@DrewNows both. I want to clarify my mind on my top goals and how can i achieve them; maybe having a creative idea for my work (i do videos for living); just meditate; and ideally habing a spiritual experience. This is not really clear ahaha; but tonight, the day before i will go i will clarify a little bit more all of that, including the final schedule. @Hafiz yes. I will do both guided meditation and unguided ones. The retreat will look like a vipassana one (no speaking, writting reading etc..., 6-7h of meditation per day and just be mindful, no distraction etc...). @Charlotte thanks for the encouragment but honestly not thanks for the advise ?: i wouldn’t say “test 5meo and see how it goes! Direct experience is king!” . Now ofc is not the same but you know what i mean. If i feel like it’s the right thing i will make a little post here. If there’s someone who has test it please let me know in the comments <3

heyyy people! anyone know a good series?

Hey guys, I was looking for some cool series/set of guided meditation. I've done too much of the same kind of meditation recently and I got bored asf (9 month of anapana... fml ahahah). So yeah, I was looking for some kind of concentration meditation series, like the Vipassana ones from Goenka, ideally from like a good teacher. In this period I don't to do super existential and soul cracking stuff, so yeah more focus/concentration ones are what I'm looking for. I've played around w headspace recently... cool but if I can found something that it's cooler it would be great; again ideally a series from a good teacher. Ofc after this "pause" w guided ones I will go back to more unguided ones. So yeah, if you know some cool series or set or guided concentration meditation please let me know
-
I've been doing 3 year of meditation now w different styles (do nothing, vipassana, anapana, mindfulness etc...). This guided meditation thing it will be a period; I've said it in the first post, please read it again; and if you have some suggestion regarding my actual question I would be glad to hear them
-
A willingness to differentiate my practice for a period and the fact that I've like the guided concentrations meditation that I've recently done w headspace.

When you wake up, open the computer for reviewing the last time your notes for the exam and the acutalized.org mail comes in on a fucking Wednesday and you're like"... wtf...?", you read the title and you're like "NAAAAAAHHHHH", why I'm I still doing an university? Anyway, congrats Leo, really, thanks for all the things you have done for us and thanks for this really amazing last video, this one was really "HUGE". You helped me start to meditate 3 year ago, and it helped me to understand things that I would never thought possible; and now you have given the proof to everybody, even to the most cynic one that this shit is T-R-U-E, it's an actual event, it's something concrete; no fugazi here. I'm really happy for you, coz man: YOU FUCKING MADE IT! ahahahah YOU'VE GOT IT MAN, YOU'VE GOT IT! Congrats congrats congrats congrats congrats congrats. Really happy for you. Wish you the best for the future, and really whatever decision you will makes on actualized.org, on your job, on youtube... it will not be yours :P! ahahah; no whatever you feel it will be right go with it man. Now that you've get what authenticity is the path will be the path of being authentic and honest... or maybe not, I don't know, maybe now you are connected w weird spiritual beings and all other enlightened people in the universe to and you will go in an agenda of dominating the world or something like this... can't say it, I'm not enilghtmened. But so yeah, again, best of the best, great job. From a old subscriber, congrats, we are all glad for you Wish us good luck too now

Hey Leo pretty bastard question here: Are you really happy now that you don't pursue art/videogames? I mean, do you really value personal development & spiritual work more than it, art/beauty/expression? If you could restart from scratch would you really do again the same change from videogames to Personal Development? I mean, personally I have a passion for art/expression (in particular making movies/animation) and it's really like a feeling of knowing what it's the most right thing to do in my life (and the "proof" it's that it's emotionally difficult af), it's like a secondary instinct and really a part of me, almost like an arm or at least a beautiful person/friend in my life; and from the way you speak of videogames designing and videogames we could tell that you have a passion for it. I mean does personal development and this actual life purpose of your satisfy you like the video game design one (considering that you would had a big economical independence and was in total control of the project you were working on)? Sorry for the disturbing english.

