  1. I to feel like this sometimes especially at PMT time but I just did a different type of meditation. Imagine that your sitting on the river bank of your thoughts and your just watching them flow down the river. No emphasis or meaning is placed on any thought. Still set a timer. It's easier than fighting with your chattering monkeys. Hope this helps.
