@Seeker_of_truth No. Certain kind of a leechy/needy energy makes up the ego-structure, or rather the inability of dettaching from it. It also makes up the "seeker" that needs to be purified. But there is energy of higher frequency that can be played with. You dont destroy the energy you integrate it and allow it to raise its frequency to match your true self.

I am attractive is rooted in dual thinking (ur attractive as opposed to not attractive) I attract everyone I need effortlessly - good shit, more "enlightened" thinking.

@BeginnerActualizer I know this might sound like a wacky advice at this point. so if it does sound wacky, I recommend taking it in faith. Love the entity to bits, unconditionally. Also try to ground yourself into your body. Practice body-awareness and love towards your emotions. Goos luck. I am absolutely confident that you can learn from this expetience and become amazingly powerful afterwards.

You cant use logic as a sense of cause ans effect and call it absolute. Reality is infinity, that would mean infinite causes and infinite effects. You cant use logic in that sense because you'd need an infinite number of information. Existence is spontaneous. There is no logic behind anything existing. Existence is mystery. @Nickinicki343 there isnt really a reason to limit yourself what to eat through any type of identification. Being vegan is just a silly rule. You can eat vegan and not even think about it being vegan. Eat what makes you function optimally and fulfills you. Or not. Whatever resonates.

Oki let me try something else How about, every time you feel like being treated unfairly, you say thank you to them (not necessarily out loud) and love the feeling it wakes up in your body. I love you i love you i love you to yourself over and over as you process the unheard screams of the hurt child within. Every time you get the urge to teach someone how to "not be delusional" you ask yourself "Is this the most loving thing I can do for them and for nmyself?" whilst integrating the knowledge, that the highest level of spiritual wisdom is being a loving listener to all, anyone has to say, not invalidating their perspective, but being a safe space for them to open up and release their emotional energy from their system. To "I hate my job" you say "Im so sorry you are distatisfied, how can I serve you?" to "I dont like life, it sucks" you say "That is true sometimes life does suck. Is there anything I can do to uplift your misery?" Whilst the only subconscious message pouring out of you to your inner child your heart and to all others is "I love you'."
