In response to Leo's blog post Tourism in Iraq You see the same thing happening now in Saudi Arabia. Now oil is going out of fashion they need to think about a new income source. Tourism is the answer they think, after the success of Dubai. One of the Dubai sheiks said famously, when converting their country to tourism that they aim for the high rollers, there is no money to be made in average tourism, so that's why all the over-top luxury stuff, just to convince people to spend as much as possible. The success of Dubai is not going unnoticed to other Gulf states. If SA want to join the club they have to get rid of the negative stigma around their culture. Then develop mega projects Which was just a marketing ploy that could never be realised (at least not in todays world) Gulf states are getting more SD Orange, including all the toxicity that comes with it. How things are done in Dubai Filipinos are quite popular to work as a housemaid, nurses or in hospitality in Dubai, I heard plenty of stories how the Emaratis look down on people like that. I myself am/was looking into a megaproject into the Maldives, because the Maldives is disappearing quite fast under the rising sea level. It's sold as a way to help the future of the local Maldivians, but the houses are simply just not affordable for the locals. Hence making it more easy for foreign investors to buy, so creating a country where locals can't own their own homes anymore For me it would be a dream combination working on building a healthy coral eco-system, combined with helping the locals, combined with sustainable tourism combined with (urban) planning. But it looks more as green washing then helping the locals and really solving the problem. These kind of Geo climate and tourism changes also have a dark side. In the end I have learned to look more now at the net sum. Not all problems can be solved together over night, many iterations and trial and error are needed. If something like this comes on to my path I would seriously consider being part of it. To give my energy and expertise, but also growing from it myself.

Created a separate topic about Iraq's tourism development. I was thinking about making a topic already for a longer time.

But in Europe at least there are regulations, so low quality materials from China are not allowed to be sold if they form a health hazard. By importing directly from China you don't know the toxicity of the plastic unless you yourself will do toxicity testing. I don't see many people doing that.
-
@Leo Gura Chinese LEGO not for the smallest children. Some "Lego-like" toys made in China may contain toxic materials due to lower manufacturing standards, such as potentially hazardous inks and phthalate-contaminated plastic.

I just sold all my LEGO, was in storage for 25 years, it is an amazing toy for teaching children creativity, I played the hell out of it. It was played once or twice by my Nephew after I put it in storage. But teenagers don't care for that stuff so much anymore. The funny thing is I sold it to adults reliving their childhood. Pirates, trains, space, medieval. Just people trying to hold on materialistic childhood memories. LEGO knows it buy selling the special collector kits for enormous money to adult children. If there's is anything relative in pop culture LEGO will make a set out of it now (limited edition of course), and people will buy it. Suckers. No creative thinking anymore, the whole reason why LEGO was created anyway, stimulating creativity. JK Brickworks can make nice things though. I have outgrown my need for material things, I burned through that karma a while ago already. Getting gifts as a child, buying many things as an adult. I had 2 cars, home cinema setup, game consoles, the lot. Then you realise, it's just fluff. I sold it all including the TV. I only bought some good quality Hifi and speakers for music, because listening to music was still important to me.

Ok, not the idea I expected when I read the title of the post. What makes high quality porn, higher conscious? Define High quality 1. Because something is not there doesn't mean it should be made. Before you play two notes, learn to play one note - and don't play one note unless you've got a reason to play it. - Mark Hollis. Musician. 2. No 2 ??? 3. How are Arabs close minded when it comes to porn. You want to remove the taboo on it? How? 4. How? Will there be an forced educational bit like the American Cartoons from the 80's and 90's? Link It sounds counter intuitive to want to show men to treat women with respect, while they're f*ing them. I entertained the idea once of setting up a online escort service (Way back in 2003, before it was a thing) when I was doing a group assignment for University. We called it POES. (Prima Online Escort Service) was only an fictional (fun) idea for a business assignment, nothing came of it of course.

A dating profile is an advertisement for yourself. It's the same in the West. So in the west there is no desperation? Replying in a topic about insecurity about d size, and the other leading topic is using AI profile pictures for a dating profile? BTW not judging here, just pointing out. But yes some things work differently here in Asia and some things are the same.
-
It's a legitimate website, used for real dating. Not a hooker website. Reframe yourself from these kind of immature mindsets.

Why?

This is not being respectful. Thanks for reminding me that I was wrong for sharing this information here. I will delete the link from the original post.

I think it's pronounced Ohmmmmmmmmm 🧘🏼♂️ 😄
-
This is why I was hesitant to post this here.
-
My eye is trained for it now, but for the inexperienced it's difficult to spot. Most will post it in their profile on this site, but not all.
-
Start your Asian adventure here. (Link removed) Mostly normal looking women on here. Be careful about the ladyboys they can look really convincing. Tbh hesitant to post this here, for everyone please be mindful and respectful towards the women on the posted site. It can be removed if Leo or admins desire so.

