  1. I know it exists but I barely read it. I think I must have read just 1. It's exhausting reading the forum already. I'll visit it sometimes. Also I have to leave the forum to read it. The forum is too yummy hehe. I'm more curious about the course. Haha I'm like a kid. I like interactive reading. If you know what I mean.
  2. I don't have chat gpt apps. So I'll just use the voice training apps instead. I don't know if the voice mode for chatgpt is in the free or paid version.
  3. You could also do it this way. My sister is doing this technique currently. She assigns a whole month for a goal because she has kids and she has to manage a business. So this month was her "calm" month. She spent the entire month staying calm. I'm planning to do the same with an accountability partner (Hehe that's my husband), I want to devote one week to one specific goal. Like for example I'll spend this entire week on self awareness exercise. Next entire week I'll dedicate to physical exercise and so on. That way I know that I'm distributing my time span over a variety of goals. You have to keep rotating and try different techniques and see which one is giving you better results. I'm still searching by the way.
  4. I like this layout. Layouts are great for focus and attention.
  5. I often struggle a lot with this as well. You have spoken about ADHD. I struggle with Autism. Both have overlapping patterns. Management and organizing is tough in such situations. So I have decided to keep a firm time table. It's still tough. I like the Eisenhower technique. You can Google it. It's about making a list of what you want to do and then assigning it to time blocks or chunks of time and only focusing on your current time block. There is also pomodoro. If I have more techniques in mind I'll share them with you in the future. It's a matter of time management, that's what it boils down to. I have yet to read a plenty of books to see a technique that matches my mind operation fluently. I'll get there. Been struggling for many years with it so i kinda understand how you @Something Funny feel. .
  6. I wanted to try it so bad, but the first experience left me shattered. The beats caused my body to shake violently, no joke, it freaked the fuck out of me. I haven't dared to do it again after that. No idea why it happened.
  7. Yea women also need that emotional stimulation. And they deeply desire that romantic sexual feeling, it has to have a vibe that pleases her feminine instinct, she doesn't want it too mechanical, a lot of women want foreplay for the same reason. We don't hook on to sex like drug addicts. We have to feel the aesthetic and the romantic atmosphere, for us pleasure is a full package, also the same reason why women prefer (and I especially do) erotica so much over porn.
  8. Men judge rather harshly when a low conscious behavior comes from a woman but fail to apply the same standards to other men. It's ingrained in them.
  9. Don't insult Sadhguru without any evidence. It's not fair.
  10. @Something Funny binaural beats actually harmed me but you can still try those.
  11. I don't know the dosage. He lives elsewhere now and I lost contact with him. But I remember him telling me a cup a day. You need to eat chicken, fish and eggs too. And sometimes some cheese. All of that would be enough to gain some weight. And walk everyday to increase your body circulation. Walk for 30 minutes morning and evening. Take care.
  12. This is my dinner right now. Rice, spinach, a big piece of salmon and cottage cheese. I always eat healthy and my weight stays balanced. Just invest in eating organic meat and fish.
  13. Guys I don't want to take the risk of giving bad advice. Do what you want. I don't believe in protein powders and all that stuff. All that is heavy on the kidneys. But more power to you if you believe you're doing the right thing. Healthy balanced diet rich in fat, protein and minerals can also strengthen muscles and increase the weight. And don't forget your vitamin.
  14. Oh lol. Scooby Dooby Doo.
  15. @Emerald What's a Scooby - Doo lay?