Get ready man. At least for me, some of these could be considered like reasons to be alive, things that I would include if God himself asked me what are the things that have made meaningful your life; after some of those I'm just like "I'm glad and grateful to be alive, thanks" with a sincere smile on my face. So yeah, I'm almost jealous to all of you people that never saw this stuff, it's like I would like to reborn to rematched them ahahah. "Hey but there is no absolute movie lis.." "Trust me. Really. Cinema and Animation it's my Life Purpose. If you don't love the bold stuff, you are not a human: go away reptilian; I'm literally betting my life that you would like it if you are just open and interested enough. So yeah, enjoy In bold are the really must watch. If they are not it's because it can be a question of tastes or just because they are not that worth it. (GENERALLY they are in order: the higher the better). Anime Movies - A-L-L the famous Ghibli Movies (totoro, howl, laputa, ponyo, mononoke, kaguya etc...). Miyazaki. - Your Name (but watch before 5cm per second) - Whispers of the Heart - Tokyo Godfather - 5cm per second - Garden of Words - Akira - Grave of the Fireflies - Perfect Blue, Paprika - Ghost in a Shell - The girl who leapt thought time - The Boy and the Beast (if someone suggest you "Summer War" answer him to kill himself on the spot with the closest non-sharp object in his surrounding and -if you are really interested, watch the first 20 minutes of the Digimon Movie). Anime Series - Death Note (series) - Berserk (just the first 1997 series) - Neo Geneis Evangelion (series) - One Punch Man - Spice & Wolf - Baccano! - Cowboy Bebop - Naruto & Naruto Shippuden (the beauty of it it's when you actually get emotionally attached to the characters -and w 500+ episodes you will man-). Animation movies (Lego ones; Watching discretion for mind-blowing creativity advised) - Batman Lego Movie (watch before the Lego movie) - Lego movie (Step motion) - Kubo and the Magic Strings - Caroline - I'm generally ignorant on step motion. 3d Animation - Nemo - Inside Out - Wall E - Rango - Moana - Shrek - Big Hero 6 - ...Pets (?) Classical Animation - Fantasia 1940 - Some Disney classical (The Sword in the Stone, The Aristocats, Cinderella etc...). Other animation - The song of the sea (get those feeling ready) Movies (oh boy let's go...) - Inception - Matrix (the series + the Antimatrix) - Her (maybe the most "popular" farseeing movie ever) - Forrest Gump - The Arrival - El Secretos de sus Ohos (with a correct spanish) - The Green Mile (get those felling ready; reward: empathy +100skill points) - Life is Wonderful, by Capra - Moulin Rouge - 3 Idiots (ok it's too hard for selecting a true order, so don't really judge them by the order: do as when you started with leo video: watch the ones that you think interest you more; they are too different and each on amazing in his style) - Boyhood (if you're a 96-95-94 it will be insane) - 2001 Space Odyssey - Gran Torino - Siging in the Rain - Into the Wild - Whiplash and Lala Land - City of Gods - Ikiru, Kurosawa - The Carnage - Departed - Revenant - Full Metal Jacket - Woody Allen Manhattan, Annie Hall - The Pianist - America Beauty - Monty Python St Graal and Meaning of Life - Victor Victoria - Shawshank - Pulp Fiction - Clockwork Orange - Rear Window - Amelie Poulain - Amadeus Documentaries - Samsara (Documentary) - Baaraka - One Life (animal documentary) - Microcosmos - Inside and Outside World (spiritual documentary boyyy) - A cool documentary on the mind that a guy post on the forum on one of my really old threads that I don't remember the name but one day I will and I will put it here. - The documentary of the guy that tries to walk between skyscrapers (give me reputation for the precision) - Jiro's dream of Sushi - Inside Jobs - Blackfish (get ready the feelings) - Exit thought the gift shop - Winged Migration Documentary Series - A Space Odysseys (Science documentary Series) - Life (Animal documentary series) Movie series - Harry Potter (movie series) (50-50) - Pirates of the Caribbean - Lord of the rings (I know, I know, wtf first pirates of Caribbean > Lord of the ring? are you on 5meo right now? the answer is: it was really hard, trust me but... it's my list, so fuck you, do your one <3) - Star wars Series (Just watched really few) - West World - Lost (I didn't watch it but lots of reliable people say it's good so... yeah Lost season 1, not the rest). - Prison Break Season 1 (not the rest) Bonus ("cool" movies; again not in order): - The dark night - Unusual Suspects - The Prestige - Star wars (movie series) - Good Fellas - Wolf Of Wall Strett (harder to appreciate if you're a woman) - Fight Club - Trainspotting - U-boot - Master & Commander Stand Up comedy - Louis Motherfucker CK. All his stand up comedy (live at the beacon theatre etc...) - Anthony Jeselnik: Caligula and Thoughts and Prayers. Put your Radical Openmindness to the test. - Jimmy Carr last 3-4 Stand up (Funny Business, Laughing and joking etc...) - Early Woody Allen Stand up comedy (you can found them on yt) - Groucho Marx Improvisations - Bill Cosby Himself - Raw, Eddie Murphy - It Was something I said? Bill Collony - Baby Cobra - jim Carry Unnatural act - soon many others that I know I that I'm forgetting, like George Carline, some stuff of bill Burr, Ricky Gervais, Bill Hicks etc... Personally I would add those just because I like them a lot: - The Legend of the Pianist - Mr Nobody - Little Manhattan - Chasing Amy - Pokemon Origins (don't bother the fact that it's bold) Those because are some titles must be present in some kind of list (it's kinda saying best personal development gurus? You would answer Adyashanti, Spira, Watts etc... then Leo etc... but then you must mention Robbins, Oprah etc...). Some of these are kinda of intellectual (not really, just a little). So yeah, those are milestones but.... it's even just cultural stuff. Absolutely not in order. - Casablanca - Shindler's list - 300 Coups - Life is Wonderful - one flew on the cuckoo's nest - Bicycles Thief (int) - Citizen Keyns - Blade Runner - Die Hard (if you're american ahahah) - Stalker (int) - The Shining - Vertigo -8 1/2 (int) - Mulholland Drive and all Lynch movies (INT INT INT INT INT) - Shoah - Taxi Driver - Psico - Ben Hur - La dolce vita - City Lights and The big Dictator (and some other Charlie Chapline Movies) - Battleship Potemkin (just don't do it) - Apocalypse Now - The Godfather - Rear Window - Fanny & Alexander (int int int) Video games (something light, not a full triple A videogame, just something that in some kind of way can be considered high quality... I don't know man, just trust me ahah) - Journey - Abzu - Other vide games. My radically subjective favourites - if you want to know- are (for obvious personal affect reasons): Pokemon 1&2, Digimon the Movie, Samsara, Ghibli Movies, Naruto and HP. Anyway, thanks for making me doing 4am of the morning. Cheers, Ray PS: I kneel and ask forgiveness to my future full of memory self and to all of those people that would point to a great title that I've forgot. Sorry, Gomennasai everyone.

