  1. Mudigere, India. (A place where meditation was started)
  2. @failforward You should chill and meditate. or maybe lock yourself up in a room for hours. ideas will pop in your head, it works. Trust me.
  3. Meditate - Many people tell me that I'm wasting my time but in fact I'm saving a lot more time than those who don't.
  4. @Truth - Right now I'm a little pissed to learn what it has taught me. Can you tell me the lessons I should learn from this loss?
  5. @Natasha Hahaha Muah, exactly what I needed. Thank you.
  6. @Falk How is standing more difficult? Can you please explain me what are all the kinds of pain you encounter while doing strong determination standing?
  7. @Arik Amazing so the think is to start slow and picture the big picture. I currently am doing 25 minutes (1/2 times a day) from 7 months. I'll up it to 30 minutes from today till 2-3 months. Thanks man I'll do as you directed.
  8. @Arik @Arik Arik - I also want to ace this strong determination sitting technique like you but I can't even do 1 hour (Lack of motivation & laziness is the reason) can you please give me some tips or advice on how I can do it daily for at least 1 hour everyday? I want to make this a habit. It'd be very helpful. P.S - your comments were inspiring thanks a lot buddy.
  9. I'm doing this technique since 7 months for 25 minutes without missing a single day but my mind is telling me all the time that I'm doing it wrong and I am constantly, "DOING SOMETHING". Guys, this is so frustrating that I feel like I should quit. How I actually do it - - Set the timer. - Take 5 deep breathes. - Tell myself, "Lose yourself and do nothing" - Just sit. - Thoughts and everything pop up. ( But I feel like I'm intentionally doing something but when I try to stop doing what I feel like I'm intentionally doing, I just can't stop it easily. I don't know what's happening I feel like I'm doing it wrong. Any type of tip will help. Thank you!
