The visuals and sensations are very similar

But don't wreck your psyche and make you drool on your bed like LSD for example. - Didn't take me very "far" even at high doses, unlike LSD, magic mushrooms... No seeing God, no unbelievable feeling, no ego death, no reverting to childhood memories, past life or that crazy stuff. But maybe it's just me.

They make me ugly, especially LSD. A kind of crestfallen face while being stuck in an exaggerated smile.

I watch hormone levels closely, one to two years ago I had normal testosterone levels and estrogen (or at least estradiol) levels a bit high, I was also skinny. I was much more afraid of women, other men and confrontation in general. But I had no problem doing high doses of psychedelics, at best hyped and at worst "neutral", I never did bad even with huge doses. I felt the "cool"/interesting sense of transcendence.
