  1. Research the mechanism of action. What does it affect in the body for it to work as intended? Does it do this efficiently? Side effects? Is the prescription your taking healing the injury? is it just masking the pain? Is there anecdotal evidence online, good accounts, bad accounts?
  2. Imagine them doing this to Islam in a country like France, there would be chaos.
  3. Yes, this is the main issue. Compared to the US, Russian pharmacology in some ways is more advanced and thorough regarding their understanding of drugs and peptides. Thus making it harder and almost impossible to test for certain things that aren't being tested for or are endogenous to the body.
  4. What do you guys think of the 2024 Olympics opening ceremony? It seems there is a lot of outrage over it. Although I am not Christian, the fact that they mocked the Last Supper in a country that is 40%-50% Christian seems super disrespectful. It's unfortunate that the whole world was watching this. I can't imagine my kid watching this, grown men with boobs and balls hanging out. Disgusting. Compared to other opening ceremonies, it was disappointing to watch from France.
  5. Pinealon improves baseline consciousness
  6. Do you guys think Kamala Harris is actually a decent candidate?
  7. Your doctors may be too myopic in their approach and or limited in how they can help you. There are a lot of supplements someone could look into for better sleep, but it sounds like your issues are serious enough to look into more holistic and systemic approaches. Couple of suggestions to look into that could significantly help with your sleeping issues: Epitalon - Bioregulator peptide that regulates your pineal gland. Part of a group of peptides/tripeptides (bonded amino acid structures) developed by Dr Khavinson. Works wonders for sleep regulation. 1mg a day 2-3 days every 3 months. It will heavily regulate your circadian rhythms by restoring correct melatonin secretion in the pineal gland in older and young people. As a plus, it acts as a telomerase activator and anti-aging compound allowing cell division to keep going for much longer in humans. Pinealon and Endoluten are two other peptides that work through very similar systems, with superhuman anti-aging effects and benefits. DSIP (Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide) - It is a neuropeptide that does exactly what it sounds like. It induces delta EEG level activity in the brain. This is approximately 0-1hz for most people, where deep sleep happens. DSIP can fix narcolepsy and any normalized disrupted sleeping patterns. It's been used to correct a few CNS problems in children and young adults. The literature supports it as the principal endogenous sleep factor, which is found in minute amounts in humans. Nothing I am mentioning acts as a sedative. These should be things to consider once you've got your basic lifestyle factors down, nutrition, some exercise, your macro and micros, sunlight, etc. These are naturally occurring peptides that are found in the body, most western medicine seems to be ignoring the potential nanotechnological use cases that come from peptides. There seems to be a bias against cures or miracle type of interventions to people's problems. The drug companies don't benefit from peptides so... Megadosing Melatonin could be another option to look at. I am talking in the 100 to 300mg range. No your body does not have a negative feedback loop to high doses of melatonin. Transdermal or Creams are recommended for the most absorption, you can also buy patches here: https://101healthspan.com Surprisingly megadosing melatonin has potent anti-aging effects. Seems to be a theme relating to anything that allows for better sleep. A few notable mentions of other peptides that act as very powerful bioregulators are: Cerebrolysin, Pinealon, Cortexin, which could help with autism, anxiety, depression, ocd as well. ISRIB (Integrated Stress Response Inhibitor) which is not a peptide, was the most effective and enlightening thing I've tried and has the potential to fix most neurological problems/deficiencies in the brain, it also raised my intelligence to an extent. It's one of the least studied things I've tried so don't recommend trying anything like this until you thoroughly do your own research and come to your own conclusions as to whether or not you should be taking these things. At some point, I also had a form of CPTSD in my life that led to other problems so I can partially understand what you are going through but now that I've mostly recovered and have managed to change how I let it affect me, there is without a doubt no question that these peptides helped me get to where I am today. I'm not a doctor, just giving some perspective on alternatives that might not be mentioned by your normal doctor.
  8. Because he is a sleazeball. People don't trust his character or judgment. Caught banging his best friend/campaign manager's wife, and panters to ultra-rich special interests while claiming to be some liberal lion. Regardless of his questionable morals, California is getting bad and will worsen. He handled COVID remarkably bad at a state-level response, and people living in California know that he cannot relate to the normal person regarding affordable housing, income equality, etc... Maybe he could prove me wrong as a president, but I would never vote for him after living in and watching the degradation of the major inner cities. He had destroyed small businesses in CA during the pandemic yet allowed his own tasting room to remain open... I don't totally dislike Newsom for what he has done but more so what he hasn't done as governor of CA. I know many people who voted for him originally but will never support him again.
  9. Newsom will solidify the downfall of this nation... it is not hard to understand why.
  10. @Yimpa i guess he hangs around every once in a while
  11. I know this is, at least in my opinion, a very niche topic because of how many misconceptions there are around pheromones. I have been using various pheromone products from different companies for the past 6 months, and I can say they can really take you down a roller coaster as far as dating and relationships are concerned if you don't know what to expect when using them. Does anyone else in the forum have experience using them?
  12. Very true; however, in the case of Daniel, simply bringing awareness to the magnitude of some of the world's challenges and offering insights on how people can change their relationship to the world is the beginning of something much larger than himself. He offers a psychological perspective and framework as to how we can start to navigate an infinitely complex world, but these people alone cannot offer concrete solutions that are applicable outside of this type of domain; only through their work and these talks can they inspire other people to shift their attention and focus on what actually matters. Garnering attention on these issues among enough people will lead to increased awareness and the potential for cognitive and behavioral change within the population. This is only when real change can begin. Of course, the type of behavioral change that is needed will not happen anytime soon. Probably not even within most of our lifetimes, unfortunately.
  13. @Samsonov Good job on not being afraid to get out there and go after it. Permaculture can have a lot of different angles to it, and I think starting is the initial step that most people are afraid to take. I am still in the process of learning and understanding permaculture and hearing from the experiences of people who have already started their own projects. I was born and raised in the US, specifically in greater Los Angeles County, but moved to Arizona a few years ago. I am currently visiting for a few months in the tri-state area. How about you?