Hey Guys, So if God is infinite, literally infinite, that means that every single scenario, even the most absurd and illogical, exist somewhere? Like for example the Pokemon world exist somewhere in "another" dimension from this one? And the Christian hell too? So reality is literally like Rick e Morty depicture it? with infinite dimensions like one where I'm writing here, another where I'm not, one where a meteor falls on me where I'm writing this and one where without a proper reason the ananas near to me explode and kill me? one where I'm literally simultaneously in hell and in heaven? All this LITERALLY exist? Personally my answer would be more yes than no: our premises and criteria for judging something absurd and weird comes from the only things we know, what we think it's normal etc... but if you for example look closely at your hands aren't they the weirdest thing ever? they are like a super mega precise incorporate tools that our weird body have and that we can control even the slightest millimetre movement of our finger; and generally speaking are super weird looking: we can kinda say that they are like a earth star fish with some kind of shells that and are filled with millions of little tubes that carries red stuff that contains micro part of a banana to make the hand work. And this literally applies to everything: just to the same thing I did with your body, with a chair, with trees, cats, hairs, mountains, planets, emotions, amusement, sex, laughter, you're face, bread, floor, sky, shoes, language etc... and for fuck sake think about bananas or whales, you can't argue with those. Immagine what would be like to see a human for the first time. Wouldn't that be weird as fuck? (if you still don't have watched this movie do it, a part from the fact that it's really a beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful ridiculously fucking amazing movie, his way of -literally- thinking about enlightenment it's genius; personally I think it's one of the most far sighting movie that we have). So yeah, my answer would be a yes. However I know this maybe would be considered the worst thing actualized.org could have said because it's not directly related to personal development and spirituality but more related to how literally the universe is, aka it would mean a scientific statement with not really enough proof other that: God is infinite therefore everything literally exist. (I mean there many be other arguments like: if we could think about the concept of infinite and found in nature some phenomena that are infinite like fractals; why therefore infinite would not be a characteristic of the universe?). So yeah, again my answer for now tend to be more a "yes" (not a radical yes, because you don't know until you know, ya know ?) and I would like to have the point of view of a truly enlightened guy and/or Leo's point of view on that question so that it would be easier to me to move with my big picture understanding of the universe. Anyway if this new rational prospective to see the universe could help us to open ourself up to the "sensation" and "existence" of absolute infinite showing us how "physical matter" is paradoxically really near to characteristic like infinite and nothingness, it it doesn't really help our spiritual work. It's an "upgrade" on our web of belief, of theory; our beliefs would be more aligned with reality, but of course they are not reality, the map is not the territory, so yeah, again a big meditation retreat or psychedelics would be more "meaningful" because it would lead you to actually "feel" having a natural insight of this by experiencing it. So yeah, just a little reminder. Thanks _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Here are some other "literally" infinte stuff fractals: this shit can go on to the end of time. In the end it's just one. But a literally a one.