@Nemra Dude, don't show that here. Americans can't handle this stuff. They will shout communism and claim victory with their pick-up with the American flag on it. 😆 I met an city council planner from the US once. She was somewhere from the (mid-)west. Washington state somewhere, or something, not sure. But we started talking about urban planning because it's one of my interests and she told me that there was a vote once to put in bike lanes, and it was completely shut down by the locals and labelled as communist propaganda. I think this was about 6 years ago. I like Not Just Bikes, but this year he is becoming a little bit to preachy for me. A little bit to much toxic SD Green coming through, I hope he finds his way back and produce more Green-Yellow content

Dude, I'm with you 100%, the only difference is I'm an introvert, but also need social connection. I just need to recharge more then the average person after interaction. I usually scout out women who did a lot of (solo) travelling, it's a good start of having a more elevated world view. And then not under 35, under 35 they still are children to me, although there are exceptions of course. I only met once a woman that blew me away, she is a Russian professor teaching in Japan, and a couple of years older then me. She was so much more evolved then I was at that time, in every area: emotional, spiritual, intellectual. This was 9 years ago now, I was not even close to the person I'm today so I never was a match for her. But with that said I also lost my heart to a Brazilian who's not that developed and does not fit in many ways what I'm looking for. But the emotional and spiritual connection is so strong. So the mind says one thing, the heart will say something else. Which one is correct? Although people don't realise or deny it, the red pill and hustle culture also penetrated here on this forum. If someone offers a different opinion it's often shut down here. That's why I don't reply often in this section, because I don't want to wrestle the pig, I will get dirty and only the pig will enjoy it.

It's like saying, syphilis, the best of the STD's.

I have travelled to Jamaica before, visited Ocho Rios, Kingston (Bob Marley's house), Bob Marley's Mausoleum, James Bond Beach, Blue Mountains, Reach Falls. Beautiful country, so sad to see all the destruction and the suffering of the people. I don't know if you still have family there, but if you have I hope they're safe.

Cool man, Find the connection, find your peace. Learn the valuable lessons that this life can give you. Find the essence of what helps you and maybe when you're ready think about how to upscale the essence. So you can pass it through to the rest of society.

I can see validity in all the replies here. But @Alexop ask ChatGPT how each colour is giving birth to the next colour. SD Blue will stay in a relationship out of conformity, while trying to look peachy on the outside. SD orange corrects this, for example by legalising divorce in free circumstances. Divorce in SD blue is only possible with abuse or adultery. No fault divorce is only legalised in the US since 1969. SD orange will not stay together for conformity, but also don't understand their own or each others emotions. SD Green corrects this by exploring emotions more, free love, etc etc. SD Green free approach to love and relationships often backfires in the long term. Which in time will give birth to SD Yellow relationships, because this is 2nd tier it will integrate previous colours. Unfortunately there is the dreaded 1st tier ceiling which is hard to breakthrough. So it will take a while for humanity to breakthrough to 2nd tier relationships. What happens a lot with these kind of dynamics is overcorrection. Not only in the relationship between colours but between the colours in general. This is important to understand why there is the evolution in colours, the negative aspects of each colour creates the next colour. Without the negative aspects there is no need to change. It's not a bug It's a feature. Because these colours are Tier 1 they're completely blind to it.

Here is a hot take, living in a 1st world country is already being elite. Being back in my country of birth while been living in a 3rd world country for years makes me see how conformist everyone is. So much materialistic thinking so much wasting of materials and food. They complain of not having enough wanting more, while already having so much. What I discovered breaking out of conformity you need to dangle a carrot on a stick in front of them. And with 1st world countries it's about money, they will change as long if it can make them money, or in case of the Dutch people it's about saving money. This is especially apparent with adopting a greener lifestyle. They will only change if it will save them money. Solar panels sure, but main reason is for saving money, but they make it seem they doing it for saving the planet. If it will cost them money they will not do it even it will help the environment. Being frugal and saving money is a really Dutch conformity SD blue kind of thinking, combine this with SD orange materialism, you will get being materialistic for the cheapest way possible. So putting things in sale is the standard here. There is not to much showing off in the culture of how much money you spend on it, but there is showing of in how much things you have. Sorry rant over 😄

Haha, dude, how am I going to look at that for 4 hours? 🤣 But good example in braking your own conformity.

Interesting to watch / play. Although it's fiction it explores the possibilities. It goes really far, but especially the first couple of hours can give a glimpse in what the use cases can be. -

Nope he has had this attitude already for a while. He is just evolving, and seeing the industry as it is and finally not accepting it anymore. He fell for this stuff himself, he pre-ordered the new Tesla Roadster many years ago, he cancelled it because it was going nowhere for so long, Empty promises. -

I just wanted to post the video of Marques, but I was beaten to it. Marques is growing, he is seeing the deception and false claims these companies are making, selling dreams as if they were real. Delivering products that do only 10% of what is claimed on start-up and indefinitely giving to optimistic timelines when the product will be complete. I have a sneaking suspicion that this company will be bought by a big Tech company for its knowledge and patents. (HumanAI pin was valued at 1 billion Dollars at launch and bought by HP). It will fail as a company for consumers, but it is not the plan of the creators. The plan is to create value for investors, overselling the potential of the product and then cash-in. Product fails, consumers will be left in the cold. But the patents and knowledge will be the value. I hope the Tech reviewers will grow up more and call out these companies, educate so (over)hyping will not be accepted anymore.
