  1. @Anna1 There are different levels of existence. Can we agree on that? Right now what you find yourself in is this 4dimensional human experience, consisting of a seemingly physical world. You are (prolly) slowly entering the 5th Dimension which is all about unconditional love, awareness, the witness consciousness. That is the point of view of your higher self, your spirit, your soul. Different sense of time and all that good shit = awareness. And of course reality is infinite so there are infinite numbers of dimensions, therefor you can always merge with more and more, always approaching infinity. The infinity = source of all, ungraspable, beyond experience, beyond non-experience. It just is all there is. And it is you. It is you in all dimensions. And all these dimensions exist simultaneously. You exist on all levels of your existence simultaneously, because there is no time, time is only a perceived 4th dimension. Every dimension has infinite number of possibilities within. And every time you choose a possibility, you choose a parallel reality, a parallel version of "your self". If you choose to feel blissful - that is a parallel version of yourself. Depressed = another version of yourself. Everything that exists has always existed, because everything is. If it isn't at one point, it has not existed ever and can never exist. You are never creating a new experience. You are only stepping into something that has always existed because the source of everything already includes everything that can exist. Is it somewhat clearer now?
  2. You confuse me. Isn't that quite awesome? Yaaayyy =D.
  3. @PetarKa Because it feels good. Your motivation for all you do is to feel good. Without an exception. Imagine a fully integarted transcended self, aware of its infinite nature and being engaged with the beauty of it all fully, whilst (if desired) harvesting the fulfillment of service to others.
  4. @JKG self-torture is the opposite of self love and stops you from integration
  5. @Leo Gura There was a point in your AL-LAD vid. where you looked very very humble. Sort of not your classical "Ima school yall with some knowledge". Later you came back to your teaching role. It was quite a beautiful transition. Well done Leo. You seem to be growing a lot! :-)
  6. @Jcent Don´t overthink this life shit. Best decisions are never the ones we think up. What decision feels the best? You wouldnt get a better guidance system even from NASA.
  7. @Vercingetorix those 2 ways don't exclude esxh other. They actually compliment each-other perfectly. There is nothing holding you from your goals more than ego.
  8. @The Universe No experience is non-mystical. There is no material reality. NONE. A cup on a table is divine, just as much as the aztec goddess you see when you trip on shrooms. There is no "out there" to reach. There is no experience to gain. There is only clarity vs. non-clarity. There is awakening vs. being asleep. There is seperation, and oneness. There is love and there is fear. You have a choice to which of these poles you wanna shift yourself. Or rather out of.
  9. @The Universe Omg dont be stupid its about you and not the label you put on the doctrine you follow
  10. Nothing attacked you. Let go of the belief that there is some "out there" that attacks you. You are accountable for what happens in your life. Welcome it, dont resist and yes what youre describing sounds very "normal" to me.
  11. @onacloudynight also do Leo's self-love visualisation. It will activate Your heartcenter and allow further integration. And it will make it more managable. there's an exercise at the bottom of the page. http://www.beliefnet.com/wellness/articles/pranic-breathing-the-key-to-both-relaxation-and-energy.aspx
  12. In my opinion this is no time for fear. There cannot be anything happening inside of your consciousness that you cannot integrate. Be cool, be brave, master your energy.
  13. @onacloudynight This is music to my ears. I am sorry it disrupted your social life. Dont take meds, if you go see anyone make it energy coach or transpersonal psychologist or someone who doesn't subscribe to "classical western psychology models". Truth be told you are awakening an energy that is going to raise you very high and ellevate your life. First and foremost, as you described, it will start releasing past trauma and trapped energy. Ylou can regulate it though, you should still be able to function normally. Unless it is something you dont want (chances are that you subconsciously didnt want to be with that girl, she wasnt in allignment with your new reality so be cool.) ways to work with kundalini are some yoga postures but first and foremost breath-work. Check out wim-hof's breathing technique, make it a morning habbit. Check out pranic breathwork and become aware of the specific chakras in your body that are being cleansed.
