Everything is cope and bullshit apart from this: Seriously... Don't even bother with anything else. All cope and all bullshit, all useless. No surprise, you need to manipulate the brain to get a genuine result. I wonder if people will ever develop a drug that shuts off all brain function except memory. And maybe one sense like you just see pure white. That'd be perfect. -

Insanely embarassing to fall for random "who?"s on the internet claiming to be enlightened coaches. This is how so many charlatans become rich, you are their prey. How many self help courses have you paid for so far? -

Your site: "Pure-hearted, good willing, and with a great sense of humor, Artem embodies unconditional love without malice and possesses an extraordinarily rare clarity of mind." But posts pages and pages perceiving "disrespect" from people when I can read clearly in their posts it was not there. Or claiming condescension while LITERALLY patronizing people in almost every post. Attacking people not accepting you as the messiah and then gaslighting they're simply imagining you were doing so, and repeating the equivalent of "say it to my face not online and see what happens motherfucker"... Literally thought it was a satire account lmao. Now when people search is Artem Boytsov enlightened, or who is Artem Boytsov, is true-freedom a scam / cult, this will be one of the results... -

You are selling coaching. Or, in absence of pay, using such sessions to build your brand. Paying for photographers to take oversaturated headshots you can use to represent yourself as a coach. There seems to be an endless pit of literal "who?" OnlyFans "models" and "coaches" of all types. And an endless pit of the weak and desperate ready to believe in anything and anyone because they are suicidal tier rock bottom. But I see great potential in you: -
Ibogaine, it's not close even.

He literally sells coaching. Lmao. I'm SICK of it in general honestly, the entire scam grift "career path"... It's like the mid bimbos who try to sell their OnlyFans. Like, Jesus, get a job, nobody wants to buy your shit. The people who do are the same people who believe there are "100 hot young singles in their area looking to fuck you!" It's psychopath behavior, aiming for the weakest most desperate and vulnerable members of society and stealing their money. -

You aren't the person so it doesn't really make a difference. The death of the person is just another image which passes by like the sights you see come and go each day. Doesn't make a difference. I don't know for sure that's the case but it's logical. -

Consider that the sheet is singular, one sheet. Which never does undergo change itself, only the shapes. All of us and our lives and our spiritual journeys and whatever else, nothing actually impacts the sheet which is always completely singular, whole. It has no choice but to be! It can only seem to be other by the existence of the shapes which arise within it. Some people state there is nowhere to go, no path, etc. because even the most delusional egos never impact the sheer fact of the unstoppable singularity and purity of the paper. A world renowned monk and a Nazi war criminal are identical in the grand scheme, because there never is really anything other than oneness. All the separations and differences are only the shapes that oneness takes. The fact of its oneness and its unchanging nature (the essential nature of it is unchanging, not that the shapes can't change) NEVER being altered. And it never could be altered. No amount of delusion or enlightenment or spiritual journeys or immoral evils can ever change the pure unchanging oneness in which all these things appear. I don't really think people can go on journeys which change what is. I think though, that by shutting down the separate self enough (brain/mind), the fact of our true nature becomes unveiled. I imagine a pure white room but it has really loud music playing from a bunch of stereos, TVs everywhere blasting vivid images at you. This sensory overload could make it so you don't notice the blank white stillness of the room... Then you smoke toad and suddenly -powercut- ... And without all the distractions of mind function, you see the pure white still unchanging room...... For some people, when the TVs and radios come back on, they can still see through it all and notice that blank white room. -

@Adrian colby IMO it's just magical thinking. There is of course one primary truth of total oneness, Brahman, whatever term. Always whole, never changing, only the forms it appears as change. A human claiming they the person have the power to override brain chemistry is I think probably BS. If you open ANYONE'S skull, even Buddha, Jesus, Leo, whoever you choose, and directly stimulate the part of the brain responsible for any given reaction, such as fear, then you will cause that reaction. I'm very skeptical otherwise. It becomes kind of dualistic in approach, that mind and matter are two SUBSTANTIALLY different things which means your mind can ignore whatever material thing is happening. It could be true but I don't believe in it. And Sadghuru cannot levitate either. -

If every memory of your existence past age 10 was wiped, you would be back precisely as you were at age 10 (exactly the same)... And you would feel "anger, fear, hatred, jealousy, envy, despair and alike" just as you did at age 10. If you're immune just go eat a bunch of Datura seed pods and you will quickly see what happens... -

