I've just read your thread from the beginning and I have to say that from just looking at the patter in motivation and confidence in not "giving in" to your addictions is somewhat similar to what I can imagine mine to be. I personally haven't tried this sort of challenge but am intrigued by it and will definitely give it a go at some stage. For now however, I have substituted some unhealthy foods and drinks for healthy alternatives. For example, instead of taking coffee to my lectures, I take a bottle of water with half a lemon sliced in and I shake it about before every sip so it goes cloudy and that gives me the same energy as a cup of coffee.
I wish you all the best of luck on your challenge and I will be sticking around to make sure you are feeling good at all stages, even if it means failing at some parts. Don't beat yourself up about failing by the way, because no one that succeeds hasn't tasted failures beforehand.
