I traveled a few places outside my country and learned a lot from it. It's generally an eye-opener to see how different countries operate differently in terms of traffic rules, crowds, housing arrangements, mannerisms, ethics, technology, cultural biases, social dynamics and work culture. It's fascinating. It's amusing how people are shaped by their cultures.

Cool. I would suggest you try to get a hang of it and maybe over time you will overcome this challenge. Best.

January 26,Sunday, 2025 Still feeling anxious. Probably because I had lot of coffee today. It's Sunday. Lazy day. I should now start making a whole list of goals for 2025. Patience through fear is the mantra for this year. Just keep going slow and steady. Everything will be alright. Pure focus. January was one heck of a month and I sorted out the mess somehow. It caused me wastage of time and resources. One whole week was spent in passport anxiety but that's sorted now. I had made a pledge at the beginning of the month that I will strictly focus on my goals. It's time to do that. I'm learning at a slow pace now. Bad luck. I'm lagging behind in my work this month. Next thing to do is compile a long list of goals for this year and achieve them in baby steps slowly throughout the year. Distractions. A lot of it. Cut them. How to control anger? Look into this. Study triggers. It's finally time to deal with my trauma. I need to conquer my autism.

Embrace fear. It's okay to be afraid. Focus on what you already have. Save money and avoid unnecessary expenses. Watch news that's related to you personally. It's 4 years. It will pass. Have tremendous patience through fear. Surrender and let go. This video might be a boon. -
I don't know where you get that from. White men are generally not angry or aggressive on average. White men show muted and dismissive forms of anger rather than active, raging and unbearable forms. Also white men whine a lot in a kinda cute way. But that's better than someone screaming in your face. Also white men are compliant.

Anyone who thinks fascism is a solution is top tier weird. And there's nothing stage green about siding with Dems. It's just basic humanity. The reason Trump won - populist virtues gone haywire. Also Trump stood against female candidates. Female candidates are generally perceived as "weak" in America and most patriarchal societies. And we never had a charismatic candidate like Obama as an opponent. Also some people are sick of the DEI hires on the Dems. -
The whole Bryan Johnson is giving me major anxiety lol.

Seems innovative. Is it certified to be really helpful or just another scam for money and fame? Feel a bit anxious about things that interfere with human health. Don't know if it's worth the risk? Don't want another rabbit hole. Too many rabbit holes these days.

January 26,Sunday, 2025 Woke up late. But it's okay. I slept late too. Be calm. Be present. Be active.

Yea this always hurt me. How emotional suppression of women is never considered, even glorified. A whole part of their emotional system is repressed.

January 25/26, 2025 I'm sleeping now. Logging off. Sweet dreams to myself. The day was 50/50. Bittersweet. My husband spent a good time at the restaurant. Hopefully I sleep in absolute peace and wake up early. Sleep baby. Sleeping late today.

America has a strong democratic base. It will offset the fascist currents. A plateau might be reached in the future. The fascist trend has to run it's course until people begin to wake up to it's toxicity. The ultra left will paralyze the fascist gravy train. -
The fear exists because subconsciously you're resisting something or catastrophizing. This is creating anticipatory anxiety. You get over fear by surrendering to courage. Courage comes from taking baby steps towards anything you feel scared of. What's the worst that can happen? It usually passes and you become immune to it. Seems like you lack experience.

There is free will. It's just that certain factors are predetermined. -
You need to figure out what you really want and start from there. It could be that you're going through a period of confusion.

Thank you. -
If you lack self confidence, women can sense it. So you have to kinda believe yourself and built it up. Black pill won't help you with that. Much of black pill is fear based and it's always easy to operate on fear. So try this experiment - try to not fear in your mind what you are already fearing and see how your environment reacts to that.
