  1. @moon777light Way bak in the day in 2016 when I was starting with my healing transformation I tried this one. It was real cool. It started opening my subconscious mind after some time in front of the mirror. I recently herd Matt Kahn mention a similar practice where youd combien his I love you practice with the mirror. You basically just stare into your eyes in the mirror, with your hand on your heart, and telling to your heart "I love you." Over and over. This is very potent especially if youre starting in this and wanna see some results! :-)
  2. To be honest I am pretty sure if wisdom didnt come with feeling VERY good... Id be like.,, wisdom? hah nah Id rather have come cocaine sir The moodswings are a wonderful sign of growth. I didnt select moodswings cuz I didnt resonate with that word, I went for sad/depressed + happy. Somehow it just feels better to describe my state that way. When you say moodswings I just imagine people suffering from bipolar disorder and such and thats not what I feel like at all.
  3. Matt Kahn, he’s the only one that made sense of what was happening to me.
  4. @Neo ur right, he aint even a planet. Damn :DD
  5. Im gonna say something with a slight trigger warning (I mean it seriously but I find it funny) to many ppl on this forum! Mercury is in retrograde! Dude im telling you lately its been insane. My nervous system buzzing like 5 days in a row, I have barely slept its intense af.
  6. @suhas I have skimmed through your post and I love it. All of it rings very true. You mention scientific view but I havent found much scientific research or evidence in the article you wrote. I understand it is difficult finding research on this subject. Have you stumbled onto any interesting research you haven't mentioned here?
  7. @Thinh Yes that sounds like depersonalization. I have gone through a year long period where i had those constantly. Thankfully grounding yoga (Youtube: Yoga with adriene wink wink shes a gem) cured me of those completely.
  8. Here’s a testimonial not for kriya but for some grounding yoga exercises. I have been going through kundalini awakening for close to 3 years now. I did not know this but with the awakening I became extremely ungrounded. Symptoms were daydreaming, lack of focus and inability to concentrate on things like lectures in my uni etc. After I started doing some yoga grounding exercises, I immediately experienced an enormous shift. Now I can concentrate so much more. I have much easier time communicating and focusing on studying. Also my kundalini sensation changed, it is much more visceral and raw at times. I hope it’s ok that I shared something outside of kriya. As far as kriya goes, my experience with it always was more havoc caused in the nervous system as the kundalini flow increased to very uncomfortable levels.
  9. I loved the she you used. What a nice play of words to address the feminine shakti,. @Oktillo Does the energy flow spontaneously through your body throughout the day, or were those singular experiences? If it is a regular thing, youre kundalini is active. If it is just some experiences here and there, it is just getting aroused and isnt that significant... it is significant meaning there is energy work being done on your body but that is all... Still great!
  10. Question about half lotus (I’m asking because I’m working on my flexibility). Does the knee of the upper foot touch the ground? Seems impossible to achieve that!
  11. @Jack_Clark Take it easy, love yourself more than ever before, relax into the process and know that the less you fight with it and the more you follow your intuition and what your body desires the quicker the transformation will be possible. It is going to change you on the deepest level only to make you into a divine diamond. I wish you relaxation on your journey.
  12. I understand. And you´re quite right on that. However the fact that you dont like being obsessed with enlightenment and being aware of self-destructive patterns doesn´t stop you from nurturing honoring respecting and loving the one who is going through all this. May you be blessed with love and peace. <3
  13. Youre welcome. Great question. You can love the one who can't love anything. and if you find yourself in a situation where loving yourself seems impossible (And by loving yourself I literally mean saying I love you to yourself in a relaxed manner) You can just breathe and accompany whatever is arising in that moment, which is the first step into self love, It is self-companionship <3 Happy Valentine's day!!
  14. @Buba Hi bub. When we feel emptiness and meaninglessness it is an important stage of emotional growth, where your emotional body goes on a vaccation, as it integrates all the immense growth it had undegone. The more we relax into it, the faster it passes and makes space for more pleasant experiences of joy and gratitude. Whether or not you’re interested in enlightenment is not too important. What you might be interested is living your life and commiting to your life no matter whether you wanna discover the Truth of who you are, or wanna win the lottery. So take this message as an invitation to embrace everything about you and to be an active participant in your life, no matter what comes your way. Love yourself through all your experiences no matter the feelings or circumstances at hand. Love your heart, your body, your emotions and your mind. Invite love into your life by making “I love you” one of the most frequent phrases in your consciousness, and in your interactions with others. My love is with you my friend.