  14. @BeginnerActualizer Also to my understanding, enlightenment is simply a realization. There is also something I´d call complete emotional and energetical purification and clarity. THAT is the fancy part you see in these people, they are like fucking warm fluffs of energy, they radiate love because they cleared out their core of negative emotion and all they are left with are balls of sunlight throughout their whole body. Of course you wanna get close and get some of dat good sunshine. Who wouldn´t x). Some people tend to talk in frequencies. It is the high vibrational frequency they embody that is actually magnetic. Also can be fucking annoying to unhappy negative people. So in a way it has prolly NOTHINg to do with elnlightenment. Although it may be much easier to attain liberation when you are high frequency yourself, because you feel very free already.
  15. @BeginnerActualizer You bring your personality into infinity. It gets filtered through your peresonna, if you are a scientific rational minded person, it is perhaps more difficult to communicate something so subtle, the non-verbal feel of it. If you work with data, thats what you give out to others, if you work with emotion and energy, it is a domain you master and radiate.
  16. @Vercingetorix Indeed defense mechanisms need to be looked out for
  17. Oo yeah do this. That sounds so much more fun than the emotion crap I mentioned earlier.
  18. @Vercingetorix I find this allocation thing almost funny and anti-life haha let me explain. Practices like meditation are for sure needed to wake up from mundaine existence. At first. After some time, any type of rigid routine becomes unnecessary and counterproductive. Consciousness is fucking life, its everything, it's you. Doing consciousness work = making conscious choices that make you feel the best. So the way I do "consciousness work" nowadays is: What do I feel like doing the most? And from here sky is the limit. Reading, meditation, breathwork, masturbating, playing videogames, socializing, bathing, music, planning, visualizing, purging etc... One thing I despise about Zen is how rigid it is. Dont be rigid. Creates a boring ass life and a boring ass collective. Lets create JOY and creativity and connectedness and love beauty art abundance. Embrace the life.
  19. @PureExp sorry but youre probably plain out wrong. There are many different methods to emotinal release, and some are so effective it would blow your mind. Take a look for example what a session with 5-MEO and Martin Ball can do for you in terms of purification. Dont be a passive observer of your healing. Take lots and lots of action on it, do yoga, research different methods, go see some of those people who release trauma through massages and so on. You will be much more efficient
  20. @electroBeam Dig into the emotion behind your dilemma. You are running away from something, fear of loneliness or abandonment or something like that. Transmute this emotion and your decision will become clear.
  21. Deal with it same as with any other emotion. Allow it, process it,. Clear it through perhaps breath and body work, whatever suits you. If it is more than you can handle right now, escape it by perhaps talking to someone close. It is ok sometimes we get too ahead of ourselves and try to integrate experiences we are not truly ready for. Just know this, once it is cleared you will NEVER in your infinite timeless existence have to deal with it again.
  22. DISCLAIMER I do not claim that the concept of past lives is or is not real, I simply describe an event that occurred and my intuitive experiential process. Please don't debate on this issue in this topic. I heavily focus on emotional healing, and find it extraordinarily important, and in a way it is as if I almost refused to do anything else before I finish my healing process. In my healing I have stumbled upon an arising that I cannot explain but through a past-life regression. I have been getting these periods of grief connected to a thought "she's dead, she's gone..." When I dig deeper I get images of me, being a rather old man being absolutely broken by his grief of a lost partner. When I integrate that hypothetical piece of knowledge into my understanding of my own life and past, it somehow "clicks". It clicks that I was born the way I was born, I grew up the way I did, and I do the things I do and have certain patterns to deal with. As if this one piece of knowledge is the source of everything in my current life. It feels like finding the real "me", the part that went missing very very long time ago, as if I integrated my core into my being. Of course this part of me is broken and will require more healing, but still. It feels extraordinarily "right".
  23. @sgn You gotta take it on faith my dude. Dont be a cynical realist, be a fucking dreamer child. Trust that life can be magic. Imagine how the wonder would feel. How a "complete" human will feel. Visualize, every day. Means will present themselves to you