Hey Guys, So I've just arrived in London -I will stay for alost a month- and July 29th (this Sunday) Francis Bennett will come in London for a talk. Here all the info of the event: https://www.meetup.com/London-Advaita/events/241273179/ And then the 5th of August (the next next Saturday) Tony Parsons will do the same. Here the info: https://www.theopensecret.com/talks.html#london I still didn't done some research on them but they looks pretty enlightened and serious non-dual teachers, it would be interesting look at their prospective on enlightenment and meet some hardcore spiritual guys in person. Now I've join the "London Non-duality group" on Meetup (you can do it too, it's the first link) so there will be some other interesting people, but it would be great -and I would prefer- to meet some of you guys; and maybe after the event we can letting ours monkeys looses for a chit-chat . Let me know here on in a private message Cheers (that clickbait title though)

Or maybe there are and you are not there

Hey thanks for the answer. Yes I've done the LP course, procrastinate the plan a lot but then discover that my lp wasen't "public speaking" but "movie director". At least it's what I feel right right now, and I will do my small bet (which I even have an accountable parter for) and put all my effort on it in this part of my life. This is 100% sure. I'v even re-done some part of the LP course for my new LP to refine it. And of course w psichedelics I totaly agree with your approach; I would do TONS of research before doing it. But my question was more like its fine to do psichedelics and Lp... but yeah I'd already knew the answer: The right thing it's to work on my Lp now and after I've reach some milestone I would contenplate the idea of psichedelics. That's the right thing, because it's the most emotional difficult one. Thanks

Hey man, another great post; really happy for you and you're inspirng me man ahah. I'm 21 too , followed leo from a lot of time, meditate 1h every day from 2y and half and recently went on a Vipassana. Never done Psichedelics. Right now, and generally speaking in the last 2-3 years I've struggled a lot with my life purpose (want to be a movie director; but never done anything to become one, except now that I'm timidely working on a some shorts while doing a Media studies Uni). But yeah I'don't have a "strong life backbone" as leo would said. My "most secure/comfort zone/plan b" option is do after my uni a the same course Life coaching course that leo have done and become one. So yeah, in synthsis I'm focusing a lot on my life purpose. But at the same time the "I'm 21 so working on this could be a great investment" argument striked me... I don't know. My instict is telling me to focusing on life purpose... But what do you think, should I start do some psichedelics or that will just be counterproductive? Coz I really resonate with your "fascinated" and "go all the way" side, I'm holding myself back for my life purpose, again for make my dream real and have a stable situation. From the "style" of my question the answer it's so obvious (--> get your shits together then you could try sone), but I'm like "eeehhh I want to try themm" ahah. Btw what is "your life purpose?" Like university etc...

