all of the micronutrients your body needs. Nutrition and ensuring proper hydration is the name of the game for optimizing your skin health and complexion. The #1 thing you can do to ensure youthful-looking skin into old age is to apply a zinc-based sunscreen to your face every day before leaving your residence and going outside. I used to apply countless products, I've honestly exhausted most options, i.e., hyaluronic acid, CeraVe, Tiege Hanley, I used to use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide because I used to experience breakouts. Today, at age 30, my skin has never looked better, and the only product I use is a basic sunscreen with a handful of ingredients, most notably non-nano zinc, and no endocrine disrupting chemicals. Overhauling my nutrition was what changed the game for me, I'll see if I can attach a before and after for you (I used to have acne and rosacea).

That product is comprised of 7.5% octinoxate, a known endocrine disruptor. Two brands I would recommend are Ethical Zinc and Shwally, here is a link to the latter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08G32Z99R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
