  1. @Leo Gura Will there be a course focused on spirituality and your recent awakenings & how to get there and another course on reprogramming the mind and inner-game?
  2. @Leo Gura Looking forward to it! I assume you're referring to the mind course.
  3. Do you have a video on that or know any resources/books/people that may be of help with this idea of reprogramming ones deeply-rooted negative beliefs, Leo?
  4. Thanks for giving me feedback. Could you please tell me what you mean by 'inner game' and any resource suggestions to learn about it? Perhaps a video you made or a book etc.
  5. I've always had this thought bugging my mind about social anxiety; one can't just do social anxiety challenges FOREVER in order to get rid of social anxiety! The paradox is that, if you abstain from those 'challenges'...then the anxiety comes back. So what the HELL to do? Do exposure challenges until you die?
  6. @Inliytened1 When you mean 'some concentration meditation' you mean Vipassana?
  7. Don't know what to expect of the price either tbh @Leo Gura. Don't make it a lot for us uni students man :((
  8. @Inliytened1 Any good (introductory) books that will save me some years of spinning my wheels on Spirituality and cut through the B.S.? Currently experiencing information overload Too many schools of thought/philosophies and don't know where to turn to.
  9. @Leo Gura Do you think first getting involved with 'normie Spirituality' and becoming deeply familiar with all those Hindu and Buddhist schools is a necessary part of the process to achieve the kind of awakenings you have achieved? Or psychedelics straight away and skipping the previous steps is just fine?
  10. @Leo Gura How do you know all these things you're experiencing are not just hallucinations from the psychedelics, pure junk? How do you know it's something valuable, another awakening, 'Alien intelligence' etc etc.? How do you verify that?
  11. @Leo GuraDo you have any books to recommend that talk about or reflect your latest realizations? At least capturing them to a degree.
  12. @UnbornTaoFor contemplation Leo's video will suffice or you have some specific resources in mind?
  13. @Leo Gura What can lead to 'true awakening' then? Only psychedelics?
  14. @UnbornTao You're right probs I googled him later...so many spiritual teachers/traditions/philosophies/paths...I don't know where to start from, honestly! All of this is so overwhelming...what would you suggest?
  15. @BlessedLion Jed who? @Davino What do you mean by 'Tier 3'?
  16. Eric Helms & The3DMJ team are really good, along with Geoffrey Verity Schofield and The Revive Stronger Podcast (as far as hypertrophy training is concerned). Natural Hypertrophy is decent but not as scientific as the previous ones mentioned - he sort of, in a unique way, gives fitness advice via a philosophical lens instead of relying mostly on the current scientific literature.
  17. @CARDOZZO How is 'mastery' expressed differently than 'excellence'?
  18. Dark night of the soul is tough...it was terrible anxiety for me. Strength and courage!
  19. @Leo Gura Would you say Frank Yang is 'woke enough' and a good source of info for spirituality?
  20. I can still 'appreciate' how attractive a guy looks without wanting anything sexual from them. For women, I can appreciate the same how attractive they look, but from them I WANT something sexual. Does that mean I'm gay? Jesus christ @Leo Gura you'll start making me doubt my sexuality man.
  21. Hahaha I'm glad you find it funny. Hopefully I'll reach the depth of enlightenment one day so that I will finally "get the joke" too. Researched Buddhism (Zen) a bit, I'm relatively new to this stuff compared to you guys I guess.
  22. I wonder what Leo's opinion is on this. @Leo Gura Being able to, in actuality, stop people and freeze time (I suppose you didn't use it metaphorically or as a symbol for something) seems pretty far-fetched...
  23. "Just focus on and hammer on core skills to cut the learning curve". What exactly do you mean by that?