Bufo Alvarius venom, the stuff they have you smoke at ceremonies. The main ingredient contained in that is 5-MeO-DMT. You will notice that while being touted as the most powerful psychedelic drug in existence, and inducing life altering mystical awakenings in people, it is also the LEAST visionary and least thought producing compound. In fact it does the opposite, it forcibly shuts off your mind. And that is why it is so excellent at revealing truth. Truth is in absence of the mind. The absence of the mind is the means by which it is known to be unmistakeably true. There is a Vedic text, something Gita (NOT the Bhagavad-Gita), where it says: "I am an infinite ocean of consciousness, in me all these beings, including this body of mine, they come up like little waves, they play with each other, they fight with each other and they merge back into me again." When you don't identify as the person anymore and understand that instead all people, such as yourself when you fall asleep or die, are merging into yourself, it becomes more obvious why deactivating the mind reveals truth while more mind activity obscures it... The less of your mind is active, the closer you are to the underlying purity, and as a result it becomes clear. Too far and the person won't benefit from the knowledge because a mind can't know something it wasn't present for. That's called a whiteout, but is also true if you get knocked out for surgery or go into a coma or die. The human doesn't know what it wasn't present for. So at least some of the separate human must remain to gain insight. -

@Artem You were likely not "enlightened" at age 10. At least, ignoring the fact that the ground of reality is always "enlightened" (whether it wants to be or not) because I don't believe that is what's being discussed. Some time after age 10, you made "spiritual progress", and now you can avoid identification with your body mind, which is a trick a lot of sages can pull off. E.g. they can go get surgery and endure pain because they recognize the stillness and bliss that is always present. Something along those lines. Now, if the Men in Black came along and wiped your memory of every event after age 10 with that flashing device thing, all of your spiritual development would vanish with it... That is why drugs like Datura or Salvia could fuck you up, because that is what they do. Salvia less likely, but Datura is practically guaranteed to wipe out your years of work by simply erasing it from memory like you have literally gone into a time machine to when you were a kid... You won't be spiritually developed anymore, it will be like existing as a new ego just born for the first time. A more interesting experiment would be when we can map the exact brain elements to activate to induce a panic attack. And induce a panic attack in a lifelong monk... Because when they have surgery without anaesthetic, or are dying of cancers yet still happy, they acknowledge verbally that they feel the pain but don't associate with it... So I'd be curious to see if the same would be true with artificially produced panic... With their body forced into a severe panic attack, screaming, writhing, etc, would they on a deeper level be residing in bliss as they do with pain and self immolation etc? I'd love to see the results of that. -

Most books and teachings on these subjects are junk. Real teachers of these traditions generally have a lineage, they grow up with a sage who himself grew up with a sage and so on, and eventually you get to Adi Shankara or whoever. Still, though those teachers can be very good at helping a person integrate especially, the issue is that the teachings are quite prescriptive. Statements cannot ever themselves be the thing itself... 1000 years of reading about what it's like to ride a rollercoaster, cannot ever be equal to riding it. When you're actually on the ride, it's as real as real gets, and it has authority over any reading/knowledge you had studied about what it would be like... In the midst of a "mystical experience", the experience supercedes any and all teachings. Reality is THE authority, it is THE truth. Of course, some people get mixed up with drug delusions and reality. Delusions come to a person in the form of thought or sensory perception, which is very common on psychedelic drugs. It is always delusion or a cheap imitation attempting to capture reality. Reality is prior to any thought and any sensory experience. It's the IS-ness of those delusional thoughts and sense perceptions. Truth is largely revealed when thoughts and sensations go away as much as possible, that's why toad is so effective. -

Is this a troll account? Lol... Artem smokes Salvia extract, Artem forgets everything and screams deliriously for about 15 minutes and jumps out the window. The only reason I don't is because of the way the drug interacts with my brain, which is random luck. It just makes me laugh uncontrollably, and I don't forget I'm on drugs. This is never due to secret powers, it's brain chemistry. If my brain was altered in other ways, panic could be reliably reproduced at will. Most people find Salvia extract very frightening and it is more likely than not it would fuck you badly. Magic isn't real, special powers aren't real. Fuck the brain and you fuck the human in any qay you desire. Secret powers is fantasy pseudoscience and entirely unrelated to mysticism or metaphysics. -
OldManCorcoran replied to Slipper's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
These aren't psychedelics for one, they're dissociatives and deliriants... If you can be knocked out with chloroform, or altered by downing a bottle of vodka, you can be turned delirious by Datura and freak out. Your human self is not special and doesn't have secret powers, it is as fragile and malleable as any other human brain or animal and so on. -
OldManCorcoran replied to Slipper's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Artem Good chance Salvia scares the shit out of you because it tends to erase your memory entirely, so you won't actually remember the spiritual truths you know while sober. For me Salvia is less amnesia-inducing so the same issue doesn't happen to me. That's just chemistry though. Datura is more reliably amnesia inducing. If you don't remember the spiritual truths which keep your human self from freaking out, then you can freak out easily. -