Hey guys :), So I want to have an accountable partner. Here are my Top 5 goals (and the pause that I enable my self in this period); some info about me, my life purpose and my small bet, a little description of every goal, my current biggest obstacle, the type of day that I want to have, the feature of the person that I’m looking for and what I need from an accountable partner for now. Top 5 Goals: LP: 1h per day of Small Bet LP: Research: How to become anime director + Social Circle of directors Study and pass 7 exams w >27/30 Personal development Habits (Med, Wake&Sleep,Positive V,Acc P,Healthy,Mp,Sleep,PD,Sport) Stop Procrastination - 3 month challenge. Pause enabled: PD Book Animation video short on YT or music Quality Movie + fast review Little Naps Rewards: Exit and do Game Exit w friends Cinema Info about me, interest & Life purpose So I’m 20 and I live alone in Milan, I study Media Studies in an university, 2nd year out of 3. My main interest are (in order) Cinema -animation in particular-, Stand Up Comedy, Meditation&Spirituality and Personal development. My dream/life purpose is to become an anime director like Hayao Miyazaki, to make beautiful movies that make people dream. I’ve never ever done anything like cinema before, I’ve just watched lots of quality movies. I’ve done the Life Purpose course, read books about personal development, meditate 1h per day for 2 year and 1 month ago I’ve done my first Vipassana retreat. How-to Life purpose: my small bet My small bet regarding my life purpose it’s working for 3-4 month (i still have to decide the exact time) on a short which simply consist in 2 hands that fight that I will post on YT or present to some Cinema Short competition. In addition I want to find like minded people and have a social circle of movies directors, so I will go in the best cinema university of Milan at least once per week to look for interesting people that can become friends or colleagues. Personal development Goals Then I want to restablish my good habits of personal development and finally make them a habit like the meditation one. The habits that I want to establish are: Meditation 1h every day Wake Up on time and respect a morning routine (Wake up ideally 6:45-8 + wash face, little walk in my room, meditation, positive visualisations, healthy diet, shower, dress and exit) Bed time 23-00 and having a healthy diet 1h-2h before that. Positive Visualisations 20min ev day. Accountable Partner every 3-4 day and reminder Heathy Diet: 1) stop eating junk food 2) transitioning towards vegetarian Master Plan every day (my name for agenda :P) Sleep Position on back PD Material every 3-4 days (PD books, old Leo video…) Sport a little bit every 2-3 days (??). (Not for now) Being Present/Conscious/Aware Following my Instinct University I have to study for the exam of my university, which are not so hard, I will create a study plan more precise in these days, but generally speaking if I go to the lessons and study 3h-4h per day I can make it. My biggest obstacle: Procrastination I have been into this deep procrastination period, more precisely I got stuck on watching low quality yt video and junk food for many days for the last months. So it will be really hard to restart and stay on track, mainly on the weekends because I can’t go to the university library where I study and I have to stay at home where there is internet etc… So yeah It will be great if we could help each other, in particular right now I do not need someone who’s kind with me, I need more a Sergent Hartman, seriously. Day-type Goal Here is more what I want that my days looks like: 6:30-8:00: wake Morning routine Go to my university Lessons/Study for exams Life Purpose - Project Hands Go back home & Pause 23:30-00:00: bed time / Reward The feature of the person that I’m looking for: Someone that work or want to work into an artistic sector (art, cinema, drawing, painting, singing etc…). As I said I want more artistic people around and we could resonate more because of our comune interests :). Someone who 1-2 year at least into personal development, meditation and enlightenment. Someone who’s really serious, that really want to use this idea of accountable friend as one of the main leverage to reach the life that he dream of. (not essential) Someone that have complete the life purpose course (not essential) Someone that have interest similar with mine (anime, stand up etc…). (Super important) Someone who’s really really serious about this idea, and really want to realise their clear life purpose, that they are ready to invest years of their life into it. More precisely here is what I would like from your part: I have to send you every day a picture of the day plan of the next day. Then, the next day, I have to send you pictures showing that I’m studying or working for my project. Furthermore you can randomly ask me to send me a picture. When I don’t answer generally it’s because I’m procrastinating. This can looks extreme but right now I would like this kind of apporach because I have exit from the procrastination spiral, in the future of course we will reduce this. Every week we will have one Skype call (or more if we have something important to talk about) where we explain each others our goal for the next week, how we can help each other to realise them (reminder thought photo, reminder thought messages, put a penitence if we don’t do them, send encouragement, remind our primal goal etc or the reasons that made us take that decision etc…). Other things that I don’t remember But yeah it’s a process so we will figure what works out better for us little by little So if you are interested to create this relationship of accountability please send me on Private message or comment here your Top 5 goals, some general info about you, your life purpose and how you want (or are currently) to make it real, a little description of every goal, current biggest obstacle, and how would you like to be help with your goals from me. Cheers, Ray

