My entire family is going to vote for Kamala Harris. They're all voting for the first time. What prompted my family to vote for Kamala Harris is that a tragic situation happened in my sister's school. A girl who was 15 got pregnant and now since the abortion ban, her family is struggling to get her an abortion. They are a minority black family and they don't have enough funding to travel to another state to get the abortion. So the family is in trouble because of stupid Trump policies. Some women have died because of not being able to get a proper abortion, they were given abortion pills leading to dangerous medical consequences, one woman died as a result of extensive bleeding. So it's hard to find an abortion clinic because of the obnoxiousness of Trump. That's why my family decided to vote for Kamala Harris. Anyone voting for Harris, thank you, thank you, thank you. If you or your family is voting for Kamala Harris, then let me know your reasons in the comments below. Americans please step out and vote this season as it's a crucial election that will determine the fate of democracy. Once again a hearty thank you for anyone voting for Kamala Harris. This is your chance to vote for the reproductive rights of women. Thank you. Americans please vote. This is your time.

@Hojo like what? Tell me in detail. I did not understand. What did the government do to men?

Women have their unique reason why we don't sleep with every guy. Our sexuality is not wired like men. We reserve sex because sex is not our first priority unless we are too horny. Our first priority is being heard and felt and respected and understood. Obviously when we cross this terrain with a man, that's when our biology wants to have the man sexually too. Also as per patriarchal social conditioning, women are easily labeled sluts if we easily give up to some random guy. Usually that never happens because women are guarded about sex, yet when we have those slippery moments, we get slut shamed a lot.

Thank you. -
You can always polish your flirting skills. Even I can't flirt with a guy smoothly. It's a social skill that comes with consistency.

I'm stealing this from you for my journal. (of course with your permission )

A biological construction is not a human mind construct though because it's tangible and we can touch it like a chair.

Maybe she wants to test you. Like she wants to see your next move. Girls test guys subconsciously to see the level of interest or how funky you are. Girls don't like if you take things too seriously. They want you to play around and act humorous and give a jokey reply. They are basically giving hints that you should initiate flirting. And if you don't respond to their hinting, they get bored quickly. They see it as "not so interesting." So just flirt a bit. She doesn't need to be seated next to you for you to flirt. Women are a lot about emotions. We like banter. We don't like quick sexual or physical escalation. The biggest thought going through a woman's mind while going to a first date is "I don't wanna date a fuck boy" this is actually our biggest fear. Our bodies get tensed up if we detect the fuckboy vibe and no woman wants to fall for that trap. So we test for signs on the first date and right away we try to smell the fuckboy vibe. Quick sexual escalation (if she is not into casual sex) on the first date might backfire badly and she might not appreciate it. So if it's a first date, keep it light and flirt a bit. And give her space and don't make too many assumptions. Also @Hojo is right. We tend to detect moods and vibes from a man. It's like our sixth sense. If we think you're upset, we will catch that and reflect it back to you. A woman more than anything likes a happy man. Any negative vibe from a man drives us away. So focus on the vibe you create on your dates, it will play a big role in how you are perceived.

What about your physical body and the water you drink and the oxygen you breathe? Is that a construct too?

This X thing reminds me of gab if anyone remembers it. I used to be on it until a terrorist attack happened and I left that terrible radicallized place. I remember being right wing radicalized in those days and I still get emails from them. It's such insane rubbish, it gave me a lifetime of guilt and it shows how easy right wing radicalization is. The FBI got involved and it was temporarily suspended. -

What should be an appropriate reaction/action to October 7? Is there a perfect answer to it? -

Well it's just a guess. My guess is that it could turn into a cult of right wing radical echo chamber leading to something big like the January 6 incident. And Musk wouldn't even take responsibility for it as usual. -

And what are you basing this off of? -
Buck Edwards replied to Leo Gura's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
The whole situation ultimately boils down to only one question, "what's the ultimate solution for terrorism?" -

What if it devolves into "ala China/Russia" the way Trump administration devolved into January 6 attack on democracy. You want people to wait till then? -

Doesn't that make it propagandist and biased already? -

Maybe show him a video of all the bad stuff Trump has done. I saw a video a year ago which showed all of his con-artistry in great detail. You can look it up. I don't know if it's deleted. -
I often see motivational quotes on social media and inspiring stories of people.. So I don't think social media is that bad. And advanced forms of social media also have filters and sorting options to tailor your feed only to the content you want in your feed so that's a great way of gathering related information. So that's a great benefit. For example if I want information on the human spine structure, the whole social media feed will be filled with images and videos of spine structures. You don't need to delete social media, you simply have to stop random browsing and tailor your browsing and feed to suit your needs as per the information you want.