No serious mystic sees any overlap contradiction between materialism and science, and spiritual facts. There's an inevitability to the fact of oneness. If you make an origami swan, there is still no substance other than paper there. If folding the paper a certain way created qualia (so if certain arrangements of atoms create subjective experience), the qualia would also be paper. You simply cannot manipulate something and generate something substantially other than the thing you are twisting around. See how many ways you can fold a piece of paper, screw it up, do whatever you want with it. See how no matter what you do, never will a sheet of ice be conjured beside the paper from your manipulations. That is why materialism and science have no bearing at all. If the brain generates conscious experience it is irrelevant. The brain and conscious experiences (i.e. seeing, hearing, tasting) are substantially just paper. It's all one. It's inescapable. Inevitable. If you understand that then you will never again be bothered by these musings. -
OldManCorcoran replied to deamordeamar's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
ALL things are substantially the same. The way real is defined in different mystic traditions can vary. As an example, some traditions define real only as something which is forever unchanging. Other traditions consider everything real. Others consider things simultaneously real and unreal. There are various tales to illustrate these different outlooks. Depending on how you think about real, the answer to your question will differ. For example, if you are to take anything which comes and goes as unreal, then even your own self is unreal since there is no element of you which doesn't change. Your body changes, emotions change, thoughts change. There is only the single real element of "Brahman" so to speak, the unchanging element. Which you would think of as "consciousness" probably. My life and your life are substantially nothing other than Brahman, even though we may live separate lives and be having different experiences from each other right now. The idea is to release identification from the self, so recognize your reality is beyond the mind and body of the human you think you are. The person is an appearance WITHIN you. Both you and me are appearances within what we both refer to as "I". -
OldManCorcoran replied to PlayOnWords's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No, that is a fundamental misunderstanding of what an "observer" in this experiment is. In actuality, material science has absolutely zero contradiction with correctly understood mysticism. That is why many serious monks etc can rather enjoy chatting to neuroscientists if they enjoy scientific topics. There is no contradiction whatsoever anywhere between material reality and spiritual reality. It is as simple as this: If you have a sheet of fabric, no matter what shape you fold it into, you never create something of substance other than the fabric. No matter how many times you twist and fold a sheet of fabric, you will never magically conjure beside it a sheet of ice or gel or w.e. other substance. It will ALWAYS be substantially fabric and NO other substance will ever be there. ALL elements of reality are precisely like that. Everything in existence, both things with experienced qualities, and matter without subjective qualities, are SUBSTANTIALLY equal. There is only one "sheet" in different "shapes" and it is the only thing there is... If there is ever anything that is aware, what could it possibly be that is aware other than reality itself? People are too focused on the micro level, so they say THIS specific tiny portion is aware. But they are missing the substance of that tiny portion. Like folding an origami swan and the wing has awareness somehow, and it might think sure I the wing am aware but no other part of the swan is. Because the wing is completely overlooking the unassailable fact that it is paper, and that the paper is absolutely singular, one. -

If it sounds like BS, it might be BS. The fact is, that a lot of "teachers" are encountering something which actually CAN'T be communicated. And many are just frauds. Even your own insights become lost with time because memory of these types of experiential facts are fleeting. You might remember vividly (albeit still not precisely) the sensation of the first drop of a certain rollercoaster when you first get off. But 5 years later, it's just a vague sort of idea. And the only way to know it again is to ride it again... When it is happening is the only time it is actually KNOWN, when the drop is happening you KNOW the drop. If Leo stopped using drugs every day, go to him in 5 years and see that his own vivid clarity of what he knew has faded into repeating insights that were once known but are now just thought memories. -

Ben Shapiro is partisan because he's religious. It's nothing to do with money... He and basically everyone else at the DailyWire is religious and their opinions are informed by their holy scripture. I think perhaps Brett Cooper isn't religious? If she isn't she's the only one on their platform who isn't. -

Most people enjoy delusions and become enraged by facts. They are so angered by facts that on occasion, expressing them becomes illegal. -

@Leo Gura They're allowed to be intolerant. The less people are COMPELLED into certain actions or speech the better. The more personal freedom we can possibly allow the better. Loss of business and public backlash is the balance for businesses practicing discrimination... Christians genuinely believe that these acts are a sin against God, it's what they believe. We still have existent the freedom to practice religion. As you know many delusions exist in religion. You yourself ought to have freedom to banish every white person from this board or turn it into a black panther party website. This is your private property. The government should not step in and say you MUST offer your videos to whites else you face jail or whatever. The way things are is about right. Btw I'm a landlord and I get to pick my own tenants. If I refused every black person because they're black nobody would even know that's why unless I explicitly said so. Conversely, the council does not get to pick when renting out council houses.
