I can't believe I finished zumba five hours ago.

What traits in men do you find very admirable and why? I like the masculine trait of leadership. I can't think of anything else for the moment.

I don't know much about his products. Are they like regular supplements? What's so special about this brand Blueprint? Has anyone on the forum tried their products and how was their experience?

Made a good point.

I'll try it out for some days.

January 27, 2025, Sunday I woke up early. I felt a bit disturbed in my sleep. No nightmares. But sleep quality wasn't great.

People saying that they barely got any benefit from his products. Have you personally ordered his products and if yes, have they benefitted you?

Not at all. Get a gym membership and start right away. Regarding news, it can be tough, especially because Trump was just inaugurated, so it's a hot button thing right now and it will be plastered everywhere, hard to avoid. Some engagement in politics is healthy, you want to know if prices would be going up for groceries etc. Or any rules or amendments that you might need to know for your own safety. But beyond that politics is just a battle of intellectuals regurgitating the same nonsense and not getting much done other than frivolous debating. By unnecessary expenses I meant purchasing unnecessary courses or risky investments or luxury cars. -

I don't understand the science behind this. Isn't shallow breathing supposed to increase blood pressure?

Yes it's a nazi salute. I mean he did it twice. And he knows it. He also posted this joke later and it's Holocaust Remembrance Day / Auschwitz liberation day on January 27. He ought to know it. -
Every minute, every moment is an opportunity to experience enlightenment. Blissful awareness. Unfuck-edness. So how did you feel enlightenment today? By giving up some of your stress..... So how did you feel enlightenment today? By not caring at all..... So how did you feel enlightenment today? By surrendering into the stillness of a moment So how did you feel enlightenment today? By being less worried about survival So how did you feel enlightenment today? By being one with the universe So how did you feel enlightenment today? By having more silence in your day Enlightenment is the solitude in solitude, the nothingness of nothing, the absolute splendour, silence and joy of every minute in infinity. That tapestry is enlightenment.

I think how you express rage matters. Collective rage or outrage is generally taken more seriously because it's against a systemic problem. But if you showed rage against a stranger in a bar or a club, that would come off as lacking in social calibration. Also there's drug fueled or alcohol fueled rage. Anger can be of many kinds. If someone is screaming in your face, it doesn't make sense. If someone makes a logical argument but in a heated tone, it's still acceptable. Some men don't like women who get angry since they perceive it as a form of dominance or bossiness. It takes empathy to understand genuine anger regardless of gender. No gpt used.

Today was okay. I felt a bit dizzy after dinner. I don't know why. Not a major concern. I spent some quality time with my husband. I have stuff to do tomorrow. I didn't have a very fabulous conversation with my sister. I felt lazy and exhausted today.

I ordered a new charger today as my phone wasn't working.

You can build immunity with Vit C. Make sure to rest enough. I never thought temperature changed anything. In my case, higher temperature made me feel worse. You can drink fluids to maintain hydration.

January 26, 2025, Sunday. My mom is a compulsive talker. I hate telling her to leave me alone. I can't stand it when she cannot stop talking. It affects my anxiety and autism badly. It doesn't help at all. At the same time telling her to leave makes her angry and then I have to take her wrath. It's tough that way. Wish I could find peace within a mess. I think the next couple of days are still going to be hard on me. It's almost everyday. Distractions are not going to help. Deep frustration drives me nuts. At the same time the only solution is to handle my own emotions, one moment at a time. There's no point in fretting. Sometimes I get violent. I feel like throwing things at the wall. It's too much to deal with. Why don't you just stay within your own four walls? I always keep hoping better days will come. Will they? I tried sorting out the mess yesterday. I talk to no one. I don't want to. I want time to myself, to heal. To get better. To have the courage to build again. I have to understand that I have to bypass a lot of things for my own sanity. Keep going. Keep praying. I hope there's some hope.
