  1. Meditation is making me insane. Any idea how I can not become mad? & what's wrong why is it making me mad?
  2. Guys 1stage - 10 minutes 2 - 10 mins 3 - 10 mins. 4 - 15 mins 5 - 15 mins. It is very hard to do for so long. so can I do 1stage to 5stage - 5 minutes each. Or do I have to reduce according to the proportion? Suppose I reduce first stage by 50% do I have to reduce 4th stage too by 50% percent I.e - 7.5 minutes? Or there is no problem and I can turn it to 5 minutes too?
  3. @Toby I'm not getting the music of 30 minutes online? So can I just do it without the music? Or should I crop the 30 minutes out? But if I crop I will lose the originality?

  6. I have been doing dynamic meditation for 5 days and it is utterly tiring and I'm not able to do it. so I wanted to get some information about kundalini meditation. Can I do? Who is it for? What's the purpose of kundalini? all this while I've been doing the "do nothing technique" and I'm screwed. So I wanted to get some information about kundalini? Are there any side effects?
  7. I do this meditation alone, so I was wondering if I can do this with eyes open because I do it in a room and if my eyes are closed I everytime go and get my legs bruised because of the bed.
  8. Normal meditation is making me insane because it is making me aware of the craziness that is in me but OSHO says if you meditate after getting tired through jogging or catharsis etc then you will silent and not be aware of the insanity in you and hence not get mad. Is it right?

  10. (Leo if you could help on this It'd be really good) My dad is in serious condition ( only 10% of his liver is functioning properly) I'm really feeling super depressed. What do I do? He was told that if he eats according to the diet given his damage will not exceed but he doesn't know about his condition and according to how much I know him he will not follow the diet. What do I do? I'm feeling sad and crying. My age is 22 and I'm really very depressed and crying. How do I become emotionally strong?

  14. Mindfulness will help but I'm finding very difficult to be mindful and I'm also not even able to eat properly.

  18. Okay guys so when I'm doing nothing(meditation) and I become aware that I'm thinking and if I can easily let go/stop thinking about that thought, should I stop thinking or do I continuing thinking even if I can easily stop thinking?

  20. Okay got it. But sometimes when I'm aware & not thinking my mind tells me that the awareness is fake and you're intentionally trying to aware(which is not doing nothing). What should I do at that time? It's very confusing.
  21. We all know that habits are the building blocks of our lives and since we are all into personal development we are cultivating good habits. I want you all to share what are some of the good habits you've cultivated after getting into personal development that you're grateful for - here is my list - 1. I meditate everyday for 40 minutes. 2. I drink green tea & eat oats everyday. 3. I take cold showers. 4. I'm into Nofap. 5. I recently started reading books. 6. I'm practicing gratitude everyday. 7. I excercise regularly. It would be nice if you shared your good habits, so that people can read and cultivate some of your good habits in their lives too.

  23. I know living life at a slow pace and performing actions mindfully is very healthy. But no matter how much I try I still am struggling at slowing down the pace of my life. I'm eating fast, driving fast, doing work fast... Basically I'm hurrying out of habit. How do I slow down?
  24. Fast paced life ain't letting me be calm and isn't letting me enjoy my stuff.
  25. I just realised I cannot simply sit and do nothing. I'm always doing something or the other thing. Watching tv, using cell phone, talking, gossiping. I don't why but I just cannot fucking sit and do nothing. How do I overcome this problem? I know I'm like this because of the fear of emptiness but what do I do?
