@Emerald @Nemra I deleted my post it wasn't precise/good quality enought, i have to reflect on the question more. What i can already say is that the more stressed i am, the more perceived responsibility I have, the more the idea of being dominated is disgusting, and I want to be masculine/dominant. Not just sexually, but in everyday life btw. At the opposite the more bored/purposeless i am(I also noticed a correlation with rumination), the more i can feel attracted to submission (typically a more masculine, enterprising, snuff maker women who wants to stick a finger in my ass lol, masturbate me with a serious expression with the idea of "taking care of me" or stuff like that) I know a North African on my Discord who has strange masochistic fantasies without going into details; he takes drugs and is lost. Most people who engage in these kinds of fantasies seem fragile and lost, so I'm not sure where this responsibility thing comes from. It's something like, the more you refuse to feel the "void" in yourself (which is actually also a full, full of yourself) and engage in defense mechanisms to avoid it (consumption basically), the more you will have recourse to submission to feel excitement. And on the opposite the more you accept the "void" and take responsability of it, the more submission seems awful (the last thing you want when you have a knot in your stomach and feels the weight of existance is to be fucked lol) and you want dominate, you identify with the phallus. When i talk about a "void" it's the depressing perception of the self through "lack", this is what normally makes you move and behave more masculinely; but self can more or less feels "full" to. Antidepressants and psychedelics, even opiates, different drugs in general gives you a feeling of "fullness". "Void" and fullness are about the same thing, feeling the self (as a libidinal structure) rather than get rid of it by projecting it. Stimulants, even if they increases testosterone, increases the "void"; cocaine for exemple has the reputation to eventually turn people gay/masochistic because these people unconsciously can't stand the weight of it and protects themselves by investing libidinally in the "big other". And if they accept the void, they turn dominant or even sadistic. I will do a topic one of these days about that i mean by projecting/disconnecting with the self and the consequences in the behaviour including sexual behaviour. It requires a lot of contemplation.

@Emerald @Michael569 I follow my instinct. My body knows better than my intellect what i need, my instinct is less creative/adaptative but more grounded. One might think that instinct can be fooled by industrial food, but actually most of the time consumption of very transformed food is essentially compulsively motivated, so by the intellect and especially self-destructive tendancies. "Normal" people will appreciate transformed food but will essentially crave a more balanced cuisine, even have the urge here and there to eat some kinds of vegetables or meat to get some nutrients. In my experience if i'm energetically masculine, if I carry stressful responsibilities, i crave fresh fruits, beer, vegetables and tofu/tempeh. I accept the idea that plants reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease if I want them through homeostasis in an energetic context that promotes cardiovascular disease. At the opposite if i am in a more "yin" vibe (open and low stress, but also more passive and submissive, even sexually lol) i will crave more meat, cheese, pasta, spice and heavy foods in general.
