Jordan Peterson has recently become my role model for how a person should conduct themselves in both public and personal life. His eloquence just blows me away.

But somewhere I have lost myself. I have lost who I really am. At some point I suffered some kind of a brain rot. Whats permanent in life? I really don't know. What's worth having. What's worth sacrificing for? What's worth my own time and attention?

I can't suffocate my emotions. I can never be a fake person. I always have to be myself. And I'm myself.

Sometimes neediness can stem from deeper issues like childhood trauma. Inner child work is needed to resolve that.

I want to keep exploring myself.

What are the dangers of falling into the traps of postmodernism? Also does it have a spiritual context? What can be the dangers of out-paradigming all paradigms?

Sometimes I just get emotional for nothing.

At 1:11:04 in the recent video, Leo talks about different ways of interfacing with the world that are not necessarily logical. I'm curious to know what these ways look like. Wouldn't it be a complete mindfuck if you stopped using logic? I'm getting psychedelic-trippy feels.

If you're battling a crisis you can be your own. Still. Nothing changes. There's nothing to worry. Everything is perfect as it is. I know my emotions are a roller coaster. My husband helps me with it though.

The God is greener on the other side.

I feel transient sometimes. In the natural world, you don't have to worry about anything. Everything is special. Everything is beautiful. Everything is perfect.

There's something called positive reinforcement. It might tame people to slowly come to self reflection.

I'm an introvert. I have to firmly establish that.

Why is it so hard for me to be completely open? Why do I struggle so much with that?

Maybe Leo can make a video on that too.

Most of modern spirituality is just spiritual bypassing anyway.

Yea you could do that as shadow work. Sometimes there are deeper reasons. But it's always best to put one foot forward and focus ahead.

At least you can minimize the impact by dropping your addiction now. Don't be stuck in the past, you have a great goal, focus on that.

It's along the lines of Familiarity breeds contempt. Too much free speech will breed contempt between different classes of society.
