Freebase or HCl?

My guess is dating app statistics suggesting that disproportionately more men swipe right on women, than women do on men.
-
We have arrived at very different conclusions, but nevertheless, I wish you well on this new adventure my friend.

What is your most recent hemoglobin and hematocrit? You are likely mildly anemic.

I actually don't use anything in my hair, which many people find hard to believe unfortunately. We live in an age in which we are sold shampoos, so we'll turn around and buy more conditioner. At least for me, personally, I'd rather not strip my hair of its innate oils, that way I need neither shampoo, nor conditioner, nor hair product for that matter (my hair just holds itself in place naturally).

CeraVe products are perhaps the pinnacle of such which masquerade as being sophisticated and refined, rendering clinical results, when in fact they are pure poisons riddled with endocrine disrupting chemicals. Flawless skin is predominately driven by individualized nutrition, avoiding excess direct sunlight to minimize photoaging, using a mineral-based, ideally zinc, daily sunscreen/moisturizer, optimal sleep and hydration. Many folks won't want to hear this, but I'm afraid that a diet high in polyunsaturated fats (my personal recommendation is to limit these to 10% of your dietary fat intake) will also bode unfavorably for the aging of one's skin due to increased susceptibility to UV-induced oxidation.

Lol, I love the elaboration here, however, my masculine disposition doesn't find its' extensive nature particularly alluring (I'm a simple, minimalist man). Your skin is flawless, 10/10, amazing. I have encountered claims suggesting that coconut oil is comedogenic, however, so far, so good (I shaved again using the coconut oil you recommended, only this time after a hot shower, and the results were remarkable: I immediately tossed my conventional shaving cream).

Lol, it's a water-tight seal, it does not spill/leak and has never fallen over.

@Miguel1 Nothing wrong with that my friend. My preference is this 40 oz tapered (fits in standard cup holsters) stainless steel bottle.
-
Not from a health perspective, but from a durability/longevity perspective, yes.

Gotcha. I would consider investing in a countertop water distiller (one that vapor distills in stainless steel and collects into glass). Does the bottle say which recycle # it is? #2 is the safest (HDPE) and secondarily, #5, anything else I would refrain from using. But honestly, investing in a stainless steel water bottle is the true solution here, I don't think you need to spend close to $100 USD for the Larq; you should be able to find something in the $20-$25 USD range.

What do you currently use? I have never owned one, but from what I can see, I like that it's made of stainless steel, but everything else is hype in my estimation. For cleaning and maintaining an odorless container, fantastic, just don't rely on it to purify the contents of the container (for that, opt for either RO or distilled water).

Skincare is a massive industry with misleading marketing. The product I linked is perfectly suitable for the skin of your face. The best skincare routine is honestly adopting an optimal diet comprised of all of the micronutrients your body needs. Nutrition and ensuring proper hydration is the name of the game for optimizing your skin health and complexion. The #1 thing you can do to ensure youthful-looking skin into old age is to apply a zinc-based sunscreen to your face every day before leaving your residence and going outside. I used to apply countless products, I've honestly exhausted most options, i.e., hyaluronic acid, CeraVe, Tiege Hanley, I used to use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide because I used to experience breakouts. Today, at age 30, my skin has never looked better, and the only product I use is a basic sunscreen with a handful of ingredients, most notably non-nano zinc, and no endocrine disrupting chemicals. Overhauling my nutrition was what changed the game for me, I'll see if I can attach a before and after for you (I used to have acne and rosacea).

That product is comprised of 7.5% octinoxate, a known endocrine disruptor. Two brands I would recommend are Ethical Zinc and Shwally, here is a link to the latter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08G32Z99R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

It was a success considering I suffered no razor burn or cuts. However, I could feel my stubble being pulled more painfully than when using conventional shaving cream. Next time I am going to take a warm/hot shower first, then apply the coconut oil and shave my face thereafter. What do you recommend for a laundry detergent? Currently I am using Seventh Generation detergent which is devoid of 1,4-Dioxane.

I love conservative women, for me they tend to be more my energetic opposite and I find them particularly compelling. It's not the fact that they are conservative, it is the fact that, on average, they are more feminine, which I happen to find alluring.

I would be okay with that, yes. Whatever you do, be decisive, and don't prolong your decision (indecision is also a decision). My personal approach is prioritizing communication, so in this case, I would sit her down, comfortably, while cuddling for example, and just express your current concerns in a level-headed fashion, with the express objective of gaining clarity over the best pathway forward.

Enjoy them my friend, nothing wrong with veggies. -
This is while consuming, per week, 7 lbs of red meat, 2 gallons of whole milk, 14 eggs, 1400g (measured raw/dry) of basmati rice, 3.5 oz of liver, 52 oz of 100% pomegranate juice, and 140 g of coconut oil. I suspect the slight elevation in MPO is due to my high training volume (multi-hour weight lifting sessions). I'm curious if anyone else has had these markers assessed, because unfortunately mainstream medical doctors will merely order/assess a standard lipid panel.

This is so fire, I am going to implement #7 right away, today in fact. Thank you!

Lol, sad but true. The utter abundance of nutritional "science" is absolutely appalling. Some quick cliff notes on my thoughts, for what it's worth. 1. Meat and dairy can raise the levels of cholesterol in people, but native LDL-C. for example, is not inherently atherogenic. Meat and dairy are genuine superfoods and the best way to prepare the former is an Instant Pot (to mitigate oxysterol formation while cooking. 2. Vegetables do contain defense chemicals and antinutrients and avoiding their consumption can absolutely enhance the bioavailability of the micronutrients in your food. I personally feel best with zero vegetables (I wake up at 5 AM without an alarm, do multi-hour weight training, consume zero coffee/caffeine, haven't taken a day off work due to sickness in 5 years, etc.) but some people may genuinely have gut bacteria that are behooved by fiber intake. 3. Seed oils are absolutely problematic and should be avoided outright. The reason why the "science" has been able to parse that out is because no study has ever, to my knowledge, been conducted comparing a group of people like myself who have single digit levels (as a %) of linoleic acid in their adipose tissue, to a group of folks who regularly consume seed oils. In other words, since virtually everyone in the Western world is already riddled with excess omega-6 fats, we lack proper examples of what's possible health-wise since we lack such a cohort of people to study. For what it's worth, I consume close to 10x the amount of saturated fat as I do polyunsaturated fats, and linoleic acid constitutes only ~1% of my calorie intake.

Just to share my friend. Definitely. I prefer to get my antioxidants from pomegranate juice, and vitamin C/E supplementation, and feed my healthy gut bacteria via full-fat dairy, which also supplies me with short chain fatty acids. Some folks will be behooved by increasing their fiber intake, I just don't happen to be one of them. -
Nice, I can see the virtue of acceptance, I suspect there is a mental ease about that which need be revered. My modus operandi is to balance my own acknowledgement of the modern landscape with the most prudent navigation of it. I think of myself as an archer shooting his shot, i.e., once I've setup up, accounted for the foreseeable factors, pulled back on the bow and arrow, and let go, I've done my job. If a considerable gust of wind happens to derail my arrow from the intended bullseye, then oh well, I did my best, and I am agnostic to the outcome: I am outcome independent. I didn't just throw my hands in the air and admire the target from afar, I still took my shot, in good faith and effort, and I can hang my hat on the effort I put forth, not the outcome I could render, and certainly not the extenuating circumstances (i.e., the aforementioned wind) that I was incapable of accounting for.

If it's coated with PTFE, then it's got to go. I'm sure there are less offensive materials used in the coatings, but given the affordability and accessibility of stainless steel, I would never roll the dice.
