  9. I saw Leo's video on lifestyle minimalism in which he says to slow down the pace of life and live a life where you do less stuff and do everything at half the speed. I tried a lot but I just can't do it. How do ace at this?

  12. I lost all my money I invested in the share market because of the stupid advices an advisory company gave me over the course of 3 months. Now wat do I do? I'm not sad but I'm confused on what I should do now? I lost 30,000 dollars.
  13. I got inspired by Leo's minimalism video and booked a 10 day Vipasana course. guess what? its the second day and I'm typing this. basically, I quit. I felt like it was too much for me. Now what do I do how do I become minimalist in such a way that my mind doesn't violently over react I quit everything? How do I make it happen slowly and gradually?

  20. Guys, I got cheated, someone I believed looted my 15000$. He told me he'll give me good share market tips but that guy is a fraud. It's just like how Leonardo cheated his clients in the wolf of Wall Street. I actually can't file a complaint because I signed in the agreement that I'm responsible for any kind of loss. Now what do I do? I feel a little shitty inside.
  21. I want to master this technique! I started doing this 7 months ago. 1st & 2nd month - 20 minutes 3rd, 4th & 5th month - 25 minutes 6th & 7th month - 30 minutes I feel I am too slow I wanted to reach the level of 1hr/day. Please give me some tips? P.S - I generally meditate more than once per day.

  23. I am always in a hurry, no matter what I do and that's like one of the main things that cause me problems and for the matter of fact right now I'm typing in a hurry for no reason. I can literally dissolve 60% of my problem if I make it a habit to slow down. P.S -I've tried many times to slow down but somehow after a few minutes I'm back to my "Lambhoghini mode" of living life. (I'm meditating for half an hour daily for 7 months straight)