@Sevi thanks for all the rest they weren't referred to you but to other people on the forum that might be interested on the accountability partnership (I'm sure there is someone out there that resonate with this approach to accountably and have a LP related to art), you've done a great job. Regarding your friends let's maybe talk about it later on PM, for now let's focus on our bi-semestral updates trial. @TJ Reeves Cool, if in a few days I don't find someone that resonate even with my life purpose I will contact you

In the periods where I procrastinate on my life purpose or go backwards on my personal development one of the main leverage to recharge my vision and re-inspire me are movies, cartoons, songs of my childhood. Of course these are extra powerful tools on me because I want to become a movie director and I have a passion for anime, but I truly believe that if you presently feel without love, without inspiration or dead inside a good "shot" of that childhood true sensations can be create with the experience of something that really resonate with our 4y old self, and one good idea can be a movie or a song. Just take some time for yourself to watch one of the movies that touched you deep inside (Classical cartoons or just the OST or musics that you loved), and most importantly let yourself feel, let yourself feel emotions, maybe force them a little bit -but not to much-; let yourself cry. Feel the nostalgia and the malinconia, but must importantly feel what is behind those facades, stay in touch with it, it's something that is true, is a part of your true self. Then go back, rise back to the surface, don't get stuck on memories or on the past; return to the present with the true feeling that you've felt and apply it to the present. Yesterday for example I've rewhatched an anime, something that I generally don't do because I'm into a research and development period, but because I was missing motivation I've decide to do it... and man, at the end of the movie I've cried like a baby for 10 minutes like I've didn't done for years. And yes, maybe it was too much; but it is better than just let ourself waste our life. As adult we need way more to remember to feel, to be emotional, to be sensible and more than emphatic; movies are art, and art is more an expression, an emotion a dream than everything else; therefore let's allow ourself to really feel a movie when we watch it, to feel it as we were doing when we were child. Of course this is just a tool, and the most profound one is awareness; but I feel like this can be help too, in particular on the personal development noobie-intermediate and intermediate stage. And I will even add to watch more cartoons in general, Miyazaki's one in particular, they are for some aspect like meditation: you may not feel the change, but in reality something deep inside is changing. So yeah, we have to love our inner child and we can even love ourself "with our inner child". “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.” ― Pablo Picasso (artist=true self (among other things))

@TJ Reeves Berserk (1997) have some other profound beautiful "reflections scene" like this one, but they are not his core. Overall one of the most amazing anime series out there. @Progress Regarding philosophical scenes I suggest you for some aspects Berserk but maybe the best one is Neo Genesis Evangelion, some scene are just poetic self inquiry. Still, here's another scene that may interest you (and which, let's be frank, it's a fucking masterpiece) @ EVERYBODY ELSE ON THE FORUM: I'm still looking for someone that want to start this accountability relationship, if you, reader, are interest, let me know about it (if you want you don't need to make a long message like my post, just give me the most important ideas and the big picture).
-
Hey @Sevi, first of all thanks for your comment So, I've tried the accountability relationship before and it work quite well, recently I wanted to implement it again but I choose a person with which I didn't really resonate, therefore I've decide to restart from a solid base. Secondly yes, maybe I ask too much right off the bat, it looks really imposing. But in reality I just wanted to have a good description of the inserted person so that we can be sure that we resonate; in other terms you don't need to respect 100% my structure, it is just an example: say what you feel is right but remember that it has to give me an idea of the kind of person you are. For the other interested person send me a private message, I feel is better for your privacy. But then again, do what you feel right And regarding my "request" for your accountability again: here I've shared my vision in all is grandeur, but of course we will start little by little and proceed like a small bet for a life purpose; no blood pact actualized.org community. Finally, regarding your specific case: Right now I feel that I would like to have someone that I can send daily report because of the procrastination, so I think that your idea of the "month/week accountable" is better for now. For all the other interesting topics let's speak on Private messages. @Progress thanks for your reply I want to become a movie director therefore I have to make practice with the camera, script etc... so thanks for the opportunity of the Facebook page but right now I have to focus on other things. However, as you said, maybe we can create some other kind of productive relationship. Let's talk about it on private messages. Btw, here a great anime scene regarding philosophy (but you will know it for sure): (pretty much my vision for the accountability relationship ahah). Anyway, if someone else is interest on the idea of the accountable partner contact me
