@Leo Gura Oo didn't know Byron Katie was enlightened. I thought she was just a shadow-work teacher. Interesting. Yeah I kinda know you do, but for some reason I feel like in the actualized.org community it isn't agreed upon collectively and many people do damage. Happens there is a person genuinely suffering and someone comes up like "yo there's not the one who's suffering it's an illusion". That can be hurtful.

@Leo Gura Thanks senpai, I like the answer. Although I have seen a pattern on this forum of many people who have deeper emotional issues starting enlightenment work. That is a waste of their time, and I do think it will be helpful if more awareness about it is spread.

@Dodoster Dude you're projecting so much on me Ima ask you to start working in the cinema, their projector broke down and you would do just fine. I don't tell myself that. If a burning desire for Truth comes, then it will come. If it doesn't come, then it won't come. Now there is a desire for healing. I allow it. Many people aren't able to allow. I was not when I started my journey. Many people fall into the trap of enlightenment delusion, I try to provide some guidelines that can be helpful for some.

Another point is that a neurotic ego IS GOING TO MISINTERPRET ENLIGHTENMENT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO PROPER SELF-ENQUIRY. I realize this sounds a bit odd from someone who hasn't tried self-enquiry methods. But this is the reason I have not. Because I know until my neurotic shadow-self is dealt with, I have no chance against the magnificent true nature of life.

Good points overall, but you misinterpreted what I meant by me being horrified. I wasn't horrified with the envy. It wasnt horror in a sense of me morally judging him. I meant that he was neglecting his emotions and ego through the knowledge of enlightenment. The mindset was "I shouldn't be envious and anxious because it is all one." - Lack of acceptance. Of course if you are able to work on your emotions while doing self-enquiry, awesome. BUT! Being very depressed or anxious or whatever due to low self-esteem and childhood trauma, if you jump into self-enquiry provoking your ego with WHO AM I WHO AM I OMG WHO AM I PANIC PANIC WHO AM I that is not therapeutic, nor does it get you closer to enlightenment. That is doing some serious damage. The whole point of the topic: Beware of your emotions, they are important, and ideally should be dealt with prior to the Truth.

I love kittens! Exactly! You need to nourish the kitten first, feed it a bit, give it some good lovin, and then in a few-years, dive into the true nature of reality, when it is no longer a kitten, but a strong cat that is ready to roll.

@electroBeam Yeah exactly. But I feel like this is not strong enough message for most. There are still many that are deluding themselves. (Btw THIS IS WHY SPIRITUAL EGO IS A THING! Because a weak ego got attached to enlightenment!) (Idk I don't think it is that huge of a deal, I just had 2 hours to kill before my university lecture starts so I felt like making this post, it kinda blew up love it haha)

@electroBeam Yes, but then again. When you hallucinate and let go of trauma and suffer etc. Healing is taking place! x)

@Bob84 Yes in a way. "STICKY EGO", or a "WEAK EGO" has a lot more bullshiting potential though. A LOT! @Dodoster K got it. You disagree. There is nothing more to be said here in our conversation.

@Wormon Blatburm I've read about a few schizophrenia cases. Although when the person calmed her tits and stopped meditating 6 hours a day, and swapped for 1 hour a day instead, it vanished.

@electroBeam English is my second language. So I tend to sometimes adapt terms that I like from people I'd seen talking for some a time period if I like the sound of it. Watch his latest videos on Shadow-work. Yeaah. Hahaha Glad you said that. That is not true =D. I can tell when a person is depressed even when they " try to look calm". You can't hide it, It is energy that is leaking out of you. If you develop certain sensitivity to it, you can just look at someone and tell. I did not say that Rali knows it all. I mentioned a point he said. Which supports my claim. Why would you even write that sentence.

Also one point that I feel like is needed to be mentioned. (credit to Rali). Many people use seeking enlightenment as an escape. That is just a waste of time.

@electroBeam Sorry my dude but thats nonsense. The only instance this will work is when the "healing" happens as a part of the enquiry process, which is totally possible. I don't use the term personal development because I feel like it is misleading. Healing is much more fitting imo. Also whenever Leo talks about raising awareness - THIS IS IT! You reach "higher level of awareness" when you achieve healing. Enlightenment is NOT raising awareness. Enlightenment if anything is abandonment of "different levels of awareness". In fact it has nothing to do with it.
