  1. @framu what is the reasoning behind bending down your chest against your feet while exhaling? One would think you would get the same effect by just exhaling then holding your breath?
  2. If you think you can do it, do it. I been traveling in siciliy the last few weeks. Before i went here i tried to watch videos on what to see and where to live. Except a few videos, they where all pretty bad. Usually more info about the person then the place… I would love to see a proper travel documentary on youtube regarding my upcoming holidays.
  3. I`ve been trying to control my more difficult emotions for a while now. I haven't mastered them yet, but I'm getting better at least. What I did was to gain knowledge about why I feel that way. All of my issues are related to abandonment. My biggest triggers are self-worth, jealousy, scanning for issues that may not be there, and pleasing. I now see that they all trace back to when I was left as a child. I got help from a therapist to identify this. Since then, I've been writing these issues in a journal every morning to make sure I remember these triggers and why they happen. When I get triggered now on a good day, I can identify the trigger and calm down since I know these old emotions are no longer valid. However, that's not always the case. If I have a bad day, low on energy or hung over, it can be hard to stay aware enough to recognize the trigger and not be dragged into the emotion. i think awareness is key to overcome emotions which again requires dicipline. Anyone else here that want to share they experience on controlling emotions?
  4. We are all different and have different work patterns and needs. I would suggest you try it out and see what works for you. For myself, i can work far more then 40 hours a week but that usually also means that i will burn out faster and need a holiday sooner then if i just work 40 hours a week.
  5. Do anyone got experience with the sedona method? i been practicing it on and off now for a month. From what i experience it work quite well on minor feelings like irritation and annoyance. For major stuff though, im struggeling a bit. i got some heavy triggers related to my self worth. These triggers can manifest as anxiety or jealousy. Since these triggers are so strong i dont need to expose myself to a situation that triggers them. I can just summon the feeling at will by using my memory. when i try to release these feelings it kind of work, but they reappear as the same feeling, a slightly different feeling or the feeling moves on to a different location in my body. Usually its located in my gut but lately i felt it in my heart and throat as well. So how does this work? Is it actually possible to «pop» a feeling and the tension will go away for good? Or is the most one can hope for, that I can get used to the feeling to the point that it dont bother me anymore?
  6. My sessions usually last between 15 minutes to 1 hour. That is my question too. Can they actually be released for good? Thanks for the tip from other posters regarding David Hawkins and Teal Swan. I will check them out.
  7. Im currently using it to rephrase my english for documentation i do at work. (I’m norwegian) Software documentation is boring af, but with the chatbot its a breeze. Now i just write what i want to document without worrying about grammar and spelling. Afterwards, i just paste it in the chatbot and ask it to rewrite it for me. I also use it for questions i got regarding technical subjects. As long as the question is straight forward i usually get a reply which is valid. Soon i want to use it to build a small app for ios. from what i can see it should be quite easy since the chatbot is able to work in increments. One can add one user case at a time and the app/code will develop accordingly. Fun times ahead
